Needed a prescription picked up that was time sensitive. Didn't have it ready and when I tried to express the importance, they did not help or fill any faster. Totally lacking in compassion. I always wait forever to pick up prescriptions here and usually try to avoid it except when my preferred pharmacy is closed. I was in need of quick photo prints in less than an hour. Sams Club botched my first attempt so I ended up at this Walgreens. Kudos to Kyla - she was very friendly and assisted me with my photo prints. I was in a rush and needed these photos for a funeral within hours. She went out of her way to assist me with test prints and other requests. She was patient & accommodating. And kudos to the associate who left the coupon for the photo discount promo at the photo machines for the customers to utilize. read more

Every time we try to pick up a prescription at this pharmacy (new or maintenance) there is a problem. Every. Single. Time. Even if they've sent a text saying it's ready. We've only continued using them because our insurance has required for maintenance meds. Hoping our recent change in insurance is different. Walgreens and CVS are notorious for problems anymore. read more

Have had a terrible experience with the pharmacy here. Had trouble with one of my prescriptions and the pharmacist on the phone hung up on me because I asked to speak with someone else because she was being rude. She told me "because I am not giving you the answer you want" when I was trying to figure out my situation. Today I went to pick up a refill and they had cancelled it after 4 days for no reason when their policy is to cancel after 10 days. Super frustrating and will be switching pharmacy's. read more

My Dr's office had to send my prescription twice before they had it in their system and now it still had yet to be filled. It was supposed to be ready about 45 minutes before I arrived to pick it up. When I arrived they said 20 more minutes. It's now been an hour and still not filled. I will not be filing any other prescriptions here. I ordered a pickup order from this store. One of the items was not in stock. It was buy one get one free. I went to pick up order and asked the manager what to do as it was a free $20 item. The manager was so kind and and understanding. She fixed my order giving me the discounts earned. Then I received coupons off totaling $13.00. I went to another Walgreen's where the items I needed were in stock. I received the buy one get one discount and my coupons applied. Sorry I don't remember the Manager's name . I was so glad I asked about my order. Normally I'd never go in and ask about my order(usually a it's a disappointing hassle). She made my day! read more

This Walgreen's has spent a lot of money sprucing up this location. They should of spent the money training their employees that it not ok to be rud e to customers!!! I had a pharmacist tell me (rudely) there was nothing she could do, to help me,after waiting on a script for 3 days. I grabbed a manager and told him of the situation. He resolved it in 5 minutes. He called the Claycomo store and they had the medicine. BUT, I had to call my doctor for a new script. wt??? That took another 2 hours. SO unacceptable. My family has been shopping here for over 10 years. We will not be going back. read more

Best Walgreens experience ever. During covid my little boy developed a rash after swimming in pool. We believe it was from chlorine. This was the one open past 10pm closest to us. We walked in and were looking and thinking about what to get for his rash. Chealse a worker here came over and asked if we needed help. We told her what was going on and she said the pharmacist was still here she would go talk to her. She came back and told us what she said and what to get. We couldn't of thanked Chealse enough for going above and beyond helping us. I can't praise her enough for helping us from not having an idea to leaving knowing exactly what to get! read more

Walgreens at Antioch & Vivion, Kansas City MO. They need to hire new staff for the drive up window in the pharmacy. This is the norm not the exception.... Just finished sitting in front of the window for 15minutes (and this is after I had already told her what I was there to pick up). Where did she go???? I eventually get one of two prescriptions that I told her I was there to get. Another 5mins later, after she ignored me while I waited again-she tells me NOW the 2nd prescription wasn't covered by insurance. Do I want it? Well maybe this could have been part of the 1st 15min wait/conversation! Was she just not even going to ask me if I want it???? Yes I want it (me). Oh well it's not ready (pharm tech). This review is actually for their Walk In Clinic, NOT the store directly. I was suffering from severe Sciatic Nerve pain and it was suggested that I visit the walk in clinic. After checking their hours of operation and checking my insurance coverage I painfully drove to the store, with more pain I pulled myself out of my car and walked all the way to the back of the store. Imagine my extreme dissatisfaction when all the lights were out and they were closed, 20 minutes earlier then the posted time. I asked my pharmacy personnel if the person was still in the building and they had no idea, the person working in the clinic didn't even notify anyone that they were closing early. Needless to say I then had to find another emergicare clinic and travel again in quite some pain to that location. I won't EVER even attempt to use the Walk In Clinic in Walgreens again. read more

