The total local sales tax was 7.5%. Jennifer checked us out and she was great. Polite service with a smile. My wife is a member of Ultamate Rewards. It's free. At checkout, all you have to do is tell the cashier your phone number (tied to your rewards account). Like other loyalty programs, the more you spend at Ulta, the more you get back in discounts.
