I see that this Walgreens often gets mixed up with the Other Walgreens down the street. This Walgreens is at the corner of Belleview and Broadway, across the street from Williams' jewelry store on the Broadway side, and then there's a Star bucks across the street on the belleview side...that star bucks used to be a mc donalds/ now it's just an empty-looking starbucks. There are Two ways to get in/out by car; Do Not try to exit Left onto Belleview I see people Attempting this and ...please just Do Not exit Left onto belleview from here; use the Other way to exit which is behind Walgreens on Broadway, and you can make a right on Broadway and then turn around if needed by using any of the multiple side streets as you head North on broadway. If you need to get headed the Other way on Broadway (South), then First turn Right out of the back of the store, Then make a left at any of the street lights, turn around, then you are headed South on broadway and you can make a right or left on Belleview if that's what you need to do. The Other Walgreens on Belleview (not as good at all and pretty sketchy IMO) is at the corner of Prince and Belleview, near Federal and a few dozen fast food restaurants. Do Not use That Pharmacy you have been Warned by Me about Not using that pharmacy; also, as I stated before it's a sketchier atmosphere in general and the staff seems anxious/on edge heck I would be too if I worked there at that one on the corner of Prince and Belleview. This Walgreens has friendly/helpful/calm people working there; I have been living a mile away for nearly 20 years so I think I'm kind of qualified to judge, since I've been in here probably no less than a hundred times over the last 20 years. They have a drive-through pharmacy which I have never used but it seems fairly busy . If you use that drive-through, what are you going to do to exit by car? Yes, you are going to go Right onto Belleview, OR you are going to go Right by exiting in the back onto Broadway. If you need to go LEFT/ East or South (left), you exit Right onto broadway, then make a left at any of the sidestreets off of belleview, turn around and there you go. You can also use the Walgreens App to get more discounts and you can use points on the app and they will usually deliver quickly like within an hour but don't try it after three or four PM / do that earlier in the day. I don't know about pharmacy delivery I've never used that feature but if I did I would put in my order EARLY as possible in the day; do not wait until it's a crisis or emergency and you'll probably be upset if they don't have it or you have to wait a while. The phamacist/staff have to call the MD office to verify details, especially with a new rx/and or/if it's a controlled substance. I love this Walgreens by our new home! I considered reducing 1 star because they have had under-stocked shelves. But it was the Holidays, so between more shopping and continuing supply chain issues, I couldn't do that. The five stars are for the employees. Every single one of them have been friendly and helpful. They keep busy with work that needs to be done in the store without neglecting the customers. In my experience, this doesn't happen without job satisfaction and good management. Keep up the great work! read more

My daughter has a prescription ready to be ready to be picked up at this location. When she went to pick it up she saw people walking out in hazmat suit. She never received a text or any info on how to pick it up just told the location is close. She had it transferred to another pharmacy but told we need to cancel at the other pharmacy because it is a controlled. But we cannot cancel because it is closed. The other Walgreens has received not info. I am so worried she is not taking her mental health meds. It has been three days. Not sure if Walgreens will get there stuff together before she has a mental health emergency. read more

Do not go to Walgreens for your vaccines. They do not care about their patients. My OBGYN sent in my prescription 3 weeks ago to get my Maternal RSV vaccine for when I am 36 weeks pregnant and having a baby in the height of RSV season. I show up to my appointment and they tell me "it's against company policy to give you the RSV vaccine due to your age and we don't care that you're pregnant". The vaccine is MATERNAL RSV which is specifically for pregnant women between 32-36 weeks to protect their babies from RSV. I will NEVER use Walgreens again for their blatant lack or care and respect for patients ESPECIALLY those who are pregnant and wanting to protect their unborn child. Shame on Walgreens. read more

Update: Apologies... this review was meant for the store down the street on Belleview near Santa Fe. BUT keeping it on here because I've never had a bad experience at this Walgreens. Pharmacists have always been kind and knowledgeable. It is very busy but that's not their fault, they handle it well. I went in for vaccinations the other day and the pharmacy staff was lovely. Walgreens site had been double booking so they've been running behind. The girl who I spoke with first who checked me in was super apologetic and sweet. Answered all of my questions and seemed genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. Turns out the wait wasn't even as long as expected because they worked very efficiently. The gentleman who gave me the shots was super friendly and upbeat which I was incredibly impressed by since they are probably dealing with disgruntled people all day due to the scheduling conflicts out of their control. It was very refreshing. My husband had a scheduling error on the website but they were still able to accommodate so he didn't have to go out of his way to come back. I'm very pleased with how the pharmacy staff handled everything, keep up the positive attitudes! It makes a big difference. Thank you! read more

PSA!!! don't order photos from here they don't have anyone on staff and they will never be ready. Don't waste your time and just order them from the location down the street. I understand being understaffed but you need to make it clearer in the order when the photos will actually be ready. Very frustrating to be told to wander around the store, for the order to still not even be started 20 minutes later. I simply can't understand how they only have one cashier who has to both check people out and print the orders. Figure out a better system or shut down your photo department. read more

