This location only gets 2 stars because most of the pharmacy staff are pretty kind. This review is purely based on the pharmacy experience. Today I waited over 30 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of me. This was at 10:30am- not rush hour! Did I get an apology? Nope! When I told the staff I waited over 30 minutes did I get an apology? Nope! I got a rambling explanation why the service was slow. If this was the first time this has happened I wouldn't write a review. However, this has been the norm for at least the last 60 days. It's beyond frustrating. It's not my fault if you're short staffed or any other reason! Own your shortcomings. As for the store, I often have to wait for a cashier to come to the register because they are generally off chatting with another employee. Today I FINALLY said enough and switched all my prescriptions to CVS. The app is better, the refill process and communication are better and they have customer service! read more

Pharmacy drive thru takes wayyy too long for there to be 3 cars or less. Not sure if it's the people they are helping that make it take so long or just them moving slow. Besides that the workers are very nice read more

This is our regular walgreens. I don't know what people are bitchin about. I know that curmudgeon working the front register can get a bit ornery. But what do yall expect? I normally stop in for my everyday needs- gum, allergy medicine, random stuff. The pharmacy has always been fairly consistent but today they went above and beyond. Melinda did a great job of turning around a high demand prescription in lightning time and Melissa throughly explained the prescription. Very satisfied and recommended. read more

Decent nice new Walgreens. Nothing special. If you've been to one, you've been to them all. Pricey, clean, and rather generic. I would offer a 4, but their prices on almost everything are steep. Also, I was picking up an order of a photograph from the photo place and the experience wasn't the best. The older fellow didn't seem to be in the mood, to be honest. As soon as he was through with the customer in front of me, he walked around the counter to leave. Stopped. Looked at me, like he was surprised to see me, although I had clearly been standing next in line. He asked if I was there to get a picture. "Yes," I replied. He went rather reluctantly around the corner and handed me my picture, which took all of 30 seconds. Then he walked around the counter and said "you can check out up front." I've been coming to this Walgreens for years since it's down the street from my house. I come here for everything; makeup, prescriptions, photos, etc. the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hours are pretty good as well. read more

For convenience sake I decided to use Walgreens delivery free Friday for a prescription. The website said one to two days. It was 10:00am Friday morning when I asked for the script, so I think it's fair to have expected it late on Saturday. When I hadn't received the prescription by Sunday and the website said my package was out for delivery, I called the pharmacy. I was told my script would be out for delivery on Monday and I would definitely receive my medication Monday, today. No apology, just the facts. Then today, Monday, I phoned the pharmacy again and was told that Walgreens pharmacy isn't sure what's going on but there seems to be some difficulty with FedEx. So if I don't mind waiting "a two or three" for my prescription they'll get it to me. So for a service that boasted one to two day delivery, this person wasn't even sure that it would be delivered on what would be sixth day they have had my script. She just hoped it would. That astounds me. The lady was just so casual about it. Kind of chuckled. I'm not fussing about not getting perfume, or dog food. This is my medication, that I need! Maybe someone should have called FedEx to discover what was going on? Or maybe somebody could have sent me a text or email informing me of this issue? How completely irresponsible, what disappointing customer service. How thoroughly unacceptable. read more

Pharmacy hours listed are incorrect! Employee said the owners know about this problem but refuse to do anything about it. Meanwhile, my family members and others who have doctors call in late night prescriptions are left to wait until the following day or later to receive the needed relief from their ailments. If they would only list the correct hours online, we could have been treated tonight. Kinda messed up that multiple people have complained, and nothing has been done. Poor customer care. For reference, the one on Western Center is truly a 24-hour pharmacy. This one actually closes at 10:00pm. read more

Guess reviews don't lie and management doesn't care bc the tech here is one of the rudest pharmacy techs I have ever encountered. Zero patience and only works in absolutes. Don't see the prescription in the computer, there is no possible way it's here. Then gets super rude and nasty when I got on the phone with the dr, trying to find out if I was at the wrong walgreens and she starts treatment me even worse. Come to find out they lost the prescription called in hours earlier and the dr just got off the phone with the pharmacist, calling it in for a second time. All the while she is behaving like this in front of TWO managers who NEVER offered to step in and calm the situation but i stead acted like ostriches with their heads in the sand. If you want a good caring pharmacy, drive 5 more minutes up the road to Kroger on Ray White. The pharmacist there knows everyone by name, speaks to his clients and will really open your eyes to what a good caring pharmacist and well run pharmacy is. read more
