By FAR the worst Walgreens I've ever had to deal with. We've been living next door in wolf ranch for 4 1/2 years and we've never been so frustrated. Even before the pandemic, they are extremely non-efficient, unpredictable, unreliable and run low on stock of everything! Every time you try to pick up some meds you can expect a 30 minute wait just about all hours of operation. Drive thru and inside! (Oh and that's IF they stick to what their hours of operation are. They can randomly change their hours and or close down early, leaving all their patients with no other options.) Do yourself a favor and fill your prescriptions somewhere else! READ THIS, find another store more so for the Pharmacy !!!!!!!!!! Besides the fact trying to call them is a 30 min to endless wait, let's talk about the drive thru and how they talk lunch and you get shut down if your in line. Yes the have a sign, but wait you can't see it when your inline of course so i got lucky I got to the window 1 min before Pharmacy Lunch time, so they were all LOL because I made it, but right after me and the 5 or 6 cars they cover the window up and Oh well you waited in line for 40 mins for nothing. Next Mail order online system, place a order and Voommm it's gone no trace of it, so place another one a week later same, so call and after 30 mins of waiting on a very piss you off hold system, I got someone and asked and said I wanted ail order, OK No problem, but then of course the next day I start getting emails and phone calls about picking up my orders.. Ok done will Walgreens, maybe the exec spend more money on the phone systems and better training for it employees and maybe even firing the deadwood ones like I got that can't even place a order for mail order. 1st find a different location, and find a different chain, Walgreens doesn't seem to care, other than taking your money so try Amazon or OptimaRX or one of the many other Pharmacy's and maybe they will clean up when the money train stops. Read the other reviews, and yes it's as bad inside as outside, just a poorly run location. read more

How can the service at the pharmacy go from impressively efficient 2 years ago to exquisitely painful now? Just today I took many many deep breaths while I languished in the car lane waiting to get just one prescription. I watched as it took over 15 minutes to get one car done car done then took 5 minutes to get my prescription filled even though it was ready days ago. I guess I don't understand. If the prescription is always ready,then why can't you just give the person the drugs, take the money and get on with the next customer? Why does this have to take so painfully long? the people have good intentions in regards to doing their job, but the efficiency is just lacking completely in this pharmacy. it's like the employees are waiting for the customers to get visibly upset w/ them before actually doing the service asked of them. i wouldn't have left this review if i hadn't witnessed two individuals separately storm out of the pharamacy/walgreens all together after not being helped or communicated to. being at your job doesn't fulfill the requirements of your job; you have to be of help to the customer and allow us, as customers, to have a productive and efficient experience at your pharmacy. i'm currently in the waiting chairs of the pharmacy area, and i have watched every employee go into the break room and can hear them talking to eachother on the other side of the door. i am alone in the pharmacy area, with no help and no hope of getting my scheduled shot done anywhere near on time. read more

I've had ENOUGH with this Walgreens pharmacy. They are constantly "temporarily closed" or "closed early". Today i woke up at the crack of dawn to not endure 45 min wait time in the drive thru. Walked up to a new sign on the door that their "systems are down". Once they closed down for a whole week because someone got covid. I can't even tell you the amount of times we've driven up to see a long line wrapped around the building or in the store or some sort of limited hours. My husband and I are completely fed up. We've lived here 4 years and it's gone down hill in the last 2-3 years. He has epilepsy meds that MUST be filled. They are completely unreliable and slow!!!!!! Horrific display of customer service. I needed to buy medicine and the tag stated Buy 1 Get 1 50% off. Prices are also cheaper on their app so I asked the associate to price match. She called the manager over who rudely stated they do not match to anyone, not even their online prices. Yet it clearly states on their website that they do honor requests if asked. Secondly, she refused to honor the tag special. How can a manager deny a customer what the tag and website is stating? I will not be supporting this store any longer. read more

Had a prescription called in to Walgreen's pharmacy from Urgent Care. I checked with them and she told me it would be ready in 2 hours. I waited until the next morning to pick up the meds. I was there around 9:30 am and was told the prescription was not ready. . I explained what I had previously been told and that it was for my husband's shoulder pain-he really needed the medication. She said it won't be ready until noon. I said I really needed this filled and she said to come back in 30 minutes. I came back and the prescription was ready. Poor, poor customer service. read more

If you like to be frustrated, this is the place. I wanted to like this place due to its proximity to my home, I have one rx here and they are so inconvenient that I can't pick it up. Their pharmacy counter has inconvenient hours and then is closed when they say they are open. I have been there on a Saturday during their open hours and there were over 20 people in line. Here it is Wednesday morning at 8:45 and the drive through is supposed to be open but it is closed. Last month I ordered my RX for delivery and it arrived two weeks late and I really needed my medicine, I went without my medicine for 12 days, which caused some health concerns. I called corporate and they wouldn't rerun my call, opened a claim with them and nothing was done. They had already billed my insurance so I couldn't order more. This month I tried ordering again and it still has not showed up. I show up to the store during their posted hours and the pharmacy window is closed. This is pathetic. read more

I must be in the minority with a great experience at this Walgreens. The pharmacy techs have been helpful and for me, have gone above and beyond. Every dealing that I've had with anyone working here has been terrific. This Walgreens is farther from my house, but I have had such a good experience that I go out of my way to do business here. I have a Walgreens about a mile from where I live (the one on Williams and Booty Rd) that I will not do business with because the people who work there are incredibly rude and more often than not, weird. read more