The pharmacy never has my prescription ready. When I arrive I usually have to wait in line for at least twenty minutes, then I'm asked to wait twenty mins. to an hour...plus, nearly everyone in front of me is also cranky and frustrate. There are no words that can convey how bad this pharmacy is. It takes Devine intervention for someone to actually answer the phone. It seems the employees only know how to hit the hold button. This store is fine for picking up cosmetics, etc (although you will pay more than at Target for similar items), but I can not recommend the pharmacy. I filled a prescription here recently for the first Rome and the comedy of errors that ensued when I tried to pick it up would have been funny had it not been 9 at night and if the whole thing had not taken 90 minutes. I'd give less than one star if I could. I recently visited a your store located at: 123 E. Belleview Ave Englewood, CO 80113 I'm not sure if all Walgreens are independently or corporately operated but I had an experience here that I must share with someone who might care. I came into the store to print 10) 4x6 pictures of my 6YO daughter that Had been taken approximately 15 min prior to the visit. I patiently waited 10-15 minutes for a digital media kiosk to free up; periodically helping out the woman who currently using it with the software. Once free, I selected my photos and briefly edited/cropped and sized them and submitted to order for the photo employee to process. My daughter and I browsed around for a bit while the photos were printing. Total time at the store about 30-45 min. All according to plan, nothing out of the ordinary to this point. However, upon trying to pick up my photos, the photo clerk asked if the pictures were professionally taken. Being proud of my pictures and thinking she was giving me a compliment I told her "thank you, I like to think of myself as a professional photographer." The clerk then immediately told me she would not sell me my pictures due to "Walgreens Policy." I thought she was joking. She reiterated that she had to now "shred" my photos. I asked to talk to a manager to make some sense of the situation. Her manager came and spoke with the employee briefly and she also told me the pictures needed to be shredded unless I had a release form from the photographer. I told her that I was the photographer and these were pictures of my daughter who was standing right next to me, who was nearly in tears upon hearing pix of her were going to be destroyed. I asked the manager if they had a release form that I could sign to appease the "policy" that I've never heard of before. And of course, they don't supply them. After several more minutes of me and my daughter trying to understand why we couldn't purchase the pictures, which were printed and sitting right there on the counter; I began to get frustrated and told them how upset I was about the complete waste of time. Of course, this is when we were asked to leave the store; which we happily did and will not return. Not only do I not begin to comprehend the "policy" she was describing, but I had spent nearly an hour of my time going to get a few pictures printed and then forced to leave empty handed. Now, I understand that companies have policies which may be confusing to customers but, also have some reasoning behind them. However, based on her flustered description, I can't see how anyone is allowed to print pictures at Walgreens without a release form that isn't supplied. That aside, this "Policy" should be posted all over the photo department so customers aren't wasting their time/energy trying to print their family photos which are for some reason disallowed. Side note, I went to another Walgreens a couple miles away and they printed my pictures with a smile and no mention of this "policy". Not sure if the clerk and manager at the 123 E. Belleview ave. Store we're having a bad day, or if they simply enjoy the power trip of turning customers away. The pharmacy technicians at this location are almost always very condescending and judgemental. My prescription refills are from my doctor and it's not your place to talk down to me about them. More than once I have gotten attitude about refilling my meds. Just do your job, drop the attitude. I'm sure there are a lot of addicts out there, but there are also people who have very serious diseases that are very painful. Bet none of them have ever had to deal with that, and are lacking compassion. Next time I go somewhere else even if I have to drive further. read more

Too bad I didn't check these consistently bad reviews before I mistakenly decided this particular Walgreens location would be convenient. There was nothing convenient about my first and last experience trying to get a prescription filled here. I won't bore you with a blow-by-blow account; instead I'll summarize by saying if you're suffering from a condition and need medication fast, do not even consider doing business here. These people repeatedly tell you your prescription will be ready at a time when it's not, provide the absolute lowest possible level of customer service and compassion, and seem to have no professional pride. When I see that most Walgreens locations have bad reviews, I've got to believe there are some serious management issues at top levels of the organization. Save yourself some suffering and frustration, and don't even consider getting a prescription filled here. read more

My wife was released from Swedish Hospital in Englewood, colorado, after staying there for four days, and was given a prescription that she chose to take to walgreens on E Bellview Avenue, also in englewood, colorado. upon handing over the prescription given to her by a doctor at Swedish Hospital, she was told that the script looked forged, and that they would not be filling it, and accused my wife of potentially selling the prescription, as if she were to be sme type of drug dealer!!. Mind you, we just moved from Nevada and haven't changed our driver's licenses yet, which was also used against my wife's attempt to fill her prescription. This is absolutely disgusting and intolerable behavior. Walgreens on E Belleview in Englewood, Colorado, should absolutely be ashamed of themselves!! I'll never, ever go to another walgreens! It's a shame that one bad apple (or two in this situation) can ruin it for everybody! read more
