I found another worker and asked him and gave me one of those half answers and didn't even attempt to try looking further. I realized that Meijer is pointless. Their point system also sucks. I was lucky to find those two workers on the floor because I hardly see them when I need assistance. The older heavy set lady at the self checkout always has an attitude. I put my hand basket on the floor until I got my bag of things situated and then I was going to put it back and she snatched it up and rolled her eyes as I walked out and complained to the guy at the front. I started going to Ralph's. Well, Kroger because I use Ralph's in California and Kroger and Ralph's are the same because Ralph's is part of Kroger Co. The point system makes sense and I can easily clip and save from my app. Plus the staff are more helpful. One person at Meijer was helpful and that was a nice lady who helped me find a particular hair care product. She approached me and asked if she could help. The store was clean, well maintained and the checkout line was fast, unlike most other grocery stores. As usual, the price is the real gem and while selection is small, they have some real bargains on ethnic foods and traditional grocery items, like dairy, produce and baked goods.
