I used to go to this location because it was close to my home but after the experience I just had--I don't think I'll ever spend my money here again. I called here just to price check something. I was "transferred" twice, hung up on, then when I called back, the employees had the WORST attitudes!!! All I wanted you to do was go look at a price and tell me what it was. Why was that so hard? Goodness.. I try not to leave negative reviews but I have an extremely low tolerance for people who just don't want to do their jobs. read more

The customer service is lacking at this location for sure. Sometimes you have to stand and wait for a cashier to come to the front and check you out. The pharmacy is extremely slow as well. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes this evening with only two cars ahead of me. Once it was my turn I was ignored while they helped 2 customers in the other drive thru window-even though I was there before them. Finally they picked up the phone to help me and it took several more minutes for them to get my prescription. There were at least 5 people working in the pharmacy area but everyone looked lost. read more

I just switched all of my prescriptions (10) to another pharmacy because Walgreens "auto-refill" service kept sending me emails saying that they could not contact my Doctor for refill authorization, which I know is NOT true. Too bad because I've been using Walgreens for years for all of my prescriptions, but I know they did NOT try to contact my Dr because she is very responsive. The bottom line is, Walgreens is NOT dependable so I fired them. read more

I normally go to another Walgreens's location but forgot to refill and pick up a prescription. I called and spoke to someone who said my prescription would be ready within an hour. The location was very busy because snow was expected that evening. The staff was obviously working fast and they were very courteous. One of my meds required two bottles and only one was given. I received a call after arriving home and was told that all my meds were not picked up. She offered to bring it to me. Within a very short period she knocked on my door with the second bottle and she was very apologetic. This an incompetent pharmacy, in less than a month, they misplaced 2 of my prescriptions ,took them a while to find it back. After dropping in person the prescription in the store, go back two hours after, still not ready. Have to wait one hour in the car, their reason: too much work. No apology, nothing. Even if this store more convenient for me, I will drive few miles and go to CVS. They need some customer service classes, seriously. Or change the manager.will not go there again. read more

I know this is long but PLEASE read this. This is very important to know since the Walgreens pharmacy is for HEALTH PURPOSES!!!! I go here all the time to get my prescriptions since it is close to where I live but I will no longer be going here. I always refill my prescriptions electronically and when I receive a text saying it's ready I go. There have been so many times where I have to wait because it's not ready. This year they had my prescription on back order for MONTHS and I couldn't get it unless I went to a different Walgreens. I had in incident yesterday that threw me off which made me want to switch. I was waiting in line for 30 minutes because they had to refill my prescription that I received a text saying it was ready. In that process they couldn't find me and told me I didn't have health insurance and all this stuff. I gave them my insurance card and they had to create a NEW profile for me when I have been going there for years. In the end they gave me my prescription BUT when I got home to take it it was the wrong one. I called and asked why when it was time to take it and they told me it was on back order..... this is the kind of pill that if I stop taking it it will mess me up. I took the pill from the different pack because I had to but the guy said it will make me feel sick since it's a different company. I called a different Walgreens and they have the prescription I need but in order to get it I have to pay $40. I'm going to pay the $40 because I need it but they weren't even helpful enough to tell me that they were going to give me a different pill and they didn't even help saying I could find it somewhere else. It's SO FUNNY how they say they have been trusted since 1901 but it's 2018 and my trust is completely gone. read more

I really want to give them a 0, however that's not an option. This will be the last time my family and I will utilize Walgreens. I was due for a refill on my medication 1/17. I requested it on line and received an automated message the prescription would be ready the following day. I came to pick it up but was told my doctors office didn't submit the PA, although it was never requested. I reached out to my doctors office and finally was able to get the PA. I arrived to the pharmacy and was initially told I didn't have a prescription although I've been taking medication 6 months. I was then told three would fill it and it would be really in 20 minutes. I walked around the store ~30 minutes and was finally asked if I was waiting on a prescription. No, I have nothing better to do but sat in the waiting area of Walgreens. I was then told they don't have the medication . 45 minutes later and KJ they called around and it's available at another store 30 minutes from where I am. #annoyed read more

I can walk to this Walgreens from my house and, seeing as it's always open, I can do it any time of day or night! It's in a crazy-convenient location---near the corner of Fayetteville Rd. and NC-54---and now carries beer and wine, which, clearly, is a priority of mine. So, yeah, I know y'all know what a Walgreens is, but I really have to commend this location in particular: the people who work there are awesome, they always have great sales, and your scripts are always ready when you ask for them. I refill my meds on Walgreens.com, and apparently there's an app for the iPhone, too (although I hear you have to know your prescription number, which I never do). The only drawback about this Walgreens is that, because of its great location, the parking lot always seems to be packed; however, if you're just picking up meds, this can be remedied by heading to the drive-through window, where there rarely seems to be a long line. read more

Slow pharmacy - really doesn't adhere to the times that they promise medications. Switching our prescriptions to another pharmacy. Kerr is infinitely more customer service oriented - not just focused on $$$$$$. read more
