She was so welcoming and immediately started sharing all about the business. One of their most popular products is their brow duo, a compact case with brow powder, sculpting creme, and mirror. She found the perfect shade for me and did a demo. The difference was very noticeable! The powder has jojoba oil so it conditions the brows and the creme has castor oil which promotes hair growth. They offer waxing services and have fun events throughout the year. Check their website to see what's coming up: a Galentine's event, a foundation workshop, even a brow brunch! I bought a lip gloss that hydrates and is non-sticky. They also promote local businesses. I bought a great scented candle from Tudda & Toots. The strawberries and cream was my favorite. I ended the service after about 35 minutes. The response afterward was frustrating. I was told I could not adjust the charge because I had booked the wrong type massage, was offered a discount for a future visit despite living out of town, and paid the full $180. The owner later offered a 50% refund, but I only received $65 and still have not received a follow-up call. The spa itself has a lot of potential, but the service and follow-through did not meet expectations. Be sure to carefully review treatment descriptions before booking.

I later called to follow up, and the automated system could not locate the prescription at all. After nearly an hour on hold, I finally reached someone who would only tell me it would be ready tomorrow, with no further detail and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. I have used other Walgreens locations out south without issue. This one is a different experience entirely.
