The level of incompetence is astounding. I scheduled an appointment for testing online and drove across town. When I got there they said the test which I specifically signed up for was not available. Why advertise it, and send a confirmation email? There was another test available but they would not allow me to register at the store. They said I had to go back home and register again and set a new appointment. The woman at the window couldn't have cared less. What an awful company. read more

5 stars for the service I received at the pharmacy front eh gentleman who was working the counter. Gotta look for the receipt to put his name here. I ran in the store frantic as my 3 year old son was having a horrible allergic reaction. As I told him the situation, he attended me very fast and unboxed the medication as I made the credit card transaction which helped me rush out and give my son the Benadryl. Thank you Sir! read more

I hate when I search an item online and you go to the store after the website says they have multiples of an item, you get to the store and they don't have any. I drove here to find NYX eyeshadow glitter glue and online it said they had five in stock and of course I get here and there is NONE! Lacey ( with the pink hair) Was very helpful. EVERY single time I come to this Walgreens pharmacy I have to wait for 10+ minutes for someone to acknowledge your presence. I am so use to going the front and asking for them to page the pharmacy, however this last time the cashier stated they can no longer do that. Do your job! If you don't want it than do us all a favor and quit! There is hundreds of other people who would kill for a job, let them have it. We are just trying to give you our business! read more

This pharmacy was the only one in town that had a prescription I needed. They were nice over the phone when I called to ask, and super nice when I dropped off my prescriptions. Of course...they waited until I got home to call me to tell me that they don't take my insurance...but being the only place I could get this script filled, I asked them to fill it anyway. Without insurance it was only $18. Not bad at all. Service was great. I would come back here if they took my insurance. read more

Pharmacists here are extremely rude and not knowledgeable at all. My prescription has been messed up multiple times and if I didn't check the medication I received my life could've been in danger. The store staff is very blunt and no help at all when looking for something. Most importantly DOUBLE CHECK your medication when you receive it as this the second incident it has happened. Well if you're looking for a safe place to shop during the covid-19, this is a very last place you want to step foot in! They have tape on the floor to mark off where you can stand in line and how far of a distance, but none of the employees, including the manager, follows any safety. While waiting at the cash register, the managers and other employees all came up at the same time, congregating and carrying on long conversations around me at the register on. I had a grat experice at this Walgreens. My wife buys her cosmetics and chocolate, etc. I buy some electronics, gifts and sometimes food. It is close to the house. I made a bone head mistake for the second time, bought the wrong ink for my printer. I went back a couple of days later to talk to the manager. I had open the package. He kindly replaced the ink cartridge for the one I needed. Great job. But do not get foolish ideas, he did his job and weighed the cartridge. Its a great store. read more

I always fill our prescriptions at this location because it is close to home. I will be changing where I fill prescriptions because the pharmacy staff don't have the best customer service. They don't even acknowledge you when you're waiting in line. I wanted to buy 1 item while picking up my prescription and the pharm tech rolled her eyes when I asked if I could purchase 1 item at her checkout. In the middle of me entering my rewards phone number she rang the total up and it cut me off from trying to enter my rewards. I didn't even want to bother asking if she could enter my rewards because I didn't want to experience more rudeness. The front end cashiers are always nice. There is an older women and man who ring up at the front. They always ask how my day is, if I found everything I needed, etc... I give them 5 stars! read more

So.. i realized I left my phone at the spring mountain & jones location, I called the manager to see if I indeed leave it there , well a male manager did get on the phone & tells me I can retrieve my phone as soon as I return the merchandise I stole. Feeling humiliated & very upset i told him he needs to review his cameras bc I did not take anything from there. He further told me to call back in 20 min. So I did & he tells me he has nothing to go off of & said he'll leave my phone with the cashier. I'm happy i did get my phone back but am humiliated & embarrassed to even step foot back in that store. Very unprofessional & wrong for accusing someone of stealing let alone saying I can't have my phone unless I return merchandise i did not take! Sadly I did not even receive an apology, felt I was mistreated & management was very unprofessional. read more

