i went here jan 26 around 11 pm. first the lady was following around my friend as if she was gonna steal?? Then when we go to check out BOTH ladies were very rude. We're only 18 and there's no reason two OLDER women should be giving extreme attitude to us. I don't know if they were having a bad day but they definitely need to be told that that's unacceptable.. they made us so uncomfortable for no reason. if that's how you guys always treat customers then they should be fired but anyways have a good day. read more

My neighborhood Walgreens & "go to" pharmacy. What can I say about this place?.....it's convenient, clean, and the staff is friendly. We get most of our daily living stuff here.....Son's contact lens cleaner, eye drops, etc....and when we get sick we stop here to get cold medicine and cough drops. We used this location to get Passport photos for our trip to China and it's a quick process. Their photo equipment is always in good shape, so if you need prints printed from your digital or old school camera, they can accommodate. I've never had a problem here. It's a Walgreens and not much different than the 1000's of others around the country. I'm glad that they're consistently good in my book. Will I return? You can count on it. read more

I would give a zero if I could. This pharmacy is unorganized and has terrible service. We spent an entire day trying to get a simple prescription for an inhaler for a 9 year old who was having difficulty breathing properly. They told us they didn't have after the texted us to come get and when we got there they didn't have and wouldn't have for 24 hours this was after we'd waited 4 hours and got notice to come get. We called back to get prescription transferred to another pharmacy and they put us on hold for 25 minutes and then disconnected. We called back and they said they had the prescription wtf transferred us to pharmacist we held for another 35 minutes and finally the pharmacist came on. We literally had to beg her to please fill the prescription after begging for 15 minutes she agreed to go look and see if she did have it came back said she'd fill and they texted us in 5 minutes it was ready, this would have been fantastic if we hadn't gotten the run around for 8 hours. read more

Walgreens Pharmacy Cheyenne & Rampart The pharmacy is in need of an overhaul. The customer service from the pharmacy manager was non existent. I believe she hates her life and job and takes it out on customers. I feel bad for the employees under her. She is the very rude, old woman with a gray bob haircut. Her attitude was aggressive and toxic. I've been coming here for years and absolutely hate it when she is at the counter. Apparently she hates it too and it shows. They are forever out of drugs!!! Two different prescriptions and they are always being delayed because the are out. These are regular, common drugs. I have to call a different Walgreens to see if they have the drug in stock, call my dr office to have the new prescription called into the second Walgreens, call this horrid Walgreens to cancel the first script etc. If this was a one time thing then I understand, but this is becoming common. This review is just for the pharmacy. This location is the closest to my house. But I am thinking of using a different location. Except late at night, the pharmacy is extremely busy. I usually use the drive through, since I have difficulty in walking. There is always a line. Even if there are only a couple of cars in front of you, the wait is still long. At the very least it's about a 20-30 minute wait. Once I went inside, there was still a line. And yes, the wait is the same. There should be a digital sign, that would warn people of how long the wait is. I dread going here. I feel like I have been in line at this Walgreens location longer than Scaramucchi's career. read more

