Wow!! My 2 year has an ear infection and out Pediatrician called in an Rx for Antibiotics to the pharmacy at 4pm. She said go get it now it's important he starts taking it ASAP. So we get their and wait in line for about 25 min (it's ok I get it) and when it's our turn the pharmacist says oh sorry we didn't know you were coming to pick it up at 5:45 so we didn't fill it?? Really? Not cool. I suggest your corporate office gets their act together and understands your in business because of us not the other way around!! So now just sitting here after the pharmacist said it would be about 20-30 min to fill the medication? Unbelievable!! you would imagine when they see an order for a child people would be a bit more compassionate and helpful. read more

Most inefficient pharmacy ever! The wait to pick up medicine at this locations is always upwards of 25 + minutes. As I write this review, I've been waiting in line for over 20 minutes. There are 4 pharmacists all working on the same issue. Apparently that is more important then the 7 customers in line. Zero acknowledgement by any employee regarding customers waiting. To them is more important to gather in front of the same computer screen to discuss the same issue and joke about it, than their customers. read more

Honestly, I am really disappointed with this Walgreens and the whole corporation in general. It is so unprofessional the amount of time i've had to wait for a prescription when I go to pick it up and my brother received a COVID test at this location on at 5PM and they said it was not going to be shipped till the following day and it's been almost a week since the test and he still hasn't received his results and has not been able to go to school. Zero stars. I was told that I couldn't print my wife's DIY passport photos because it was "against the law," but the lady was charging $11.99 for two passport photos. Please stop lying to customers or trying to rip us off. Photos were taken with my D3s and in strict accordance with http://travel.state.gov/content/passports/english/passports/photos/photos.html. I shot and printed my own photos elsewhere three years ago without issue. It sucks that I live half a block away, but I will do everything I can to avoid this store with its asinine policies. Just moved into the neighborhood and this particular Walgreens location is within walking distance to my house. With the recent epidemic thats been going around, the pharmacy has been backed up due to the volume of prescriptions that need to be filled and the lack of staff. The place does seemed to be well stocked and the staff is friendly but it can be a bit slow at times. I find that walgreens doesnt stock as many over the counter generic medications as cvs does. I guess i just prefer cvs more. read more

Pros: Convenient, never busy, friendly staff Cons: Consistently out of stock of TONS of items As a couponer, I spend a good amount of time planning out my shopping trips and always stop here first since it's so close by. However, almost always the best deals are out of stock even on Sundays. Either SOMEONE (and hopefully you see this if you are doing this) is clearing shelves (BIG couponer no-no) or replenishment for this store needs some help. I live down south but still make the drive to this Walgreens because I really like the pharmacy staff. Jacqueline (sp?) is really sweet and very helpful, and Qui is a wealth of knowledge- you can tell he actually cares about your well-being. They are quick when transferring prescriptions and only take a quick minute if you want to wait for your rx. At the CVS down the street from me, they say to come back in 5 hours WTF. Walgreens typically says 15 minutes and it's always quicker than that. The only thing that sucks is on the weekends they take an hour break (I think between 12 & 1 or 1 & 2 ?) and I ALWAYS brain fart about it, which is entirely my fault... after all, everyone has to eat and take a break. As for the other employees, I really like Faith and the other woman with dark hair who has an accent (hispanic, I think ?) They are both so nice, which is refreshing. This review is for the pharmacy only. This pharmacy is extremely horrible. I used the online app to have auto refills every month for 3 medications but every month they mess up my orders... not a single month they could get it right... this is 100% failures. Either some of them are not refilled and I have to manually requested them, then the orders are stuck in "in process" for many days, then I have to call in and waited on the phone for 45 minutes then got hung up... several times !!!! Before I could speak to someone ... then without any apology for the delays, they just said the medications will be ready today. And I always requested to ship but they reported the status that the medications are ready for pickup...and I had to call in and waited on the phone for 45 minutes and got hung up several times before I could speak to someone to tel them to ship my medications. This is happening every single month...I am super frustrated and left many reviews but no improvements. I found out that Ralph's Supermarket now has pharmacy so I will look into the Ralph's next door to this Walgreens location. And I will look into other pharmacies.... This location needs to be re-trained from zero and should not be in business. read more

