They lost my photos period they lost my fucking photos. I have waited six months and they decided to forget about my photos a day after it was supposed to be picked up. I am furious I have been through so much frustration trying to get these photos with loving memories of my dead grandmother. I keep saying I'm gonna move my prescriptions. Well today is that day! Waited in drive thru line for 37 minutes with only a few cars ahead of me. I got to the window no one there, waited a few minutes, pushed the button for assistance, waited a few more minutes tell a lady came up and said someone will be with you in just a minute, waited several more minutes for the same lady to come back again and say someone will be right with you. Several minute's later I finally got some service. The lady didn't seem to know what she was doing, that or the register was malfunctioning. Rude employees working in customer service bother me. It's unacceptable to have an attitude when working with the public. Pharmacist and cashier were both professional. However, someone working in the pharmacy area was extremely uncourteous. The rude woman came up to finish processing the prescription I was picking up because the pharmacist had to step away to answer the call. She was not a pharmacist as she was unable to answer my question about the prescription. Even though she asked, "do you have any questions?" I simply asked how often the prescription should be taken. She told me I need to wait. She left the prescription on her side of the counter and walked a few feet away. I followed up with, "Maybe I can just read it." She replied with attitude, "it's on there." I can now see the other Yelp reviews describing how poor the service is here. I needed a prescription filled immediately, and didn't even think to check Yelp; I just choose the pharmacy in the closest proximity to the urgent care. (I did choose an urgent care location based off good Yelp reviews an hour before coming to this Walgreens and that did pay off.) Lesson learned: check Yelp for all things, even if it's not food related! read more

I would put zero starts but not for the few unfortunate pharmacy techs who are clearly over worked and under appreciated. They bill my insurance without filling my scripts *cough* illegal by the way *cough*, the pharmacists are rude on the phone and will not let you get a word in to ask a question before suddenly putting you on hold or hanging up on you, and they charged me an almost $100 dollar co pay for medication I never had one on in the past 7 years I've been taking it claiming my insurance suddenly denied it. After paying for it (because I need it) and calling my insurance, we find out that again they billed my insurance and double billed me. If possible, this would be -10 stars. I went inside as the drive-through was very long. My plan was if inside was crowded I would come back another day. There was nobody at the counter, I walked right up feeling confident I'd be out in just a few minutes. SOOOO WRONG!! The young man at the drive-thru was obviously very busy. THREE employees standing to the right TOTALLY ignored me!! After almost 5 minutes, making eye contact with all three, one told me "we'll be right with you". As they continued to stand there talking, I realized they were discussing scheduling!! Ummm, what?!! Why is that more important than a customer/patient??!! After another 5 minutes (during which time they all saw me still standing there), I asked if someone could help me as I had to get to work. The pharmacist told me I could come back later if I was in a hurry!! Umm, WOW! No, I'm on my way to work and I will not be available till Monday or Tuesday. Which means daily phone calls from them reminding me to pick up the prescription. The pharmacist informed me "one of them is on break and we have something to discuss". WOW, again!! Scheduling discussion continued, one person stepped back between the shelves so she couldn't be seen, yet they all continued to discuss who could work, how many would be on shift, etc ..., yes, I was becoming visibly agitated! By this time, there are 3 or 4 people waiting behind me. The "hiding" assistant walked out, the one on break, I'm guessing. The other two ignored me, still. Finally the pharmacist told the other person "just go help her"!! What the ....??!! No apologies, nothing! Unreal!! With what is left of the prescription, now the 90 day refill, I'm looking for another pharmacy! Totally ridiculous!! read more

I am now on my 5th week of trying to get just my one touch strips. That's 5 weeks. I ran out two days ago. Because of medicare you pretty much have to use a place like walgreens. The Dr has fax the info at least 10 times in the last 3 weeks, but somehow walgreens can not seem to find it or receive it. Tomorrow I will go to the Dr. office, then hand carry the paperwork to walgreens. If that does not solve the problem. Well things won't be going so well for someone. It is the time of the month and thought I'd be okay with feminine pads that are for light periods. I went to a CVS drive thru and the person had gone on lunch. My little brother called Walgreens to inquire about pads and if one is allowed to walk in or of it was just a drive thru basis. In which he informed my brother that they are open for walk ins and that the Walgreen's oen 24 hours. Jerry was so patient and kind via phone. Once I made it to the store Jerry greeted me right away. I wasted my whole lunch hour to not get a vaccine I had an appoint for. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 11 o'clock appointment. They only have one line, so vaccine appointments are mixed in with prescription pickups. There was one woman ahead of me standing at that counter. She did not even get spoken to until 11:05! When I finally got spoken to, at 11:10, I was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes to get the shot. My lunch hour was over, so I had to leave without it. The fault was not the woman at the counter. She was working hard. The fault was not enough people plus--if you make appointments, handle them separately from general pickups!!! read more