Went in to buy some zrtec-d for my allergies and congestion. She asked me for my driver's liscence. Because it has a limit to what can be sold I guess? I have never bought behind the counter zertec in my LIFE. This racist lady had the nerve to tell me I was over my limit. I once again have never purchased it in my life. Forget your day if your put on hold for the pharmacy. This Walgreens has a revolving door in its pharmacy. New workers all of the time who have no clue on how to do their job so they put you on hold. This has not been just one experience with this place for me it is every experience with the pharmacy. Barely anyone knows how to use the computers properly and there's always a mound of people in line. I haven't seen service this bad ever! If I count how long I've been on hold with this place end to end I would easily lose count. Today it was 3-30 minute or more holding on the phone only to be hung up on and or told someone will help me and they didn't as I remain on the line. Today was the last straw. I went to CVS across the street after calling ahead and my medication was ready in 20 minutes for pick up. This is the last time I will ever step into a Walgreens again! Worst pharmacy customer service in town. I called this pharmacy and asked if they had this medication and if they could fill it. They said yes they had it and I said okay i'm going to call my doctor's office and send it over to you. So the next day I went in there the pharmacy employee said the medication was on hold until they talk to my doctor about a mangement plan. I said I have dealt with CVS for twenty years and they have never consulted my doctor about this medication. They said the pharmacist requested it so that's it. So I waited two days for the pharmacy to call me, which they never did. So I call them and ask them if my prescription is ready and they said, oh that ticket order was closed. I said closed and she said your doctor called, but he didn't give enough information, so we closed the ticket. I was in awe when I was looking at her. First of all I'm sure most doctors have better things to do than call Walgreens all day. Second of all how dare does a pharmacist guestion a doctors prescription written to that patient. They are there to fill prescriptions, not to question them. I will bad mouth Walgreens every chance I get and write bad reviews. They will never get another dollar out of this customer ever !!! Wow. Go in on Mother's Day to pick up one single 4x6 that I ordered a few days before. Stopped in on my way to work thinking it would be quick. Guy behind the photo counter was very unwelcoming and had no sense of urgency to help me. I gave him the last name on the order, which is my daughters account. When he finished up whatever he was doing on the register he walked over to check for the photo and couldn't find it. Then he asked for my phone number. Still couldn't find anything. I said it might be under my account and gave my last name to him. He said do you have the confirmation email. I said yes, can you just look under the H? He replies with a "wow". I said wow what? He said the way you said that. What? Just get my photo so I can leave. I pulled up the email and showed him. Takes him a half minute to look at it and he goes back to the first name I gave him and pulls it out. I said oh look at that it's in the name I gave you the first time. The whole time he kept making remarks like about me giving him two names like it was my fault that he couldn't find it. I said what I'm not allowed to have two different accounts? One is my daughters. He kept saying have a blessed day like a smart ass. I put down the .35 cents I owed on the counter and he pushed it away and said keep your money. I left it and walked out saying I'll have a happy Mother's Day. read more

So I waited until my blood stopped boiling to write this review. I am VERY unhappy with the service I got here. So on 10/20, I dropped off some rolls of film to be developed (Yeah, I know what you're thinking, but I'm a photographer and really into film). Anyways, I was excited because they've been sitting on my self collecting dust and I finally decided to go develop them. Customer receipt said to return 10/26 after 5 pm for my photos. I came back on the 27th or 28th and my photos weren't ready yet. Okay. I wait another couple days before I called to see if they were ready then. Nothing. But the guy on the phone said he would call me when they came in. So I waited and waited but no one ever called me back. I came in today 11/10 and they were finally there (or had been ready for a while??) I had 4 rolls total (but 1 of them was a disposable camera). The prices were all different so I was really confused. The lady said it's because not all the photos came out so I was like hmm... okay. I look and so many of my photos are missing. Mind you, I've used my camera more for dark room work so I KNOW how to use a film camera. Why wouldn't the pictures get developed. My prints were $50 by the way. 1st roll: 14 photos 2nd roll: 25 photos 3rd roll: 24 photos 4th roll: ONE photo * First three are out of a roll of 36 (THIRTY SIX) exposures I cannot emphasis how upset and disappointed I am with the service here, or lack thereof. And on top of that, they didn't give me my free digital CDs of the photos. But at this point I'm just so angry that I don't think I am coming back to this location. read more

I live not even two minutes from this store and come here all the time. On February 8th I ordered some photo items and one order mistakingly went to the lake mead store so when I went to pick it up, I also purchased two Olay soaps because my Carress was not in stock and they were on sale. I used the soap and my skin reacted terribly so I went to the Cheyenne Walgreens to return/exchange it. I was helped by an older Asian or maybe Latino woman. First she was rudely mumbled and left the register to go do a propane exchange for the gentleman in front of me. When she returned, I explained I'd like to return the soaps and had my purchased pulled up through the Walgreens app because I misplaced the receipt. Her attitude worsened. She told me she couldn't pull it up with that even though I have exchanged something using the app at that very store before. Then she asked when I purchased it. I told her on February 8th and asked if it was an issue. She did not respond and began mumbling to herself. When I said "I'm sorry?" She said "I'm talking to myself".. I said okay well I just asked you something. (Like are you not going to reply to me like I don't exist?) then she said no it's not a problem but it says no sales in the last 30 days so I can only give you the sales price... first off, nobody is trying to get more money. I literally had the purchase on my screen.. I felt discriminated again, although I was in work clothes I'm young and black. I have a good job I am not poor nor am I a crook. She finally processed the return on a Walgreens card for the amount I paid which was fine. When I got back in line with the hydrocortisone I found to sooth my skin from the olay, I heard her complaining to another customer that she's worked ten hours and is going home. I just felt like she was extremely rude and made me feel like I inconvenienced her or was trying to do something crooked by returning soaps that gave me a rash. I'd rather drive 15 minutes to the next closet Walgreens than spend money in a place that treats people this way cause she is rude as hell. No wonder this location has such poor ratings. The only nice employee here is Tabitha who went out of her way to assist me with my photo book order last week. They need to hire more people like Tabitha and get rid of old grumpy rude discriminate people who openly complain about their jobs to customers. read more