By far the worst Walgreens I've ever been in. When I walked in I didn't see anybody at the counter, so there was no one to say welcome to Walgreens. I made my way back to the pharmacy and as I did I picked up some Kleenex and some Excedrin and didn't see a single person on the floor to help anyone out. While walking back to the pharmacy I also noticed the store needed a very deep cleaning. There were not many customers in the store either. When I finally made my way back to the pharmacy, I only saw one person working the back counter. She was helping someone on the phone, didn't even look up to acknowledge me. I set my items on the counter and waited for her to look over. She hung up the phone still didn't see me, so I picked up my items and set them down on the counter making sure to make a larger noise so she would turn and see me. She turned and glared at me didn't even say hi, or do you need help, or what do you want? She just glared at me. I said I would like the Pseudoephedrine 96 account please. She then said do you have ID? I said of course and handed her my drivers license. She stared at it for quite a while and then looked at me and then looked back at the ID like she had never seen a Kansas drivers license before. She finally scanned my driver license, and scanned the medication, and asked if I wanted to pay for my other items back there as well. I said yes please. She huffed at me and finished scanning my items. If you're one of only two employees in the store you might want to treat your customers better or they won't come back. read more

This pharmacy is a joke!!!!!!!! My grandmother was on hold for more than 45 mins when we finally decided to drive down to the store. Waited in line to have only partial prescription filled. Was told the rest would be filled the next day. Went back twice and was never ready. Had about 8 people behind the counter and it aS a complete shit show. No one had any idea what they were doing. And by the sounds of it we were not the only ones. Several others had a few choice words for the pharmacists!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE. It is worth transferring to a different one even if it's a further drive. This place is a joke. read more

This store on 2630 NE Vivion Rd, Kansas City has bad management, under staffed, incompetent employees that are slow and inexperienced, the pharmacy is taking up to 5 days to fill a prescription, even though it is directly ordered online. I recommend you use Walmart/pharmacy which is in the same shopping center. This store is no longer a 24 hour pharmacy. read more

As Walgreens in St. Joe Missouri was not a location Im leaving it on this board. Mike the pharmacist went above and beyond who. The rude manager in Liberth violated my Privacy rights when speaking on consultation with the pharmacist at night and called me an addict while eavesdropping on my consultation. Mike the pharmacist in St joe had me cone right in and I had my script in my hand in less than 10 min as I have been a customer in the same needs with the same dr for 16 years. I am Appalled at the name calling since I was called a drug addict and drug seeker by a large woman manager on 1/12/17 who was the manager and had no right to disrupt conversations that were suppose to be private with the pharmacist hence the consultation window. Kudos to Mike at St Joe for his rapid help and understanding and fit taking the time to look me up with out calling me names or threatening to call the police on me like the over weight manager hustling insults at the clientele. This is the last time I use this location. All of my family's prescriptions are through Walgreens so I am at a Walgreens often. This location is so slow. All 3 times I have been through the drive thru it is at least 30 minute process. I'm not exaggerating in the slightest. I know I shouldn't wait for 30 minutes. I use the drive thru for a reason. Most of the time it's because I am in a hurry. I am so irritated. I had to take my 2 year old son to the ER because he has an ear infection. It took me 30 minutes to get his antibiotic..he's in the back seat crying in pain. All I wanted to do was pick up the meds, take him home and get him to sleep. Never. Again. read more

I shop here often as it is close to my home. One of the features that I really like is the sales they have on nutd, chips and candyl As far as the pharmacy goes...Wal-Mart is right next door and more insurance claims for a cheaper amount. I gave this Wal-Greens 5 stars because they have excellent cuustomer service. read more

I come here on a daily basis. The staff is extremely friendly, drinks are cheap, and they usually have what I'm looking for.
