What the heck is wrong with this location's pharmacy???? The pharmacy is the worst. I can't get through on the phone to anyone. I've waited on hold multiple times for over 30 minutes with no answer. When I arrive at this location, there are so many people waiting at the pharmacy. The check-in screen doesn't work (doesn't respond to touch). My doctor called in a prescription and waited on hold for 20 minutes. You need to fix this location. I'm moving my business somewhere else. read more

Tell you that you can return an RX and wait till you drive up there to tell you that they don't do that. Have to wait forever for them to come to the window, then go get a manager to tell you the same thing. Wish my insurance would use another pharmacy. Awful!! read more

I usually order any photo prints through the Walgreens app and never have any problems. Usually there are coupons available on there too! The prints are ready when promised and great quality! About a month ago I tried ordering through CVS and it was a disaster, so I'm sticking with Walgreens for my photo print needs. Inside the envelope, I truly can " find smiles inside"!! I have also been trying to replenish my daily multivitamins and we really love the Walgreens brand. I've been buying them for many many years. Hubby can't swallow big honking pills and most vitamins are huge! Sadly, I don't think Walgreens makes or sells them anymore. I switched all of our prescriptions here from the CVS across the street, which has terrible hours and lackluster service. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the pharmacy here, including a better conversation with a male pharmacist about a medical issue for a family member than we had with the physician treating them. Each time I pick up, they stop by for a consultation and have time to speak if you need to. All in all, very pleased with our experiences here. read more

My go to Pharmacy, always timely and I now have TWO very heartfelt personal stories about how they go above and beyond. Urgent Care prescribed a $600 antibiotic for my daughter that was hard to come by. Pharmacist knew an alternate to recommend and assisted me in facilitating the change script(when dr office was then closed) getting my daughter her meds that night and saved me lots of money and traveling all over. Similar story today, I come to pick up a topical solution for my son - find out it is $300 and not covered, they offer to help find a coupon and are so helpful and friendly. I have three prescriptions for chronic health issues. When my former pharmacy quit taking my insurance I, as needed, transferred two of the prescriptions over to this Walgreens. Those two I had no issues, they were able to fill both within two hours of me calling them. But then it came time to fill my Metformin prescription. I called them Thursday March 2 around 930 a.m. At about 1030, they sent me a text informing me it would be available 1130 am. I failed to see that they also said March 3. So, needless to say it wasn't available when I went there at 1130 am March 2. Then they told me if I would wait they could fill it in one hour. We were leaving town for the weekend so I told them I would get it when I came back Sunday (today). But when I returned shortly after 5 p.m. today they still had not filled it, and are now claiming it will be 2 pm tomorrow before they can do so. And after going half dose for the past three days, I am now down to my last metformin pill. I'll take it tomorrow but if I find out they still haven't filled it I am afraid my relationship with Walgreens Pharmacy will be short lived. I am already thinking of transferring all three prescriptions to a CVS even closer to my house. It's just my husband has used this Walgreens for a while with no problem. So far. Quick stop here while in vacation and in need of something we forgot. It's always nice that there in every city and you get familiar with their offerings and set up. It's pretty much the same no matter where you are in the states. The store was clean and well organized. As per usual they had minimal staff around, but we didn't have any questions. I asked if it takes a long time to get the vaccine l, she said no. Guess she just didn't want to do it. Went to CVS nextdoor and they were happy to assist me. I felt invisible... like no one saw me standing at the photo dept register for 10 minutes... An associate walked right passed me and i stopped her and asked if anyone was going to help me and continued to walk and talk.. paid to do the bare minimum. Do not use this pharmacy, your health depends on it. They don't open on time. They close early. They are slow. Their attitude is bad. Worst of all, they made an error and showed I picked up a medicine when I had not. I had to go some time without a critical blood pressure medicine. Phenomenally rude pharmacist. It's like she can't help herself. I keep trying to make my relationship work with her, but she doesn't care. At all. Jackie, you need to retire, honey. One thing that Walgreens has done at this location, is take a LUNCH from 1:30-2:00pm in the PHARMACY. Each instance, the service and communication just goes further down hill, and I have had multiple interactions because they cannot do their job right. Went to get flu shot last week. I was reminded why they aren't my pharmacy. Left and went to Kroger where I normally go.

