I needed to update my email address, but Walmart.com would not allow me to this. I then deleted my account, and tried to create a new account with a new email address, but it wouldn't allow me do this using my same phone number. I called Walmart.com. They told me to change my phone number. Walmart.com is trying to protect me from fraud, when really they are keeping me from creating a new account, all because I needed to update my email address. read more

The Automotive Center has very bad customer service advisors . They tried to get over on me and charge me for something they did not do . Payed for oil change , tire balance and rotation , they never did anything to the tires also make me wonder if they even changed the oil. Spoke to the manager and he gave me the runaround. Finally called the actual store manager and all he said was bring it back so they can fix it. So when I took it back they were very rude like if I did something wrong. Asked for a refund and they said they would have to call corporate. I just told them to fix and stood there the whole time watching. Walmart sucks . read more

It is what it is, a super Walmart. Pick up is good, most times staff are friendly. Store normally has everything I need, can't complain there. Staff seem to be a bit stuffy with attitude but I think most of Parker Co. is like that. Customer service reps are terrible and rude. Eye glass staff very helpful though. read more

Had the best visit ever, and it was made even better because of one employee, Rose. She helped me find some sausage and was very nice while doing so. She even offered to make me a map of the store to help me, we were joking of course. This employee seriously needs a raise! read more

Went to the auto center 2 weeks in a row to get an oil change. 2 weeks ago they told me it would take 2 hours. I was in no rush so said okay and proceeded to walk down every aisle to kill 2 hours! After 2 hours I went to the desk to check on my car as I thought I heard an announcement. The lady working the counter told me that they haven't even started on it yet. Grabbed my keys and left. This past weekend I went back and the guy working the front told me it would take 45 mins to an hour. Again, walked around for an hour. Returned to the front desk and the guy working the front, not sure if the manager of that department or what, was like they haven't even started on it yet. I told him that this was 2 weeks in a row and he didn't say anything, just stared at me. Asked for my keys and left. If you guys know that you cannot fit me in, just tell me! Don't give me a time and then say it's not been started on. Frustrating! Cannot wait for HEB to open!!! read more

OMG, bought a Christmas tree last year I know they have a 90 day return policy but when I bought the Christmas tree the lady said that if it was broken when I open it next year I could return it but I went back today because the lights wouldn't turn on literally it was brand new and the wires were cut they wouldn't let me return it so after I left I called the manager first time she hanged up on me I had to have a friend call her and then she answered she was very rude all she said was well too bad this was terrible customer service I told her that they should try and change this still she was very rude and just told me was a 90 day return policy I get this is her job but she can at least be nice when she's doing it read more

Would give less than one star if I could. Person at the front entrance telling everyone a mask is required. As soon as customers enter the store they either pull it off or below their nose and chin. We were shopping at this Walmart for more than 15 years. We were using the Pharmacy for the same period. Notice I said "were using". Since no one seems to care about shoppers safety and there is absolutely no mask enforcement at this store, we have moved our shopping and pharmacy needs to HEB. This store is clean, well, and neatly stocked, and the staff is great! I like to shop early in the morning to avoid crowds so I get to see stockers. The guy who stocks paper goods is my favorite.....so very friendly and helpful. The cashiers and front staff are also friendly and helpful. Walmart is a certainly a super center, but it feels like a friendly hometown store to me. read more

We attempted to buy some new tires for my car at the Walmart tire center in Hudson Oaks, sadly this could not happen. The gentleman working the counter was the slowest worker I have ever seen. His pace and quality of work was similar to that of a sloth. It took 15 minutes at the counter before someone even spoke with us. Sloth man finally came over, however, he joked around with other employees and customers prior to finally attempting to help us. My husband and I asked if we could pay for our tires ahead of time and come back after hours to pick up our vehicle. We were told that was fine. Molasses man took twenty minutes writing down all of our information, and when I tried to give him my credit card to pay he said that it was not possible to pay now and pick up later. At that point we gave up. The toddler we had in tow could no longer take the agony that is the Hudson Oaks Walmart, and to be honest, neither could I. read more

Went to service department to replace a battery due to it not starting my vehicle. I came in the prior day and the battery was not passing inspection test. They notified me that the battery is still under warranty since it was just purchased 7 months prior. The next day my card would not start and I needed to call AAA to get a jump. I came in to replace the battery since it is still under warranty only to be met with a rude mechanic who i can hear cussing in the garage. Due to them closing in 5 min. I told him if it is that big of a deal that just give me my battery and tools then I will replace myself. He bagan to give me reasons on why he would not do it, luckily I have my recipe and after a manager got involved had agreed I was correct and under policy if they ran a charge and same battery does not work. It needs to be replaced, very upset with service and mouthy mechanic who i had to watch put battery in just to assure no foul play. March 09,2016 around 8:30pm i was at self check out, when i had gotten done i had completely forgot i needed a gift card. an employee who was gossiping to a co worker and i was standing right infront of her until her co worker pointed out i was there and needed help "could i get a gift card up here" and her exact response to me was "you can get one at the registers" she did say it in a rude manner and when i looked at her in shock like really thats what you say to customers, i put my purse back down in my buggy about to turn around to go to a register, ahe said "but i can get you one here" seriously??? like is it even necessary to say oh you can get one at the registers like she was too busy gossiping that you or anyone around can tell she didnt feel like helping me out. i actually did see her name tag and was able to see her name which is Betty. im sorry but i respect every worker because i have worked in retail and with customers for a couple of years and i understand but that is no way to talk to someone asking politely for help. read more

We returned an item (portable ac unit) we had ordered off Walmart.com and picked up at Hudson Oaks. The unit did not work properly and per instruction I took it back to the local store. Misty, the assistant manager and Erin, in returns could not have been more helpful. It took a while as they tried to get info from Walmart.com on returns and failed. They were mindful of our time and Misty was able to complete our return. They were kind, patient and very helpful. We appreciate their work on our behalf. We were very pleased with the service.
