I hate going to this location but it's my closest 24 hour location. We get tons of prescriptions here since our family has everything from heart problems to blood disorders, migraines and chronic pain. They BS me telling me they are out of pain meds when I'm wearing my hospital bracelet and clearly in pain after having twins 4 days apart and being forced to watch them die! I have zero patience with their rude employees, none of which lasts more than a couple months. The latest dictator looks like the love child of Mussolini and a random sumo wrestler. She sees me at least once a week and still makes me show ID every time despite recalling my rewards phone number with her Rain Man recall! read more

Try to avoid this place like the plague! The big issue is understaffing and poor customer service. When you call this pharmacy, it's not uncommon to be on hold for 15 or 20 minutes, and then they just hang up the phone. The management is apparently too greedy to hire adequate staff to answer the phone. There is often a long line, both in the store and at the drive-thru. I've dropped off prescriptions then come back repeatedly to be told they "forgot" to order the medication. read more

They by far the worst pharmacy I've been to. I come at 12:02 and was told come back in 20 mins and your prescription will be ready. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but I can NOT freaking stand how long the drive through line is every time I go. I only go through the drive through to drop off a Rx or pick-up once I know it's ready. But without fail, I always seem to get behind someone who either has 50 questions for the pharmasist or can't understand why their insurance is terrible. Couldn't access the store this morning after dropping off my prescription the night before because there was a shooting and police blocked off the entire area. When I called later to find out if all was clear the customer service staff carried on a conversation with another employee in the middle of me talking to him it was very rude and I felt that it was unprofessional considering I was in the middle of a sentence when he very loudly just started talking to someone else. How the hell is he suppose to hear me when he's talking to someone else?! read more

Beware of dealing with the pharmacy at this store. They consistently mess up when prescriptions are due and want to renew prescriptions when they are not needed. They also do not know procedures for getting renewed prescriptions for medical devices and instead of investigating they stonewall and lie about the process. You are always better off managing your prescriptions directly with your doctor and your insurance. Just able to count pills and collect money. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! read more

The clinic in this location is a joke. I got there right at opening and waited for an hour and 45 mins. When I finally got seen she said "oh, im sorry you must have left." Umm no, I have been sitting in the same chair for almost 2 hours. She then sent me home with the DX of "allergies" and "no sign of infection" she was nice enough to give me a referral to a real doctor though. I went there later that same day and tested positive for Strep and also had a really bad ear infection. Needless to say I hope you choose somewhere else for your care needs. This place was a complete joke. I will stick with someone who knows that Motrin and Tylenol are different medications. read more

And... yes!! We have another glowing performance from the inept, rude, insulting, do whatever they want because we are WALGREENS corporate drones. Today I was refused my medication when the clerk stated I did not have any medication request. I then told her the name of the medication and that I was told it would be ready. She then scrolled through her computer and apparently found the medication and said it was not ready and I would have to wait 20 minutes for it to be filled. I told her I did not have 20 minutes to wait and that it should have been ready and she said that I am supposed to call the day before. I've been coming here for three years and have never heard of that policy. They then kept transferring me to different windows and different clerks and wanted to obtain all of my information again even though I had already provided it to them. Sounds like another form of sad, I don't have a life or a soul so I work at W.A.L.G.R.E.E.N.S. harassment of customers. At one point the pharmacist even laughed at me and said that I really needed my medication. Such humor by a trained medical professional concerning the health of a patient and customer-- would not expect anything more from employee of the month at W.A.L.G.R.E.E.N.S. The same pharmacist then told me that they were done with me and that I needed to switch pharmacies. To this I replied that I had already previously tried to switch but W.A.L.G.R.E.E.N.S. refused to transfer my prescription to the other pharmacy. So now we have 3 refusals to provide me with my medication. The first when they said I didn't have any prescription there, the second when they continued to refuse me my medication by transferring me to different windows and repeatedly asking for information that I had already given them and still not filling my prescription and the third when the pharmacist point blank informed me that they were done with me and would not provide me with any medication. Good job W.A.L.G.R.E.E.N.S. you are continuing to live up to your excellent reputation. Sleep well. read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy in Las Vegas!!!! The pharmacist at night,the nasty Asian one is RUDE!!!!! I actually demanded my RXs back and left. I dropped my RX off at 130 pm. They said it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. I went to pick it up at 930 pm and they hadn't even started it. Don't waste your time there. They have zero respect or consideration for their customers. The pharmacy here was actually very good. I don't live in the state and they went out of their way to get my insurance to cover my prescriptions. They also called my hometown pharmacy to get a refill on a prescription that I needed as well. I hardly ever leave reviews for places like this but after reading some of the negative reviews I felt like a positive one was needed. I felt that both employees that I was in contact with were very professional and showed empathy for my condition. read more

Fire Keshazan Kodandapani. I have NEVER been so mistreated in my entire life by a "medical professional". He refused to see me and another white man for two days and won't open the availability at any time for appointments. I've checked back for the past 2 days to make an appointment and they aren't available on his shifts. After I waited an hour and signed in, I called behind the desk asking "hello, are you seeing anyone" and he told me to sign in. I already did and waited an hour. He told me he didn't have my name and I had to sign back in or call to complain. I don't have time to complain, I'm going to work, and I have to get meds for my three illnesses I have going on. I was coming to him to ask for help with my pain! WHO HAS TIME FOR MORE COMPLAINING?! Sure enough, when someone is so condescending and rude to a 25 white female with a disease, yea, I sure as fuck have time to complain about you and blast your name everywhere as a tool. He refused to see me, refused to put my name on the list, refused to see the man next to me that came the day before and was told by Keshazan to come today and refused to see him a second time, and refused to give me his name. I asked a walgreens employee for the manager, and he said they don't oversee the Clinic, but understands as the man is rude and was late to even coming in to work. Failure to provide a service, failure to do your job, failure to do such basic things as communicating to your patients with bedside manner is crucial. It isn't up for discussion. I absolutely love this Walgreens when I shop here every one is very nice they have gone out of their way to help me. They have carry almost everything I don't have to go to Wal-Mart because I know Walgreens will have just about anything I need. It might caused a little bit more money but I don't care I like the convenience since they are in almost every corner and at this particular one I like their customer service. Pharmacy is too busy and provides poor customer service. They reneged on a cash pay prescription and wanted to charge an extra $300 even though the price quoted was from another of their chains. I am baffled that one Walgreens can charge $200 for a prescription and another Walgreens up the street charges over $500 for the identical prescription. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

The only 24 hour pharmacy in this side of town and they don't take my Tricare insurance. Yet another organization that doesn't support the troops. Of course I can't totally blame them for not taking my insurance as Tricare has gone to hell since United Health Care took over. But still. Now my sick kid needs to wait 10 hours for a real pharmacy to open. read more
