After looking haphazardly through a pile of photos, she told her that her order did not exist. Not that it wasn't there, or it was misplaced, but that it was not in existence. She attempted to show her the order email, that verified name, the order, and the store, and that it was ready for pick up at the Photo Booth counter. She would not look at it And instead told her that she could come around the counter and look for herself. She left the store, of course, but I honestly don't see how the store is continuing to operate with such poor customer service. Juanita was no kinder to me, and threw my order on the counter before stomping away and telling me I could pay at the front desk.

I called at 7:30 to try to speak with someone and was told be the automated line that my order was delayed and I could expect delivery on Monday. This was for frozen food. Like most people, I would be at work Monday and could not get this order. When I called to speak with an actual person and they tried to transfer me, the phone rang and rang, and nobody answered it. Terrible service. I canceled the order and now I'm going through the trouble of trying to make sure that I get a refund.

I had to call them to ask if they knew if it had been picked up, they didn't know, but check and then let me know they didn't know when it would arrive. They read me off my USPS tracking code and it turns out, this delivery service that cost me $10 on top of the cost, won't be here for another day... A total of 5 days... The store is less than 5 minutes from me. This was for my SSRI and I am sick to my stomach and really not doing well and had to call into work today.. this was a miserable experience and there was NO communication. This is a terrible service, and there should be some way or warning that something as important as as SSRI that even missing one dose can have one feeling terrible, might take as long as 5 days for delivery from a pharmacy just down the road...

When I tried to pay and asked for an itemized bill and receipt, the rep was rude, dismissive, and more focused on blaming me than helping. I had to ask for a different rep just to get basic service. Completely unprofessional. If you need medical equipment, go elsewhere -- not worth the stress or lack of support.

The aisles seemed wide and comfortable to walk through without having to navigate around other shoppers.
