ZERO STARS... The personal shoppers practically run you over when you're trying to shop here first off. So I take a two year old car in to get tires on, fine. Got them done, they scratched 3/4 rims. Got to talk to Clayton, unfortunately, the heavily-tattooed automotive manager... He proceeded to follow me outside to take a look at the rims. He kept downplaying the damage, wiping at deep gouges with a microfiber cloth. I finally stated "I should have known better than to bring my car here". Boy, did he lose it. My elderly father with Parkinson's was standing six feet away as he said "What did you say?!" Multiple times, getting in my face. He then accused me of harassing his employees, but there was no one in the parking lot. Maybe he should be tested for substance abuse..? I finally had to apologize because I thought he was going to physically assault me in front of my poor father, who couldn't believe his eyes. After things calmed down, he wanted me to bring the car in so they could "try to buff it out". I looked online and it says Walmart has nothing to do with tire rim repair...I had an appointment and didn't show up. I didn't feel like being verbally harassed again. I called the store Manager Mary Weed later that day and she was completely dismissive, almost silent. She didn't say it directly, but the gist was basically what should she do about it? Anyways, I heard she got a nice bonus for getting the store reopening done in time! That's all she cares about! If you can at all avoid it, shop at Wegmans or Aldis locally for groceries. If you HAVE to go to Walmart there is one in Liverpool and one in Central Square that aren't as bad. WHATEVER you do, if you CARE about your CAR don't bring it to Cicero NY WALMART!!! read more

I went to the Walmart in Cicero for my booster shot 6 months ago. I stopped by the pharmacy and asked if I could schedule for my second booster shot. I was scheduled this morning. I didn't know that I was too young and didn't qualify for the second booster shot even though I'm a diabetic with a compromised immune system. The pharmacist snickered and laughed when I got upset that I couldn't receive the shot. I think she was rude and totally unprofessional. I shouldn't of gotten the appointment if they weren't going to follow through on my shot! read more

I've always found this store to be clean and the employees to be friendly and helpful. I'm sure this is because of Heather's leadership and hiring practices. AUTO CENTER REVIEW: never again. My wife went there to have the oil changed on our SUV. The associate proceeded to complain "everyday at 3pm!!!!!" About her coming in almost 2 hours before closing for services, with nobody in front of her in the bay, or waiting behind her...... then proceeded to complain about another customer in front of her. Stating that "one should never purchase tires online" and "she will have to deal with it". Then, when they proceeded outside he looked at the vehicle and said "OH MY GOD. this is going to take FOREVER!!!" Then carried on about how he couldn't believe I would let her bring an SUV home, and he'd never let her buy one to put in his driveway. Because he refuses to work on then. Then carried on about hating the state we live in, and how he would move because he can't stand it or how expensive it is. Never in my life have I heard or experienced such awful professionalism and customer service. To complain the entire time about providing a service you are PAID to do, other customers, the vehicle THEY CHOOSE to drive, as well as where you live.. to someone who again is paying for a service.. is absolutely uncalled for. Totally agree with the Customer Service area being under staffed... But not really. There were like 4 people standing around "looking busy" but only one woman actually doing work, at the desk. If you see people waiting in line, you should hop on a register and work. Not sort crap and giggle with your co-workers. WTF... I waited in line for a long time. Then I got frustrated and went to get other items I needed. I went back, same thing happened. Finally on the 3rd try, I finally got up to make a return!!! I was so annoyed, but the lady was very friendly and nice, so I felt bad. It wasn't her fault that freaking Tony (the manager?) has her counter understaffed. C'mon Tony, help her out man. The Walmart in Cicero is hands down the worst department store that I've ever been to. Few open checkouts, long lines, food items placed too high and out of reach and stupid-rude employees at customer service just to name a few. Oh, have you ever called this store with a question? Either no one answers, hangs up or leaves you on hold. If you're lucky enough to have the operator forward a call to a department, it just keeps ringing until the call goes back to the operator. read more

This place is atrocious. They put up those stupid automated doors that sound an alarm if you walk back through them. They take forever to close so if you don't know you can't walk back through them, the alarm goes off. The front is blue and it says Welcome and the back of it is orange and says "emergency exit only." But they don't open from the back. My mom and I didn't know that so we walked back in to get a cart. The door greeter, Crystal, made a comment to another associate saying "What can they not read?" And told us we had to walk through the registers or self checkout to get a basket or cart. And when we got done shopping we obviously went through self checkout and had to go out the door that way and Crystal said to me "Oh so you can read." Now there is NO sign that says you can't go back out those stupid doors. Walmart has gotten so tech savvy that they're actual trash now. Cicero Walmart sucks! read more

I used to love this buying everything from this place but now all of Walmart has gone to sh*t. My mom and I always buy the 24 pack of mountain lightening from here as we both love Mountain Dew. But the past several times we have gotten them the cans have been soft as all hell and they explode everywhere's causing a mess. You guys need to stop using recycled cans all the freaking time and step up you're game because believe me when I say I'm sick of getting covered in soda every time we buy these from here!!! read more

I came into Walmart looking for a phone screen protector. so I went to the tech part of this nasty store spiders in every corner and I asked for help the Walmart employee said no I can't help you and walked away so I asked another person and he said hold on and looked at his phone for 10 minutes then helped me! So, after pulling in & getting our travel trailer settled-in for an overnight, we did some grocery shopping & only when we got back to the trailer did we find a sign on the other side of where we parked stating "No overnight truck or RV parking". Good thing we came at it from another direction to find it- would've hated to be woken up @ 3:00 am by a cowboy tow truck hooked up to my rig demanding $150 NOT to tow me...! We have been on the road for 6 months through 23 states & mostly staying at National / State Parks but have stayed in Wally Worlds all over - first time I have found a store that rejects the RV community. Found another Walmart on Yelp 9 miles down the road & gave them a call to double check that we could park there. Sure - glad to have you. Man, what a difference.. read more

would give a 0 if i could went in for an oil change left my car there called a few ours later (because no body had bothered to call me.) asked if car was done was told it was. went in to pick up my car guy tells me it CV wasn't done claimed that they couldn't get the dipstick out. yes, they waited until i went to pick up my car after being told it was done to let me know that it in fact was not done. took my car to dealer because Walmart claimed they couldn't change my oil due to supposed dipstick issue car dealership charged my oil with no issue at all. i even asked the dealer about the dipstick issue and was that everything was fine and there was no issue!!!! also had to walk all the way through the store to get out because they locked the exit door and I couldn't get out ....will not return to Cicero Walmart for any reason now read more

My Mrs. Brought our family minivan there to get the tires changed over to find out that if they have any small issues then they are to give it back with bad tires... what kind of tire service is that! staff not friendly ,Most of staff not helpful. Store poorly organized compared to other Walmart's in Syracuse. Poor selection of products offered compared to other Walmart's. Not handicap friendly. Rows are to narrow and cluttered especially around pharmacy can not get wheelchairs and scooters through, most products out of reach for them. read more
