My favorite item here that helps with the health of my hair, is sauce! Makes my hair so smooth and silky! Went to Sally's on West Craig road the shop was very cleaned and organized staff very knowledgeable easy parking.

The customer service is trash. They don't even know anything about hair to help you. The Asian or Hispanic lady just kept staring like she didn't have a clue with what I was talking about. She needs to be fired because that was unprofessional. Staring in confusion just to still not understand anything is just annoying. read more

Daphne was an absolute gem! I originally came with my sister for her to get products, but after speaking with Daphne I was sold on getting some stuff for myself! my mom was just in this store and apparently the lady working today at this time tried attempting to kick my mom out due to "women issues" even though she had already had the door locked for her 5 minute break. my mom was nice and respectful offering to leave the store while she solves her "women issues" and said some disrespectful things to my mom. trying to make her feel guilt for shopping. older lady looks Hawaiian no name tag. i know this goes against sally beauty rules and it's understandable that if alone you can lock the door when needing a short break but the fact that my mom waited, then was treated to feel guilt to shop is not okay. as soon as my mom called me explaining to the lady i have experience she seemed to give my mom space after being rude and trying to make her feel guilty. read more

I shop here often, however recently some of the staff members have been very judgmental and rude. Today there was this women named Maila working, she was being very rude to everyone inside as they came in. I felt very uncomfortable because she kept checking on me & my sister constantly as if we were doing something wrong... we were in there for maybe 5 minutes.. She was very uptight with everyone in-front of me in the line at checkout n refused to take someones cash because the bill was too large.. They were a great help, well organized and loved the sales! Ended up getting a free extra things I didn't plan on. They were very helpful and it was nice that 3 girls were working so even though there were a lot of customers I was still able to walk right up to a register and check out. What a great little store with nice employees. This place has everything that you should need for a salon or for high end home care. I came in here for something pretty easy, waxing strips! They had many different types and varying sized boxes and I was excited to pick one up after having gone to many other stores empty handed. While I was here I also picked up some facial wipes and some shampoo. The girls working were great, it was pretty busy at 10am. If I did have one complaint it's that the prices were a little high. For the same brand and same package that I bought, I did find it online for a few dollars cheaper but I guess you are paying for convenience and service in a brick and mortar location. read more

Emphasis on the star because my experience here declined severely. One thing is, this is the only Sally's I've ever been to that doesnt look AT ALL like a Sally's inside. Also it seems like there is 45% less product to chose from? What happened? This WAS a normal Sally's and now its redesigned. Shorter shelves and less product. Also the manager that runs the floor let's her employees do the talking. Why would she, in this tiny room, acknowledge a customer, right? I would have given this Sally's 5 stars and the product 1 star, but Tina the manager who I spoke with on the phone today was very insulted when I told her the replacement tape I purchased over the weekend was crap and my extensions were falling out that we installed hours after installing yesterday, she told me I was crap and it wasn't very nice I called her products crap. As if she was the product. I told the truth. We've been doing my extensions since a medication I take has made my hair fall out for over a year 1/2. I know tape. The tape was crap. I now have to uninstall my extensions and take the tape off put new tape on and install them again. The time alone is long and a luxury I don't have. As a manager she should have thought about the time and expense. My daughter was on her feet over 2 hours putting those in. When I called her back to ask her name she was very sarcastic in giving it to me. And proudly telling me she was the manager as in you can't get me in trouble. Tina, it was tape. I made several transactions in the store over the weekend and a very nice girl with dark and green hair and glasses was extremely helpful to me. For that I'm thankful. And to her, thank you. I wish you were working originally I would not of had to come back in to get a higher developer to fix my my hair. I could have gotten the right one the first time. Today Tina (manager) waited on my mother & myself & she is by far thee most knowledgeable & kind person I ever dealt w/at any Sally's. This location I've been going to for about 10-12 yrs. She help me w/my hair products along w/fixing my rewards account. I'm at Sally's about every other month or so & no one ever noticed that my emails were not linked so I was never getting my rewards. We're talking years of rewards. I was even at Sally's on w charelston yesterday & no1 noticed. Tina notice immediately & fixed everything. I am very pleased with the excellent customer service I have received here recently. Upon my two most recent visits, I was greeted by friendly sale reps who were informative, helpful and patient. Both times the reps located what I was requesting, suggested other products that I needed in addition and even explained the process of the products I was purchasing. Without their valuable assistance I would not have been able to select and utilize the products, so I greatly appreciate their expertise and those experiences have lead to me returning to shop here more frequently. I am not satisfied with the stores lack of selection but I think a lot of Sally stores are downsizing so I always check online and call to make sure what I need is available before I head up there. All the products I purchased worked perfectly and I will definitely be returning to this location for more purchases in the near future. read more

Been in a few times the past few weeks and the only one person that has always been willing to help me and give me her time is Jessica. She is wonderful and very helpful and always has a smile on her face. She gets the 5 stars. As for the others working when I've been in, have not even greeted me or offered to help. One lady seemed as if I was bothering her restocking by asking her one single question, I asked if she had a color in the back and she told me it was discontinued. I was upset cause it was the perfect color that I needed. I went it today and the color she claimed was discontinued was in full stock. Guess she just didn't feel like helping anyone. I am totally bummed that even unopened hair extensions can not be returned. That's a huge cost lost so I don't recommend getting those unless you know for a fact they are the correct ones and that you will like them. read more

Awful customer service. Be prepared to deal with rude staff that treats you like you are about to steal something. I was followed around the store. While I was looking at nail polishes an older staff lady told me that I couldn't try any polishes on my nails. Then she followed me to another aisle. This store was close which is the only reason I ever went. Thank goodness I recently moved and there is one closer with a much better staff. However, this one....avoid if you can. The staff is RUDE and like to chatter when there are customers in the store instead of helping them. I lived down the street for five years so this isn't just a one time experience.
