They are rude and on the phone they tell you your prescriptions are done and they then tell you they are out. One clerk hung up on my husband. This all the time with his meds. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to the 13 and Utica store for meds. read more

Walgreens in general sucks these days but this one takes the cake. They lost my prescription and my husband had to drive to another Walgreens to get it. At that location they treated him like dirt, as if it's his fault that the meds were lost. This isn't the first time the Fraser location has lost our prescriptions. What's the point in going to urgent care the night before when the prescriptions are still not filled 8 hours after store opens the next day. Then wait in a LONG line at pharmacy drive through to be told they're still not ready to go BACK in line which is all the way to the back of the parking lot. Or come in store to wait! I have a baby with me and I'm really sick hence drive thru and urgent care and now waiting all day for antibiotics. 25 mins later baby is screaming and I'm finally next! Went in for some first aid items. They had what I needed . The shelves were well stocked. The only problem it took some time to cash out. No cashiers by the registers we had to wait a few minutes for someone to come up. The cashier apologized and got us out. read more

Spoke with a very rude woman whom had zero compassion or empathy for someone needing pain medication. How someone with that type of attitude is exposed to the public is puzzling. I hope phone calls are recorded and she's able to undergo some training on customer service or basic manners. read more

Typical Walgreens with all the normal fixings. Staff is friendly and plenty of parking.

While the store is clean and the selection is good there is never enough staff and the wait to purchase your items takes forever. The pharmacy is also very slow. I went to pick up pictures the other day and it took over 10 minutes to get somebody to help me. The only reason I shop at this store is because it is open 24 hours and I close to my house. read more

I would love to give zero stars to this business. I placed a photo order for invitations and two poster boards online to be picked up at this location. I went two weeks without hearing anything. Then called and asked if they had it, they said no. Walgreens corporate says yes. Then all of a sudden they do have it but it's not complete. Then I pick it up and the invitations are cut on an angle and most of them were blurry or the color messed up. Save yourself the hassle. read more

This location is super close to me and is 24 hours which makes it really convenient. The Store portion is fine, but my issue and basis of this review is with the Pharmacy. They never follow through on the time frame they give you. If they say it will be done in an hour you might as well double that to be more realistic. Also on numerous occasions they do not have my prescription in stock and I have to wait longer to get it. Most recently I dropped off three scripts from my Dermatologist and as it was late and I didn't feel like waiting I optioned to get them the following day. After work the following day I went through the drive-thru to get them and was informed that two of the three were out of stock (shocker), but they would have them and be ready any time after 3:00PM the next day. Also two of the three were $55 each and they did not offer a cheaper generic even though there were some available from what I was told. I opted not to fill the more expensive ones there at that time and would just come back the next day to get the other one I needed. Well I went the next day around 9:00PM only to be told they didn't have it and needed to special order it. I reiterated what I was told the previous day and the lady disappeared for 10 minutes before coming back to again state they didn't have it nor anything similar they could offer and she had no idea when they would have it in stock. I just told her to forget it and asked for all my prescriptions back so I could take them elsewhere. Again she disappeared before coming back only to give me two of the three. I asked her for the other as well and she asked me to hold on another moment. Instead of just grabbing it off the counter and handing it to me she goes and helps other customers in the store making me sit and wait another 10 minutes. At this point I was livid. From the time we got there until we left we sat burning up gas for 45 minutes. The kicker was they had a delivery come in and the area the Semi parks to unload is directly in front of the drive-thru exit horizontally thus blocking us in. We would have just reversed out, but there were other cars behind us and they didn't want to be accommodating. The only way I will go back there would be in a pinch if I need something late at night. For everything else I think I will just transfer everything over to the nearest CVS. read more

The only reason I am using Walgreens for prescriptions is because I am forced to through my employer. Every time I try to have my scripts filled, they do not fill them all at once. I end up going back 3 and 4 times in one week to pick one up at a time. I have waited in the past until all my scripts are filled before picking them up, they end up pulling the earlier ones off the shelf and putting it back......they would not let me fax a script to them for refill purpose only, with the intentions of giving them the original script when I got there. My option was to wait an hour or come back the next day. The Pharmacist cannot speak English well and should not be in the customer service business. I will find another pharmacy, even if I have to pay more. I do not suggest you use this pharmacy. read more

This is legit the best pharmacy I've ever dealt with the pharmacist is amazing and Pharmacy staff always go above and beyond to get what I need or answer any questions I might have. I will definitely continue to use this pharmacy and go out of my way even if I move further just to go to this particular location. read more

Yeah, its open 24 hours. It's a bit dirty and disorganized. The drive thru pharmacy is the worst. The second lane is broken and has been for at least 4 years. In the first lane, their phone to outside speaker is broken so they just yell through the hole that opens. Which is not so great for patient confidentiality. Some of the workers that work the drive through have an attitude like they don't like anyone and someone ate half their sandwich and threw away the other half. It's unfortunate that they don't fix the drive through since they seem to be super busy all the time. I guess they don't want to have a nice place and show pride in their community. Love this place. Other Yelp reviews mention the pharmacy but I have never used this pharmacy so I won't confirm or deny any issues. But this is our go to place late night after work for personal or even photo/printing needs. Super friendly staff and always willing to help out. Being 24 hours is a plus. If you are there late night look for Denise. Fun and always has a witty joke or comeback to make you smile. read more