I came in here to get passport photos for my Philippines passport. The lady was nice enough to ask me if the requirements for the photo were the same as the U.S. requirements and I totally didn't know. (They weren't. WHAT?!) Good thing she bothered to ask me because I would have wasted $9. Thanks sweet photography lady. I have prescriptions filled here (via drive-thru) and I buy makeup here. My husband and I come here when ever someone is sick and we get our kids prescriptions here, and with my most recent visit I was basically called a thief by the "manager" Marcella. She is absolutley disrespectful and has zero customer service, I bought a few things including baby soap for my son who has eczema and this place is the only place close to home that sells the soap he needs and once I got home I noticed my soap was not in there, i called the store got out on hold, was holding for so long that the phone automatically rang back the Marcella answers with an automatic attitude doesn't even greet me me she only picks up the phone and says "yes"? I explain to her what I told the previous lady, she the says no I cant help you until I review the video footage and you bring your proof of purchase. I say I have my reciept and I'm on my way down there now, and she then says no I'm too busy to look at anything or help you, you can come at another time. And is arguing with me about me paying for this soap and then hangs up on me!!!! Completely disrespectful!!!!! That is no way you treat your customers read more

They have messed up my prescriptions more than four times now, ran out of a fairly common drug but didn't bother to call me...just waited until I showed up to pick it up. Each time they blamed their technology or the 800 call desk for messing up. I now sit on hold for over ten minutes just to get them to tell my insurance they never filled my asthma inhaler so I can get it refilled at CVS. good thing I plan ahead and can breathe. read more

The only reason I went there is because my daughter needed a note book and some allergy medicine so we stopped there and then we both needed to use the restroom. So she went in first then when she came out i gave her the stuff to hold so that i could go in next. To my surprise I come out and the security is waiting for my by the door asking me to empty my bag and take out the stuff and leave the store because THEY SAW ME going in and not leaving the merchandise out. I called my daughter and showed him she had all the stuff I was purchasing. If you're going to accuse someone of stealing be sure they are actually stealing. Wow! What rude customer service your place has. An employee there disrespected my mother-in-law to a level that no one should have to put up with. That female (a tall black/Asian mixed looking girl with her hair pulled back so tight that it obviously affected the look on her face, working the front register) is extremely fortunate that I wasn't present for this interaction. I really hope the manager recognizes the lack of professionalism and quality of this employee. She was rude from the word go, had a horrible attitude and initially refused to even help my 71 year-old mother-in-law, after she had been redirected to this from the photo area. After this review, I will be contacting the store directly if they refuse to contact me first. Clean up this store, get rid of your excess "waste" and improve your service. read more

Ok I actually like this Walgreens as of 1/2019! The people are always so nice, I always get my photos here and they usually have what I need. I mean I can never get over what happen here, so sad but I think the people are great here. I'm always greeted by someone when I walk in and they have all the cool holiday stuff that I always need for my kids. Oh the toys are on sale often and I love their fluffy socks. read more

Walgreens are fairly the same range. This one is cleaner than average and organized well. I like some of their sales for cosmetic type items, but otherwise I'm rarely in them. My latest hobby is doing my nails, specially gel and Walgreens is one of the few places that carries gel polish as well as regular polishes of various brands. I don't use the pharmacy too much as I don't have insurance so this isn't the place to fill them paying out of pocket. You would think it would be, but fill your prescription at WalMart for a hefty price cut. I do come to this location more often the one the next block over from my house, simply because it has a Take Care clinic. They aren't run by Walgreens employees, but dependent from them. This one isn't as busy as others, which is a plus. Overall, I'm a fan of this locale. read more

