There have been so many occasions that my doctor has sent in RXs way too close to closing time. When I called, they got them out and ready for me. I know they are busy, and I know that it's not a simple "just slap a sticker on a pre-packaged product and send you on your way" kind of situation. I just appreciate their efforts. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. Huyynjoo is very unprofessional. Anytime I call about a prescription, I'm told one thing. But Huyynjoo tells me something completely different. Every time. This is the same pharmacist that called my husband and myself a disgrace because I told her the information she shared with me was inaccurate. Forced to give 1 star. First of all we do not live here but had to have my narcotic med filled and this store was the closest. My hisband went in to turn in my perscription bc there were 5 cars in the drive through and only one lane. He spoke to Amanda and she told him they didn't have my med. and it would be out of fill date bf any came in. He asked her to find out where we could get it filled. She rolled her eyes at him and made a phone call. She gave my script back to him and told hime to go to the Burleson store. Ahe gave him no phone number or address of where to go. I had to call and speak with the store manager to find out the Burleson store info. And asked him to tell the pharmacy manager how upset I was about this employee. We are now at the Burleson store 11 miles away and in the drive through. No one is coming to the window. Pushed the button and someone said "be with you in just a moment" and hung up. It took her (Crystal) 6 minutes to come to the window. She was polite and informed me on the process for narcotics in the state of Tx. We have to now come back after an hour to pick up my medicine which is 19 miles from where we are staying. Note to Walgreen's....your employees and pharmacist's should have no attitude or problem with the people they serve. We are sick customers and deserve the right to politness and consideration. Nothing less. She (Amanda) should lose her job or at least be suspended without pay for a month. Unacceptable behavior. read more

This Walgreens is a mess. I always have to call multiple times to ask why my prescriptions aren't ready when they're supposed to be. The staff doesn't communicate with each other. One will tell me that my medicine will be ready in 15 minutes, and the next will say "well, she didn't tell me that." Currently I'm sitting on hold waiting for someone to talk to me about the prescription that my doctor has called in 3 times today. The Asian woman working there, Minh I believe, has spoken to both of us multiple times today and she keeps saying she doesn't remember. I need my medicine to get well. This is ridiculous. I'll be going to the 24 Hour Burleson location from now on. read more

worst place to pick up prescriptions you don't even get a star go there right now lines @ window so long and go in side it just as long called in refills 3 days ago go pick up my pills after waiting 30 min. then i got to go in to hear we will need another 15 min. Love this Walgreens location. The regular check out woman is helpful when there are sales that I didn't take advantage of and very sweet. This is my usual pharmacy for everything. From prescriptions to OTC to vitamins. They are fairly quick in refills and always check to make sure there won't be any interference with anything I take. They also provide flavored options for pills. Which is awesome! Also a redbox outside. read more

This has to be the worse Walgreens pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have always used Walgreens in every city I've lived in. I love the fact that I am I their system and only have to change my address when I move to a new one due to my job. The one at 901 crowley Rd is close to my house but I have had more than 1 bad experience that I will drive to the burleson location. I waited in line in the drive-thru behind a vehicle for 15 minutes and when I get to the window the lady said sorry we are closed. I said I have been here for 15 minutes waiting. She said well come inside and get your medicine. Then on another occasion I drove up to the outside lane at the same time as another vehicle in the inside lane. I sat there for 20 minutes ringing the help button and was told they didn't see me. That was it. There were a couple of other things not to mention one of the rude associates that helped me one day that I can explain. Horrible service. read more
