I call in refill on Thursday, was told it would be ready Friday after 2:00. Went to pick it up Saturday and was told it was not ready, it would be another hour. The girl just said have a nice day with a very sarcastic voice. My husband has bone cancer and is on dialysis three days a week. I get someone to be with him when I do errands. A phone call would have been nice to let me know it wasn't ready. We are switching pharmacy! This happens all the time,but not again ! I rate it the worst pharmacy In Michigan. The pharmacy! Every time I need a prescription filled - it's out of stock, promised on a day but not delivered, given the generic version instead of brand name even though I've never ( in the 10 years I've had my scrips there) had generic. Have been on hold for 35 minutes. Schedules a vaccine for a certain time and they were 25 minutes late. Not ideal -not recommended. read more

This pharmacy doesn't stand behind their prescription products. I tried to return a faulty rescue inhaler and their response was that I have refills so they can charge my insurance, charge me another co pay and get me a new one. No exchange. Last dollar of mine they ever get. read more

Poor service the staff, is always frustrated and grumpy. They had one really nice girl working there and she left. They definitely have issues. Prescriptions are never on time. They ship out to have many prescriptions filled, which means it will be three days minimum. Switching to Meijers across the street they could not be this bad. read more

Worst customer service ever! I've tried a few times and I'm done going there. Their pharmacists are so extremely disrespectful and rude. One time I pulled in the drive thru and the pharmacist opened the window shade and said "we don't open til 8", and proceeded to shut the shade on me. No hi, bye, thank you nothing. Today my prescription was supposed to be done by 1, 5:00, Still not done and the woman who was helping me was extremely rude and didn't care that I had to get it then and she was cold as ice. There's no such thing as customer service there. Gull point pharmacy is so much better and their staff is very friendly and helpful. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I typically wait in line (either inside or drive through) for 20-50 minutes. Service is very slow, and they close down for a whole hour, often longer, for lunch so don't plan on getting anything during your lunch break. My medications are almost always mixed up or they send notifications saying I'm due for a refill when actually I just had them filled. Customer service is hit or miss. I'm not the person who leaves bad reviews ever, but this is infuriating and I'm switching pharmacies because every Walgreens I have tried has been this way or worse. read more

I called the pharmacy at 9:30 am to have my prescription filled. I never received a text so I went in at 4:00 pm and they told me it hasn't even been started yet and to come back at 7:00 pm. I came back at 7:30 pm and there was two people in front of me who the girl was rude to. I walked up and she said nothing has been put in. I kindly said I was dealing with this since 9:30 am and she rudely said "it's not my fault and I'm just now hearing about this!" I said I inderstand but I need to get it filled. she said"GIVE ME A MINUTE I'M TRYING TO FUGURE IT OUT". She said we will work on it. I kindly asked when it would be filled and I hope you can understand my frustration. She said I DON'T KNOW! I said I've been here twice already and 10 hours since I first called it in. she said "AGAIN, I WASNT AWARE.". No apology and extremely rude. She said have a seat and it will be done in a half hour. O Stars!!!! This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Prescriptions were called in for my son as he was leaving the hospital at about 10am. At 11:15, I stopped to check. They did not even have the scripts processed through their computer yet. I explained that for medical reasons, we were in need of putting my son on a plane to receive more medical treatment, and we needed to leave by 2pm. I checked back at 12:30. I was told that the scripts would not even be sent back to the person filling orders until after lunch. I explained my situation again, to no avail. We called Richland Pharmacy down the road who was more than willing to fill the scripts immediately, but Walgreens would not take 30 seconds to fax the scripts to them because they were going to lunch!!!! We ultimately had to put my son on a plane to Florida for further medical treatment without his medications. We had to wait to fill the scripts till the next day, and spend $116 to overnight the medicines on a Saturday so that they will not get to him until Monday. Talk about angry and frustrated! I will never use another Walgreens, ever!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

As a 20 year veteran Retail Store Manager that understands the BS that retail workers put up with from both sides... from customers and from Corporate, let me just say that I have witnessed the store staff working their butts off to make the store look good in spite of the fact that they seem to be constantly understaffed. Furthermore, the only time I have experienced slow lines, is when some customer wants to insist that the cashier or manager break policies or procedures for their unreasonable request of a cash return on a product without a receipt. To Walgreens Corporate: You cannot grow your business if you do not have the staff/payroll to support it. My opinion of this store is that this hard working Staff is making it work, but they are hanging on by their fingernails to do it. PLEASE.... Value your employees and managers. Let the managers hire more employees and let the managers MANAGE instead of having to bury their heads in the tedium of a $9/hr employee. You investment of .05% of sales will pay off in higher velocity of sales once the general public starts to see the difference. read more

I can not believe that such a large national chain closes down their pharmacy departments in the middle of the day so the employees can take a lunch break. What's wrong with staggered lunch breaks. It should not be up to the customer to remember that they close up. I'm a stock holder in the company and still can't believe they could have this as a policy and poor customer service. read more

I went here to pick up medicine for my son. It took almost an hour. Not only did I sit there waiting but the older lady who worked at the counter was very very mean. Had so much attitude. Snapped and rolled her eyes at everything. Multiple people were commenting as they walked away on how mean this lady was. For no reason. They were super super slow as well. Didn't wipe anything down or clean at all in between people. read more

Don't waste your time getting your vaccines here!! The Pharmacy is garbage and so unprofessional. I booked my appointment online and filled all the paperwork out ahead of time and got there and had to wait in line just to check in. So no time priority to appointments vs walk-ins. Then, they proceed to have me fill out all of the same paperwork that I filled out ahead of time online and when I said I had filled it out already they just said "okay?" and still had me fill it out again. I waited for 25 minutes as they took walk-ins and drive thru customers and when finally asked they told me I was double booked for the appointment... with two other people? Who both had to wait as long as I did?? And I walked in their little room for the shot and it is shabby and disorganized as heck. I will never get another shot there again and after this I'm just never shopping there again. They've let all their standards go and I think their pharmacy needs to be investigated if it is really up to standards or not. read more

I use to use this Walgreens all the time, for everything from a quick run in to prescriptions. Over the past few months this Walgreens in particular has really gone down hill. The cashiers are rude, all of them blatantly call me and my family liars to our faces, when we've been shopping here for almost 6 years. The pharmacy has started to loose prescriptions, they fail to fill prescriptions the family needs as well. In fact tonight we were told, that since my mother had gone 2 weeks without half of her medicine, because this is the second time they've lost the prescriptions, that she obviously didn't need them. When asked about an emergency fill, we were told no. I wouldn't recommend this Walgreens to someone dying of thirst. I'd tell them to go across the street to Meijer. I can say I will be transferring all my prescriptions to somewhere else where I'm not treated like garbage. read more
