This Walgreens in minutes from my home and therefore very convenient in that sense but in others very inconvenient. The fact that Walgreens is not 24 hours is rather surprising to me. Both of the closest pharmacies to me have limited hours. People get sick...people need their meds. It is unreasonable to expect someone that just got out of the hospital for instance to drive farther away to another pharmacy that may be open so that they can get the meds they need. Walgreens needs to change this Walgreens to a 24 hour version ASAP. read more

Experience with the Pharmacy: What I wrote to the manager. I just wanted to address the lack of customer service at your pharmacy. (2800 NE 8th St). The pharmacy staff, to include the pharmacist working today (19 May 22) seemed to be more interested in holding conversations with each other rather than attending to customers. I went there to pick up my prescription today and waited in line behind another lady. There were two of four staff members woking diligently while we waited. No one even let us know that they would be right with us or any notice that they were busy etc. During this time frame, I intentionally made eye contact with some of the employees to include the pharmacist several times hoping that they would get the hint to inform us to wait or simply anything. Nearly 10 minutes go by before I asked about the status and if they were going to address us. The lady began to rant, not friendly, about wrapping up with another customer and didn't even ask us to wait. The pharmacist looked at me and kept talking to another employee. I feel the pharmacist lacks any kind of management skills or simply didn't care about the situation. The pharmacists tech finally gets to the lady in front of me and them myself. As she's handing me my medication, she begins to talk to the other employees and joking and then brushed me off as if I was not there. In the customer service industry, simply informing, greeting and thanking customers only takes a few seconds and goes along way. They all lack these simple and basic skills. Ignoring and brushing people off is almost as bad as tell customers to leave. read more

I wish I could give this Walgreens pharmacy 0 stars. The customer service was horrible. I called and each time I attempted to reach the pharmacy, an employee answered and said please hold and then hung up. This happened 3 times, before I called the customer service on the Walgreens Store side and the representative transferred me to another line when I asked to speak to the manager and received a 4th hang up. Choose another pharmacy if you want good customer service!!! read more

I always come to this Walgreens because it's close by my house. But they have horrible service. Everyone speaks Spanish and assumes you speak Spanish. The photo center never has anyone I always wait 10-15min for someone to help me just for pick up. And when I come my photos are never finish even after 4 days when there suppose to be ready within a couple of hours. They even gave me someone else's photo mixed in mine. They apologize all the time but that's unacceptable who ever is the manager needs to have better managing I order online to not waste time I expect my photos to be ready and correct when I arrive. As well as someone working at the desk not every employee on the floor and I'm so use to it that as soon as I walk in I ask right away for assistance at photo and they look at me rude and say yes someone will go but it's after 15min. I never complain when I'm there because I believe in showing people respect and try to understand the circumstances but enough is enough I had to rate this Walgreens poorly and I blame the manger for not being on top of things. I hope this issue gets fix because this is the closes Walgreens to my house. read more

Everything is located the same as every other Walgreens, the staff always says hello and are very helpful. If you have to pick up meds its always quick. This is probably one of the only ones I have been to where the clerk knows what to do when you use Apple pay. :-) read more