Seen one, you seen them all! So this place is next to the YMCA which I go to quite often, the main reason I come here is for the redbox. I have ventured inside to look for nail polishes and their cashiers are pretty nice. What I like about Walgreens is that they always have a weird sale going on. For cosmetics you can usually find a bogo sale of b150%off the next item. Now I dont wear any make up so usually this doesnt pertain to me, but for all you ladies out there who arent blessed with amazing looks (LOL JK) then here you go! I have always gotten my prescriptions filled at CVS. One day I went to fill a med after they had spoken DIRECTLY to my surgeon, they refused to fill it. Then they refused to fill my life saving medication. Long story short, I tried Walgreens. They filled my meds, but the other locations I was trying were always out and took days to fill anything. Finally, I tried this location..and WOW. They always have my meds ready right on time, and they are extremely pleasant. They run a bit busy some of the time, but the hard work I see these people put in is much appreciated. They truly do the best they can. I had a mix up of brands a couple of times, but they weren't rude at all when I asked them to fix it. It's very nice to have a reliable pharmacy with people who don't judge and and are attentive to their customers. I have a life threatening illness and they always go the extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of. read more

I sent in an order for some photos to get printed out and the lady in photo was extremely rude. She ignored me as I walked up to her, didn't ask me anything, didn't even acknowledge my presence! I told her I was there to pick up an order and stated my name she got my prints, rang them up and I handed her a coupon I had for the photos, she scanned it and said it didn't work so instead of trying again she ripped up the coupon and threw my change at me! Basically I only come to this store because it's 24 hrs and I have been getting my sons medications here for yrs. But.. today I called up to ask the manger a question because I had bought a box of chocolate and they were so old they had no bottoms and everything inside was like a rock. Well she cuts me off and I quote "just bring it back and have your receipt" well I was trying to ask something so I started to speak again and she cuts me off and with a nasty tone again in her voice "I just told you bring it back and you need the receipt". So once again I told her I was wondering if... and there she goes I just told you what to do.... Really??!! This is the way you speak to people? This is whats wrong with this store! Nasty, rude and inconsiderate people. I think Corporate should come in and give these jobs to people who know what customer service is and is respectful and courteous. The store is great. Easy to get in and out. The Take Care Clinic is nice as well. The people that work it are very nice. The reason this location got a 3 is because it is ALWAYS super busy. I used to come here all the time and never had a problem. But the last few times I have been here, I leave pissed off. The pharmacy is incredibly slow. The drive thru is a joke - funny how I have never spent more than a couple minutes with my transactions in the drive thru, but the morons I get behind in the drive thru are doing transactions that they should be going inside to do, thus taking the convenience out of the drive thru. I have never given much thought to Walgreens. I stopped by to use the Redbox kiosk outside once. Today, though, I went to the pharmacy for a quick prescription. The last time I went anywhere for a prescription I went to Walmart and it was horrid. A co-worker recommended I try Walgreens. I'm glad I did. Not only is Walgreens a fair bit smaller than Walmart but it is also less crowded. It only took a couple of minutes for me to drop off the script and the staff to enter my information. I told them I would be back to pick up amd they told me anytime after 12:15 would be fine. This was just more than an hour. Better than the nearly 3 hours it took me at the last place I went. And the staff was friendly. They did not look at me and walk away. They greeted me and they smiled while helping me. I have wasted so much time with Walmart pharmacy. No more thanks to Walgreens. The only think I didn't like is navigating the isles to get to the pharmacy in the back corner of the store. They seemed to be making me zigzag my way through. Then the sign for the pharmacy is big and curved across that corner of the store but the actually counter is not directly behind or under the sign. It is hidden a little further back and at a different angle. I almost felt like I was lost. But I found it and now I know. I don't typically need prescriptions filled but the next time I do, I'll be coming to Walgreens. read more

This place is terrible. Took my child into the healthcare clinic and boy that was the worst experience ever. I sat behind the APN while she was at her computer and told her that is not my child's name while she input insurance information. She just went along and kept putting the information in. The APN checked her out and upon check out my child was checked out in someone else's name. This was a mess and an inconvenience for us. Better off going to the ER and being treated there than going here. read more

This month I dropped off a prescription for Butrans patch on a Thursday which is a pain medication that I was due for on that Sunday morning that I have had ongoing regular prescription for the past 6mo's filled with them regularly! . They never checked if they had it on hand and never placed the order the next day. I come in on Sunday to pick up my medication and told by the pharmacists that it never made the order in time so I won't get it till Tuesday at the earliest because of labor day holiday. He said he would call around other Walgreen and try to find it for me. Never got a call back that day so I missed work on Monday and had to go to the ER with opiate withdrawals.. Came in Tuesday morning to see if my order came in and it almost took a act of god for them to search the order for my medication that they delayed me 48hours on and I incurred lots of medical expenses because of there mistake Thanks Walgreens staff hope it wasn't to hard for you to check for my order that you messed up! read more
