When you say you are not being notified, they say to "Call Corporate. It's not our problem." I guess they just expect you to call multiple times to see if your prescription is ready and wait 10-15min. on hold each time. Then they tell you they put your prescription back because you didn't come in and get it, and now they are out of it, so can't refill until next week. (My prescription ran out. They said they would call my doctor and have her fax a script. I never heard back. I called back 2 weeks later and this is the response I got.) I mean, seriously? But if you have nothing better to do with your time, they are definitely the cheapest around.

The employees said they don't see my stuff there. So then I asked to speak to the manager they said he wasn't there so I gave my info for him to call. He never did. So I then called and called and called and no answer. So went on their site and was directed to speak via chat w a rep from yes video. She told me that they don't have my stuff nor was it ever shipped. This is now 5 weeks later. The rep contacted the store manager and he said he has the tapes still and was going to call me back w the info. He never called. This has continued for over 2 months now and the manger Garrett Rexford has mailed my tapes from my childhood and of family members who are no longer w me to a business somewhere in Grand Rapids Michigan. He sounded as if he didn't care and said here's the info and basically expected me to figure it out. I could only get so far bc I did not mail it. From months of going back and forth with ups, cvs Corp, the manger and yes video. I have gotten no response from anyone and Garrett the manager has also blocked my number. I've documented all calls, texts, chat etc with everyone.

I've been here more times than I can count in the past 3 months. (And I can count pretty high even…read morewithout using fingers/toes!) And they always have the script ready within about 15 to 20 minutes of getting it written. I had to go to the Urgent Care across the parking lot a few times (thanks pneumonia) this past winter, and they'd have everything ready by the time I walked over there. Maybe I had to wait a minute or two if they were busy. The other day I walked in and the lady behind the counter waved and said hi. On my way out the guy told me to have a good one, and I admonished him to do the same! So, at least in my experience, the service is fast and friendly. The pharmacists are especially kind despite the treatment they get all day.

Today I went there as the designated location for my second Covid booster shot. They took me right on time for my appointment. The general pharmacy staff was friendly. However, of special note, the pharmacist was super friendly and efficient. Although I was already familiar with the potential side effects (since this was my forth Covid related shot) the pharmacist took extra time to explain things and was extremely attentive despite the pharmacy being extremely busy. Overall I was very impressed with the interaction today and I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This CVS is presently undergoing a renovation, so I doubt it's as clean and organized as it might…read moreotherwise be. The inventory was still in generally good condition. Hopefully some of this renovation will take place at the pharmacy, because it's somewhat cramped and not really capable of handling a backlog of customers. There's 2 self-check kiosks in the front, with no place for a line to wait if there's a backup. Hopefully these get a facelift too, as they could be more user-friendly.

Both the drive-up window and instore pickup lines are long and slow. They are understaffed but even if they had enough staff there is nowhere to put them. The physical pharmacy space itself is tiny. The retail store is large; one would think that the pharmacy would deserve larger and more efficient space. The instore waiting area is not well lit. The worst thing, though, a pharmacist there told me that Eliquis and clopidogrel (Plavix) are the same thing. They are completely different drugs and act in different ways. Be careful of any advice you get from a pharmacist there.