What more can you ask for from a drug store. Their clerks are always nice, they greet everyone that comes thru their door. There are always people around the store when you need help finding a product, or whatever you need help with. Unlike some other stores, these people actually know where their products are located at , and are always welling to go the extra mile to accommodate you. Most important of all.. this store is always nice, clean and bright, i hate going to a store, and get this crowded gloomy feeling when i shop. This pharmacy tests my patience. Not everyone has 25-30 minutes to wait for a prescription pick up, either in line or in the drive through. I've decided I'm transferring my prescriptions after the last few encounters. I have literally waited at the drive through window for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from the pharm tech (who DID glance over several times and decided to sip from their drink instead). I have left said drive through and then I heard the clerk ask how she could help. In store is no better. I've come at pharmacy opening, mid day, off hours and late evening. I ALWAYS have a wait. Usually it's a customer arguing and trying to barter for a lower cost. Or that they are picking up a prescription without realizing that it wasn't ready. Or the information is wrong and the staff are afraid to call the physician's office. They are continually understaffed and the clerks really seem slow. The lines don't make sense and customers don't pay attention to the lines so then sometimes other customers may cut ahead of you. It's really a challenge and I dread going to the pharmacy. I've also called for medication clarification and the pharmacists (yes not just one) either didn't even know anything about the medication or passed on wrong information. I was told once, "I never heard of that medication." Everyone just seems like they are in a rush and miss details. They even spent 10 minutes looking for a prescription that was filled a couple days earlier, with me receiving several notifications that it is ready, and had to refill it because of their ineptitude. The kicker to me is that they shut down completely between 1 and 2 on weekends. Maybe they haven't heard of coverage, but why should customers be inconvenienced because they don't want to hire or stagger shifts? Doesn't seem like a challenging solution to ensuring the desk is manned. I'm done with this pharmacy and look forward to a much better experience, well, ANYWHERE else. read more

My recent Pharmacy experience: Imagine waiting in line for placing an order an being told it will be ready in 45 minutes for pick-up, you return and are told that they don't have the medicine they must call a nearby pharmacy to check; you're ask to step aside the line while they do this, so you wait for 15-20 mins watching other aggravated customers in line checking out; till finally you have to go to the counter and ask them if they ever found out if the medicine is available somewhere else they reply yeah we did that 15 minutes ago! If this sounds like a great way to spend your time then this Walgreens location is the place to be. I will not recommend here. The manager said, "if your country is not on the list on the desk, we can not take a photo." I checked the list, there were only a few countries. There were only about 10 countries and the way of talking was very rude. I consider this as a discrimination and feel pethetic and ignorant for her in the famous nation of so many immigrants. I needed an actual photo for a picture frame I was getting. So I went online to Walgreens and got the same day photo printing. So easy!!! It was great I didn't have to pay online and could pay in the store. Super cheap, super easy, and super fast. I walked in, and was quickly helped. The guy there was very nice and helpful. I for sure will be getting more photos from here now that I know how great it is! read more

