This bottle is a little big and heavier, I'm curious why this one is cheaper than the original? So I asked a staff member Jane about the pricing, she is super helpful! She clarified that the healing cream has a thick consistency, whereas with the intensive repair lotion, because it's water-based it will feel light on the skin. I appreciate the information that Jane gave and decided on getting the Eucerin Original healing cream ($9.49), it is highly concentrated and applying a tiny amount goes a long way. I also got Aquaphor Lip Repair Stick ($7.99). On the way to self-checkout kiosk was a long line. I kindly asked one of the staff member Mariela, if I can pay at the cash register. She is so nice! She was in the middle of stocking items, and made time to help me with checkout, I appreciate that so much! Overall service from everyone in the staff including Mariela, operations manager Trey who directed me to the correct aisle, and Jane's valuable knowledge is excellent and outstanding! She wasn't asking for a new prescription or consultation--she simply needed to pick up antibiotics for a tooth infection. This could have taken just a couple of minutes, but instead she was sent home without medication she needed. I understand that pharmacies have closing hours, but healthcare also requires compassion and reasonable judgment. When someone is already in line before closing and needs an antibiotic for an active infection, taking a couple of extra minutes to help that patient is the humane thing to do. This experience showed a disappointing lack of empathy. I hope Walgreens encourages its staff to use discretion in situations like this, because patients should not be left without necessary medication over a matter of a minute or two.

Very Disappointing Walgreens Pharmacy Drive-Thru Experience -- Poor Customer Service! I visited Walgreens today, August 12, 2026, around 6:50 PM to pick up two prescriptions, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst pharmacy customer-service experiences I've had. At the drive-thru, the first employee I spoke with was an older Asian woman. She told me Walgreens had no record of either prescription under my name. I provided my first and last name, but she said they could not find anything. I parked and contacted QuickCare to verify what happened. QuickCare confirmed that both prescriptions had been sent to Walgreens and received at 6:14 PM. I then called the Walgreens pharmacy and spoke with a male employee who took my information and confirmed that both prescriptions were in their system under my name. I was extremely confused and frustrated because the drive-thru employee had just told me they had searched the system and found nothing. I went back through the drive-thru and explained that I had just spoken with someone inside the pharmacy who confirmed that my prescriptions were there. The same employee again told me they weren't. I provided my date of birth and spelled my last name again, and suddenly she was able to locate both prescriptions. I told her directly that it was not okay to give customers incorrect information, especially when it causes them to waste time making additional phone calls and going back and forth trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled correctly the first time. Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the situation, she gave me a dirty look, said "Hold on," and went to the back. She then essentially passed me off to another employee because she no longer wanted to deal with me or continue assisting me. An older Black woman came out and took over. Unfortunately, the experience continued to be frustrating. I asked the second employee whether my UMR insurance card was on file. She looked at the screen and said she didn't know and that some insurance had been charged. I asked what the last four digits were, but she did not answer my question and continued processing the transaction. I asked her again, and she continued to ignore my question. I also asked if I could use my Walgreens Rewards, and she ignored that request as well. She continued processing my transaction without acknowledging or addressing what I was asking. At that point, it felt like she simply did not want to communicate with me or acknowledge my requests. Her way of handling the interaction was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. Simply saying "Have a nice day" at the end does not make up for repeatedly ignoring a customer who is asking legitimate questions and requesting assistance. Neither employee was wearing a visible name tag, so unfortunately, I cannot provide their names. What made this experience especially frustrating was the poor communication, lack of accountability, and dismissive attitude from both employees. The first employee gave me incorrect information, then passed me off to another employee rather than addressing the situation herself. The second employee repeatedly ignored my questions and requests instead of taking the time to clarify my insurance information and assist me. Mistakes happen, but how you treat customers when a mistake occurs matters. I expected basic courtesy, communication, patience, and professionalism. Instead, I was given incorrect information, had to make additional phone calls, repeatedly provide the same information, and was ultimately passed off to someone else because the first employee apparently no longer wanted to assist me. This entire experience was extremely frustrating and unnecessary. Both employees provided a horrible customer-service experience, and I left feeling completely dismissed as a customer. Walgreens needs to do better. Customers should not have to go back and forth, make additional phone calls, and repeatedly prove that their prescriptions are actually in the system. Basic communication, professionalism, and respectful customer service should be expected--especially at a pharmacy where customers are simply trying to pick up their medications. I hope Walgreens management reviews what happened and addresses these customer-service issues. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. read more

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience at this Walgreens location, and I feel it's important to share my disappointment with their pricing policies and customer service. Initially, I was impressed with GoodRx, as they showed me that this particular Walgreens had the best price for my antibiotics. Excited about the great deal, I promptly asked my doctor to send my prescription there. However, when I arrived to pick up my medication, I was shocked to find out that the price had increased significantly from the $9.19 that was clearly stated on my coupon. The cashier's response was disheartening, casually mentioning that prices can change without any regard for the inconvenience this caused me. This behavior felt like a classic case of "bait and switch," which is simply unacceptable. While the price difference wasn't astronomical, it's the principle that matters most. Customers deserve honesty and transparency when it comes to pricing, especially when relying on GoodRx's information to make informed decisions. The pharmacy should honor the price presented to customers at the time of ordering. Moreover, my dissatisfaction with their service extended beyond the prescription issue. I also planned to purchase an over-the-counter supplement during my visit. To my dismay, I found the product priced significantly lower on Amazon. When I pointed this out to the cashier, hoping for some assistance or at least an explanation, she offered no help and merely suggested I buy it on Amazon instead. This lack of concern for customer satisfaction is incredibly disappointing and does not align with what one would expect from a reputable pharmacy. As a result of these experiences, I won't be returning to this Walgreens location. There are numerous other pharmacies within close proximity, and I'd rather take my chances elsewhere than deal with such inconsistent pricing and unhelpful staff. In conclusion, it's essential for businesses, especially pharmacies, to prioritize transparent pricing and exceptional customer service. Sadly, this Walgreens failed to deliver on both counts, leaving me with no choice but to seek a more reliable and customer-friendly alternative for my future pharmaceutical needs. read more

I was sick and didn't have the energy to pick it up on 1/5 so I came the next day, 1/6. I came up to the counter and the cashier said it's not ready and that I have to wait. I was confused. And I really didn't want to wait as I'm still not feeling well from a cold. I just wanted to be home resting, but I needed my BP med. It wasn't a very long wait, about 15 mins, but I was disappointed of the service.
