I called to get an out of pocket price on the prescription sent in by my doctor. Would have been a quick call. I called at 1:21pm and was on hold, lady answered and told me to hold, then came back on at 1:27 and just rolled me over to holding without saying anything, then at 1:30 while I was still on hold the phone started to ring and ring and ring and then an automated voice said pharmacy is closed for lunch call back later. Really? Do better Walgreens. Whomever the person was that did that should be addressed. Simply answer the call and tell the person to call back or just answer the question. Unbelievable. Hopefully, someone will see this and address it bc I'm sure I wasn't the only one to have this experience. read more

Pharmacy was super busy but employees did what they could to get people helped and had positive attitude for the amount of work and people.

Two years later and the bathroom is even more disgusting than before. There was pee on the seat and floor, dirty walls, dirty sink, etc. An employee noticed I walked in and walked right out so he asked if I found it and I told him it's filthy. Seriously, I like Walgreens better than CVS. Less clutter & easy to find items. Their beauty section is larger than other places & carry items I like. I was recently at this store to get a prescription filled for my mother. I found the pharmacy staff top notch. My experience was so poor it prompted me to download this app and write my first review ever. I usually end up having to wait an additional 30 minutes when I visit the pharmacy at this location. This includes when I have scheduled appointments for things like a flu shot. Today was no different. However, I kept offering to leave and come back as I did not want to rush them. I was assured that my refill was being worked on. The person assisting me had me move to the side and helped several other people as I was waiting. I was under the impression it was being worked on. However, when I asked again, she said she would go fill it. She left and I watched her package the medication, but still it sat there. More and more people were being helped as I stood on the side, so I finally interjected one last time to say if it would be a minute I could come back. She let me know it was ready, and said "Ozempic, right?" I felt like this was pretty passive aggressive as she said it pretty loudly for the rest of the line to hear. Also, not I, nor anyone in my family, has ever been prescribed Ozempic. She had my file pulled up as well so again I felt like this was some kind of dig, though I am unclear why. No one else had their medication broadcasted to the store either. I informed her I was not picking up Ozempic and miraculously she was able to find my prescription right next to her without additional information! This whole endeavor took a a long time and was pretty embarrassing. read more

The pharmacist that was on duty on Friday, 8/16/19, was a rock star! She was very helpful. I brought my mother up from Corpus Christi to Houston, but could not find her prescription in CC, and we had to leave without it. We had another prescription called in and the insurance would not honor it, saying it was being refilled too soon. The pharmacist overheard that, and she came over and said "let us make a couple of calls, we'll see what we can do." Walgreens made the calls, and we were able to obtain my mother's prescription. I wish I had thought to thank her on the spot but, as usual, I ran out the door without thanking her. My bad. I cannot express how happy I am with the service I was given at the pharmacy at this Walgreens. Thank you very much! read more

Don't come here for covid vaccines for any reason! They are so behind in appointments you will end up waiting for a long time even with an appointment. The Asian lady administering the vaccine is also working the registry and everyone has to get through the line before you can get the vaccine even if you have an appointment! The Asian girl is super mean and incompetent. The flu shot she gave made my kid bleeding so badly. She used 6 tissues to wipe off the blood.

I had to drop off a prescription for a supplement that took over an hour to fill. Most of the time, I've only had to wait 30 minutes tops when I drop off a prescription and wait on it, Luckily, I hadn't ate lunch when I dropped it off, so I walked across the shopping center to a restaurant and went grocery shopping without having to move my car. If it wasn't for those conveniences, I would have went somewhere else to get my prescription filled. read more

Very satisfied to see that this location is well staffed and employees are friendly! I checked into the pharmacy to pick up some medication from a work related injury and was asked if I wanted to wait or pick it up later. Seeing as I have the patience of a dragon, I decided to wait. Although the issue was small, I witnessed the main pharmacist dealing with a slightly distraught customer about showing identification for controlled substances. He was calm, assertive, and handled the problem without ever raising his voice. As a former retail sales specialist and customer service agent, I was impressed with the way he handled the situation. WAY TO GO ALEX Z !!! After a short time, Alex called me up to verify the company information and proceeded to ask how I got the injury. It was nice to talk to someone and he kept himself professional yet friendly during our conversation. He displayed expert knowledge of his profession and I enjoyed my time spent here.