Given the circumstances of only having one register open and what looked like to manager assistance ( even tho I personally saw two female managers on the floor) Jimmy handled the line as best as I think he could have and kept his composure. I would give a better rating, due to Jimmy, but unfortunately the incompetent support of the management I have takes off a couple stars from this rating. The management staff needs to learn common sense and be aware that having one register with 10+ on line is not how you run a business. read more

I saw another guy walk in right before me and he didn't have to wait much longer. They post wait times on their website too. I came here while on my way to Greenland. Remembered that I needed some items for the gym, and it was convenient. I should have sucked it up and waited until I got to Target. Sometimes you forgo a little extra money to avoid hassle. This experience would not have been that bad if the girl at the cosmetic counter was not so rude. She did not look at me when I asked her where an item was located. Then when she finally glanced up to tell me where it was, she had an agitated look and condescending tone. In the end, I just wanted to grab what I needed and leave. They are not well stocked and I was lucky to find the last item on the shelf. I count it a blessing that they did not run out, because I would not look forward to asking the girl for help again. Got to the counter with money in hand so that I could get out of there as fast as possible to find out that the label on the shelf was priced wrong. My family came here hours ago and because of the number of items that they wanted to purchase the line behind them stacked up. They were treated by the manager on duty named KEVIN rudely and were told by this man that my family were being such an inconvenience in front of other customers. My brother then because of the treatment told my wife not to purchase the items anymore and go elsewhere instead. Adding insult to injury this same manager KEVIN then added - and I quote "Yeah, Don't buy the items and just get out of the store." Walgreens Corporate Officers if you are reading this comment or our survey and complaint call reaches you today or tomorrow, be advised that we are suing this branch and the manager. Now, if you don't want your company reputation or this branch to be dragged because of one of your associates action and you would like to resolve the issue with us. Send me a message and we will take it from there. On a side note - If you don't want these kinds of things happening in the future. Holy. I am so fed up with this walgreens. Rude impatient staff ESPECIALLY In The PHARMACY. I understand people have bad days but cut the attitude and don't talk over people when you're asking them to give you an answer. These guys are unprofessional and unprepared. They bug me to pick up prescription and put it back after you tell them you're coming. They've even almost given me medication without a proper prescription! Ridiculous. Whatever man was working tonight in that pharmacy, learn to have better work ethic or be a little more patient. You may work a late shift and you're tired but the people you made wait 35 MINUTES when there was only 3 CARS IN LINE are not going to take your shit if you're rude. I came by this store today around 10 and the door was locked. There are signs saying the store is temporary closed. You can see a group of cleaning crew wiping down the whole store. I called and the employee said the store might be close for 1 to several days. But none of the employees were able to tell me why. My question is ...is this COVID-19 related and is there something we should be aware of if anyone visited the store 1 or 2 days ago??? Not one good Pharmacy experience here yet. First they use the text messaging system which tells you whether your prescription is ready or not, and for some reason I always receive the wrong text. When you get to the pharmacy nobody wants to answer any questions for you. My friend and I counted five employees working and two customers in line aside from myself. I simply had a question regarding the text message. Was my prescription ready? Then I was given the wrong medication. Kind of serious in my book. I understand pharmacies are busy but a little bit of good service makes up for a lot of that. On the way out, my friend looked at me and asked "Do you remember when you were leaving a store and they would thank you for coming in, rather than you thanking them hoping to get a reaction?" I had to laugh because it's exactly how I felt. Had this been a one-time experience I wouldn't have written a review, but being as it's happened multiple times I just thought I'd put it out there. read more

This Walgreen is convenient close to my house I only go in there sometimes. They have pretty good sales, But the regular priced stuff is ridiculous. The one thing that reallllly bugs me is club cards!!! I hate them, bur now a a days most stores have a 'house' card for people to use when they dont have the time nor do they want a club card. This place refuses to let you use a house card and wants you to sit and fill out the form to get one. Don't got time for it and don't want one. read more