Can barely get anyone on the phone. Even when I do people never know where my prescriptions are or when I can expect to be able to pick them up. Last week I had to go back and forth with the MANAGER about my prescription which had already been there the entire time after they sent me home saying it wasn't. I had to go back after getting back home and wait again for something that had been there the whole time had they just actually looked they'd have seen it. So bad. Why are there always 7-8 people behind the counter yet not one person greets you or attempts to help. They mess my prescription up every single time. Dear Walgreens, When the line to check out is 7 people deep, you have only one register open and the lady at the front of the line is questioning her receipt while slowing up the line, you do the right thing and open another register. However, shouting to the line from the back of the store that your register is now open is tacky. The proper way to handle it would be to come up and escort the front of the line to your now open register. read more

I'm going to get better at posting good reviews! I feel like, and it's true, that I don't give praise enough to those that deserve it so I will work on it! But...I just reported this Walgreens to their headquarters. I don't know if that will help but as I told them, I'm very concerned that this pharmacy is going to hurt someone. I put my refill request in online last Monday (8/12). Never got a call or text so I went on my app and did it again. My app showed it would be refilled. Then all of a sudden it was no longer showing as being refilled. Monday I got a call thinking they were going to tell me it was ready but no, they wanted to talk to my husband and sell him on a service. I told them he wasn't available but I would like to check on my refill. They transferred me and low and behold, no they STILL did not have my refill. So more than a WEEK later AND 3 requests my meds weren't ready. Today I went to pick it up and you guessed it, no record of a refill request. They said they could have it ready after lunch if that's ok. No, I said. It's not ok. I've been trying to get this refilled for a week and I drove into town to get it. They had it ready in about 5 minutes but don't think I'm not going to make sure it's correct! Here's some news Walgreens....most meds need to be taken regularly to work! We will be leaving this location and possibly Walgreens all together! If they are this disorganized then they need to shut down and reorganize before someone gets hurt! read more

This is one the most inconvenient Walgreens I have ever experienced , the pharmacy management is poorly functioning, if they are short handed, they can pull from another Walgreens, other stores have done this.. this store needs better pharmacy management, terrible.. you get extra help to keep your drive thru open, management needs to be replaced.. read more

This store really needs to step it up. Their cashiers are incredibly slow and don't understand that customers don't want to wait in line for 15+ minutes while they try figure out coupon issues. This has happened to me every time I come into this store (3 times). It should never be a consistent 15 minute wait to check out with 1 item. consistently get screwed over whenever i need to get my prescription, doesn't seem to matter if i talk to a representative or just go through the phone system both are equally as useless. this is the third time i've had to request TWICE for my birth control, they have to bring it in through dallas and they just forget to put it in the system, which in turn gives ME horrific cramping, vomiting and blood because now i have to wait for THEM to fix their mistakes. I agree with all the previous bad reviews. The customer service in the pharmacy is lacking. On numerous occasions, the cashier never prompted me to enter my rewards account. When I mentioned it for my last prescription on 4/28/22, she had this goofy look on her face like Oh no, I forgot again! She was not a new employee. No apology. Just handed me my receipt. Then I tried to enter it online but their page would not accept entries in the amount field. I'm ready to change my pharmacy. read more

2nd time I have had problems with their pharmacy department. The first time involved me paying for my prescriptions with express pay on the app that way when I got there it would be paid for and all I have to do is pick it up making the process faster. Instead I waited behind three cars in the drive-through line only to get up to the window and be told that express pay can only be picked up inside. Needless to say I wasted all of that time just to go wait inside I was not a happy camper. The guy behind the counter was sarcastic pointing to the sign that read express pay line which didn't make sense because there was not a sign located in the drive-through line signaling you to go inside to pick up express pay prescriptions. He didn't have a care in the world as I explained to him all of that leading me to call later for a manager who responded with I'm sorry and I'll let them know which is the equivalent to I will do nothing. Tonight, I decided to forego the express pay because of all the hassle I received the last time I was there and just pay at the window I waited four cars deep this time which was painfully slow only to get to the window and them tell me they put my prescription back after the 10th day. However I let the gal know that on Saturday I received a call asking me do I still want my prescription to which I answered yes and said I would be there the next day I guess she didn't listen and then put my prescription back! I was out of state and could not come right away and it was only one day but that didn't happen either. Again the teenager (probably right above) covered in tattoos could care less whether I got my prescription or not! This is the worst place for efficiency in the pharmacy and drive thru! Hire better Walgreens!!! It's worth it isn't it? read more

Not sure what Walgreens corporate is thinking by having this store under their name. The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is the worst. Numerous times I've dropped off a prescription only to be told they are out of it when I return to pick it up. Today it happened again. I dropped off the Rx, was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes, I returned in 30 minutes, sat in the drive-through pick up line for 20 minutes, and then was told they were out of it but would have it tomorrow. How does this keep happening and why are we not told at drop off that the medicine is not available. In total, I was in line for 30 minutes. This should not be acceptable to Walgreens and yet it keeps happening at this location. I will be moving my prescriptions, which I've had at a Walgreens for years, to CVS as I cannot accept this lack of service any more. read more
