Where this place goes bad is the person that operates the cash register at the pharmacy counter. All the charm of a dentist drill... Been there three times now, got stuck with this gal that is plain rude. Never got welcomed to the pharmacy Never smiled, not once Waiting in line, never said "can I help you or thank you and does not know how to smile. My wife watched. Today my wife did the talking to her. Was not welcomed, she was rude. This unfriendly register operated makes one want to leave. I'm hoping the manger responds to this. I'm not done. If the owner does not contact me, I'll go in and ask for him. There are a couple of choice words that I'd like to write.

Stop going to those chain ‍ pharmacy's that treat you like a number and come enjoy the personal touch you receive here. They don't automatically refill prescriptions like other pharmacies. Do you have to call every month and renew your order so if you're the kind of person who is super forgetful and likes that your pharmacy automatically refills your medication this would not be the pharmacy for you.

Thing is, my insurance hasn't covered it the last three times I've had it filled at this pharmacy. You'd think that sort of information would be on file at this point. So I explained that I pay out of pocket for it, and the person who was helping me said it would STILL be a few hours before they could fill it, if not tomorrow. Good thing I don't need this medication to keep me alive or anything like that. I hope that people with that level of need are getting their medicine elsewhere.