You are guaranteed to wait at least 20 minutes to pick up a prescription whether you do drive up (which you can't hear the person on the other end) or walk up. I have waited over twenty minutes to get a prescription only to be told the pharmacist is on break and that I need to wait another 10 minutes for them to get back when their posted pharmacy closed hours are no where near this time. DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE PHARMACY. They are slower than the DMV. They told me prescription wasn't ready and it will be 30 min. I come back after almost an hour and it was still not ready. Then one of the ladies tells me one of the prescribed medicine is just Tylenol so I should just go buy it over the counter. So you want me to wait in line to get my prescription and then wait in line again to buy Tylenol? Just give me what my doctor sent you to prepare and that is all you need to do!!! Ended up just taking what they managed to prepare in the hours they had and didn't even bother waiting for the third prescription. They make something so simple harder for themselves and sadly all the customers. I will make extra effort to go to a further pharmacy to get my prescriptions faster (ironically). I've been a customer here for long time. Idon't know why now they changed to all Vietnamese staff in pharmacy. They are not efficient at all. Today, I came for pick up my med, and the girl technician don't even know what pepto bismol is which was prescribe together with 3 meds ( i need to drink it together) , they let me pick up 3 meds and and said the pepto bismol is not over the counter med, ask me to call the doctor to change med. I had to call back and forth my doctor to confirm turn out not true. Had to come back to tell them , so waste of time and annoying. Moreover, what the most annoyed thing is The girl tech 's attitude. Got my wisdom teeth removed and was waiting in the chair RIGHT IN FRONT OF the pharmacy for my medication for 3 HOURS. My Anesthetic wore off and I was literally shaking in pain. Pharmacists, Techs all watching me taking deep breaths and grabbing my arms trying to minimize the pain. Called everyone else to pick up their medication but yet I never heard my name. Had to ask a kind older woman waiting in line to see if I can go ahead of her and I had to write it in a note and show her because the pain was UNBEARABLE AT THIS POINT. I go up and showed them my phone. Turns out my medication was ready and had been ready. I go off. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I have worked in healthcare for 7 years and having a patient wait for their medication when they are in physical debilitating pain is absolutely unacceptable. I dont know what is wrong with the people working at this pharmacy but they literally do not communicate to ANYONE. PATIENTS, COWORKERS, Nobody. I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT WITH THIS LOCATION FOR CAUSING ME UNNECESSARY PAIN THAT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED. There are no DOCTORS that work here, just people pushing pills into bottles to make a buck. I have been waiting for my medication for 2 weeks now. Every time I call I get told it's an insurance issue yet when I call my insurance they say everything is in good standing. It has been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my nausea medication. This is ridiculous. I'm pregnant and shouldn't have to wait two damn weeks to get the medicine I need. One of the WORST Walgreens! This location is shady as it was robbed not long ago. Sometimes, there are drunks and questionable characters hanging around the premise. We used to have a small Walgreens nearby us, but they were out of business, so I have to deal with this one. The pharmacy staff is so BAD. The drive-thru is HORRIBLE. We were there to pick up an over-the-counter medicine that the doctor from the emergency had called for. We waited almost an hour in the drive-thru. Pharmacists and staff walked on by the window and clearly saw us but never acknowledged that we were there. I knocked on the window. No one responded. I pressed the intercom box with yellow button and yelled "Please help." No one came. We called the store number, so did my family and told them that we were outside. I wanted to give up but had waited for a long time to get the window. I peeked inside the window, the line is long. The pharmacist finally came - No hello or greeting, instead we got an abrupt "what's your birthday" without opening the window. I had to repeat the question over and over again. He said, "there's nothing for you!" I stated that the Dr from UCI emergency had called and placed a hold for us. Nothing but silence. We decided to leave the drive-thru and went inside. The medicine for the eyes we wanted was opened. The box was tampered with torn flap. We had to purchase the generic brand. This is not the first we have experienced this kind of horrendous customer service. We have called several times for them to come to the window. There were a couple of mix-ups. Check your prescription orders before leaving the drive-thru. We are looking for alternative close by! read more