After waiting in the consultation line at the pharmacy and being completely ignored by the staff and pharmacist we finally got their attention to help us. While waiting, we got to witness an awesome exchange between one of the pharmacists and a customer where the pharmacist was loudly berating this poor woman for her husband's alleged misuse of his medication. Like, screaming across the pharmacy at her while he ran around multi-tasking in the back so that people at the front of the store were also aware that her husband was "not following protocol". Staff: Can I help you? Me: Yes, we will be doing some extensive traveling and wanted to consult with a pharmacist about vaccinations that we'll need for our trips. Staff: Okay, you'll need to go over to the consultation line and talk to a pharmacist. (Oh, you mean the line we were just in where every single person behind the counter completed avoided eye contact with us as we were standing there, literally the only two people in line? Ok, sure, we'll go back there). Pharmacist (who refuses to even walk over to us, choosing instead to lean over from where her lazy ass was standing at a 45 degree angle to talk to us): How can I help you? Me: Yes, we're traveling to South Africa and would like to receive some of the recommended vaccinations. Pharmacist: You're traveling? Me: Yes. Pharmacist: Where are you going? Me: South Africa. (Didn't I JUST freaking tell you everything you asked me?) Pharmacist: *gives us a disgusted/totally judgmental look* Hmmm. Not sure what vaccines we should give you. Me: Okay. Do you want us to look them up for you? Pharmacist: Hold on, let me check what vaccines we have. (Walks over to cabinet, takes a quick peek inside and walks back to us) Pharmacist: Hmm I don't think we can help you. We don't have any vaccines. Me: Ok....? *walks away completely dumbfounded thinking its time to go back to school to be a pharmacist because apparently you don't need to have a brain or any type of customer service skills to become one* read more

Tustin pharmacy would not fill a prescription for my 2 nd of 2 measles shots . They had given the first shot in the series of 2 but since I was born before 1957 they would not fill the prescription. My doctor had given me a blood test and it showed I had no immunity to measles and thus I needed the full 2 shots with 60 days in between . I went back in 60 days and even with a doctors prescription they would not give the 2nd shot. I guess they know more than my doctor! I will never use them again. read more

I can't believe I'm giving a 5 star review for a drug store but this is such a friendly and nice place that I have to take time to write a review. I entered the store and immediately was greeted by employees. Then when I got lost looking for the pharmacy I was pointed in the right direction by the photo pick-up employee with a smile. Once I got to the pharmacy I got more happy smiles and great customer service. What can I say, this is just one happy and pleasant place to shop. :) Wish I switched to this Walgreens sooner instead of the dealing with the irritating CVS Pharmacy on Alton/Jeffrey. The only minor thing is that it is smaller than other Walgreens that I've been to. But even if it's smaller I managed to find all the things I was looking for (I was looking for beauty care items). Also I do agree with the other yelp reviews about the HORRIBLE drivers that go to this plaza. I almost got runned over twice by people who don't STOP for pedestrians or stop signs and no, they were NOT Asian drivers. read more

My only issue is that I was looking for the Japanese Encephalitis immunization and the website said they had it, but in reality they didn't. I've never used this establishment specifically as a pharmacy--I only use it as a convenience store. As a convenience store, this place is very good, as they sometimes mark down their Arizona teas to 50 cents apiece, so I stock up on them as much as I can. They also have the medicines I need in stock all of the time aside from generic medicine specific to chains which work better than their brand name counterparts. Usually snack items are better to be bought here, though I haven't seen any interesting clearance seasonal merchandise here. When one forgets their frequent flyer card, one can input their phone number on their credit card terminal to access their account. My tourist friend likes their t-shirts. read more

I have been tolerating this pharmacy for over 2 years now as I live across the street. Today was the last straw!! The pharmacists are the worst in all of Orange County by far. Walgreens really needs to do a Better job hiring its pharmacists at least at this location. The young female pharmacists are rude, lazy and clearly think they are more than they really are. A prescription that I have been regularly receiving is on back order and no one calls me to tell me why after 2 weeks of putting in my reorder and when I call them, four people don't have the answer. What pharmacists just says, "I don't know??? Call your dr." My doctors job is to prescribe, your job is to fill!After 15 min on hold she just hung up on me. I call back and she says hold on again, hangs up again! I transferred my prescription to another pharmacy (CVS)!! The minute they received my transferred prescription a pharmacist called me directly, explained why it's on back order, recommended another brand and said they'll call my doctor to get authorization! Within an hour I got the call and my prescription was ready in 30 min. Shame on you Walgreens you lost a lot of customers. All my family and friends are referred to CVS now. read more