Tried to get a Rx filled... which did ultimately happen. But not until after I spent 17 minutes ON HOLD over 2 calls. Both calls ended up with Walgreens hanging up on me! Terrible Service! I wound up calling back & asking for the general store manager who walked back to the Pharmacy himself and made things happen. I can only speak to the pharmacy but they're about the worst I've experienced in Dallas. Somehow the drive thru lane is consistently a 20+ minute ordeal even if there are only a couple cars in line and they'll randomly refuse to fill prescriptions submitted by your doctor even though they filled them in the past. If you're bored and need something to eat up all that spare time in your day then Walgreens might be what you're looking for, otherwise do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions filled elsewhere. read more

Makes sense for the convenience but I bought a couple things there and was surprised that it is marked up a decent bit. Meanwhile, I tried to go to their public restroom only to be stopped by a keypad. Went back to the pharmacy and asked for the code to go use the restroom, he said he could get someone to open it for me. I told him, "No, thank you." Since when did it become this difficult to get meds and use a public restroom in this country?!? I'll stick to the CVS in the future. read more

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this location has gone downhill fast. My doctor sent in a prescription electronically yesterday morning & i received a notification from Walgreens that it would be ready by 11:00 am. I called at 4:30 pm because the app still showed 11:00 the estimated pickup time. They said they were still working on it. I checked the prescription status this morning and the prescription was gone. Called the store and was put on hold for 30 minutes, then was hung up on. Called back and was put on hold for 30 minutes, then was hung up on again. I have been using this location for years but this will be the last time i fill my prescriptions here. They were priced competitively. They got me in and out quickly and with courtesy and politeness. Some of the pricing is a little inconsistent with the ads but, I felt that I received good value. Only concern about this location is the people hanging around the parking lot. Occasionally there are indigents, homeless and baggers that camp out in the parking lot. read more

Waited for 30 minutes for 1 photo to be printed and when an employee finally came to the photo center proceeded to yell at me about how the estimated times on the kiosk wasn't accurate if they're busy..... all I said was my 1 photo was supposed to be done at such and such time... and then proceeded to be incredibly rude and disrespectful about staffing and such. There was less than 6 people in the store and she walked past us multiple times and made eye contact multiple times and still ignored us. It took literally 30 seconds for her to print the picture.... This is my favorite Walgreens. The pharmacists are helpful, the employees are friendly, and the store is always clean and organized.

Very slow pharmacy. I've never had a prescription ready on time in 5 years. Today I dropped off a prescription at 10:15 and was told they'd text me in 30-60 minutes. I never got a text and when I was able to go back at noon they had mixed something up and hadn't even started yet. Now waiting another 15 minutes while they "rush". This is the first bad review I've ever given, but sitting here wasting a big part of my work day, I felt compelled. read more

It was my first time picking up pictures here that I had ordered I was waiting 8 minutes for someone to come and hand me the pictures I ordered I went to the cashier that was just standing there if she could maybe help me but instead she said "let me call someone to help you" I was already frustrated because she didn't have anyone in line ready to pay. Witnessed store employees arguing loudly with each other, being openly rude to customers (including myself), just acting surly and confrontational. Maybe it's because the surrounding neighborhood has declined and the personnel might come from this rotten area. Brian Blake is a terrible manager at this location. He was very rude & has poor customer service skills. For the 3rd time in a row my prescriptions were not ready & I went there an hour after it was supposed to be. When I went to pick them up one prescription was "missing" They actually lost my prescription. Luckily I was able to call my doctor & his office had proof that it was sent along with the other two that they somehow received but missed one. How is that even possible LOL. Wow- the experience is shocking. I go to pick up 2 pictures and Cecilia the store associate made the visit to the store an inconvenience to HER! I walk up to the counter- *ignores me and walks away to "help someone who didn't ask for help at that moment"* I tell her by the way I am here to pick up pictures. *scoffs and walks back around to find them* Cecilia then slides the pictures to me and tells me to let her know when I am ready to check out. *walks away and goes back to the people sitting down- again who didn't ask for help at that moment either*. I stand there shocked -so I tell her I am ready to check out now please. *scoffs again and walks off to the other side near the front*. So I said okay Cecilia I will be notifying someone because you're being quite rude and unnecessary towards me. Cecilia then tells me okay do you want to speak with the manager. ( I never asked for a manager but she called her once I got to the register ). I asked her can you check me out please? Cecilia then tells me you don't want to wait for the manager? I asked again- can you check me out please and then I will speak with Christina. She then called the manager again- so I told her okay Cecilia this is why I will be reporting you. So then she said OKAY BRENDE! I am baffled at this point because this associate was acting as if picking up pictures was an inconvenience for her. Christina arrived and I began speaking about the situation and Cecilia then interrupts me as I am speaking with Christina. I asked for a receipt so that I can obtain the store information but I understand I opted for digital so I asked Christina to print one out for me. Not only was this incident unnecessary but I wasn't even trying to call the manager I just wanted my pictures and leave. The fact that I had to tell her AT the photo counter that I needed help AND then tell her I was ready at the time she gave me the pictures was crazy. There was no one else that was there and I was clearly in front of her when I walked up to the counter. It makes absolutely no sense as the why she acted the way she did. Drove all the way from Sherman to Dallas, had to pee but they wouldn't let me because the toilets were already cleaned and they closed in 30 , yes 30!!!, minutes.
