I met with Erica who patiently listened to my concerns and immediately went to work solving the issue. She was patient and so empathetic while furiously making calls and checking stock for my wife's medications. In no time she has a solution and literally saved my wife from a serious health scare. While waiting there, I watched as she worked with many other customers and each time showed the same attention, care, and empathy, along with the entire team being wonderful with each person they interacted with. The homeless people go into the bathroom and splash feces on the floor and walls. People steal right in front of everyone and nobody can do anything about it.