This pharmacy is inefficient and under staffed. They told me that my insurance had my birthdate information incorrect, but we had just had prescription filled at the local Costco and had no trouble. The line is a mile long and the two clerks working are trying their best, but they are inept. The pharmacist herself is pretty overwhelmed and unable to handle the foot traffic that this pharmacy is serving. As it turned it, whoever was Inputting the info on their system mistyped the gender, thus the system didn't recognize the name. They didn't even apologize for their own mistake. When I asked for a manager, I was told there was no manager. I will not be returning to this pharmacy. I waited about 25min in line: they had one line for pick up and drop off and the clerks behind the counter were running around with their head cut off. read more

i LOVE coming to this walgreens. The store has been here for 3 years or something, but it looks very new and clean all the time. I like that it is always very organized and easy to browse through. The staff is very friendly and helpful, greeting me whenever i go in. There is always new merchandise with great deals, so I always end up spending alot of time browsing through everything! Their pharmacy is great. There is never a really long wait, and i usually get helped right away. They are always very thorough with answering my questions... and the drive thru window is so convenient since there are 2 lanes!! read more

Pissing on Corporate: Walgreens I'm just getting in line here amidst my predecessors reinstating how inefficient and bad of a pharmacy that Walgreens has become. It's been a while since I had to pick up medication but what an eye-opening experience this is! Walgreens has become like a bad Asian restaurant (I'm chinese so fck .u.) where the waiter rushes you to order like wtf is the hurry so they can go back to their mindless tasks. Then they mess up on the order and tells you to spend 30 minute to an hour looking for the specific generic brand that they themselves have no idea where it is. You feel bad asking them where it was because an ARMY of people just arrived in line and you don't want people think you're cutting them. I did it anyways voiced it to a new technician (let's call her Lisa), who doesn't say anything and a minute later the original cute Mexican technician who misguided me tells me that Lisa is behind me. AND THEN I FOUND LISA BEHIND ME!!! So we end up finding out that the medicine is in a completely different aisle and I've been completely misdirected . Good job buddy. It's this whole mess and it would've been easier if I just googled my symptoms and self-diagnose...moving forward. We live in 21 century now where bad services will eventually bankrupt the company as consumers voice their opinions as a unit via social media across the board. I've been a customer of Walgreens Pharmacy for over 40 years, and my advise to corporate is to engage Survey evaluations so proper changes could be made. It starts at a local Walgreens. I am going to take away couple of stars because of their pharmacy staff.They just don't pay attention. Annoying part is that they will give you call and ask you to pick up prescription.But, when you go there its not ready and they make you wait. It has happened to me at least 3 times. couple of time I was given incomplete prescription, So I had to return to store. About store its a typical Walgreens with all things easily available.Store staff is nice and helpful. The most important thing to me is convenience, its located right across the street from where I live. Overall 3 star they need to improve there pharmacy services. read more

Never use this Walgreens pharmacy. I have two serious chronic conditions, including heart problems and migraines, and I see several specialists. My life is only livable because of their care and the medications that control my conditions. I am very well informed about my conditions and I work closely with my specialists. Every single time I have tried to refill prescriptions at this Walgreens, they have either tried to price gauge me with name brands or even LIE about what the doctors have said. I've even been lied to by the pharmacists who have told me not to take medication as my doctor ordered. I feel their practices are very dangerous, especially to someone who may not remember what their own doctor said. read more

I've being hold back all my disappointment and frustration for a very long time for this location. The staffs are so slow and didn't check your prescription when they receive it. I have waited there for almost two hours. Then they told me the prescription was missing something from the doctor. This is ridiculous! I know they are always slow so I showed up 5 hours after my doctor send the prescription to them. And I waited there for another 2 hours.
