So I then said maybe I can just get a different shade of what got cancelled. They refused to let me do this, Yvette the manager was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. She said call the guest services number and that's all she could do. I proceeded to call the guest services number which the agent proceeded to tell me I in fact did not get charged for it even though that's not what's reflecting on my bank statement. She then said she can ship it to me but all I wanted was a refund and she refused. She then tried saying actually the concealer was a "free gift". Yeah ok. It honestly feels like they are just trying to steal my money and that's unfortunate being that ulta is a huge company. Unbelievable customer service from all ends.

I asked her for an eyebrow pencil to purchase, she packaged up the wrong color and I did not notice until I got home. I was disappointed because that meant another trip back to the store to return the pencil. Then Jamie got a promotion, so I booked an appointment with Anaya a few weeks later for a brow lamination. She was very late, came to her station, never acknowledged me and then left again. i don't know what in the world happened to her. I got tired of waiting, so I went and had my brows done somewhere else in the mall. While i was having them done, she called me and said she wondered where I was. She called me at 10:50 am, my appointment was scheduled for 10:20 am. Another fail! I guess I will need to continue to get my brows threaded at the place inside the mall and not at the Macy's Benefit Brow Bar. All good things come to an end.
