I then asked if they could squeeze me in since I showed up for my appointment and I was only getting a routine check which doesn't take long and was told the person I was supposed to see wasn't in today anyway and the Dr is busy. So you cancel an appointment I show up for on a Monday morning and the person I'm supposed to see isn't in and you don't let me know and there is no recourse but if I'd cancelled and didn't let you know I'd have to pay? That's a great policy for you...thanks for nothing.
