I really wish I would have read the reviews on this specifc walgreens before i placed my order. There photo department is compelete trash. I place an order on 5/11 which says its same day pick up and ready within the hour, hours go by i call to check the staus and they inform me there machine isnt working. Thats understandable the employee states they will cancel my order, perfect. Days go by and i get an email saying my order is ready which i wasnt expecting because i was told it was cancelled but none the less ill go pick it up. I get here and they cant find my order, multiple employees confused and they check the system and it does say my order is ready. They inform me that they dont have the white cover only the black cover I say thats fine ill take it, he then back tracks to say ill have to place another order to get the same cover but in a different color. I asked why i would receive an email stating my order was ready if it wasn't and was told the system does it automatically, which is ridiculous seeing as i placed my order on 5/11 and now the system is automatically saying my order is ready on 5/14. I don't know why there's many bad reviews on here but my experience has always been pleasant. Recently, I have been sick for the past month or so as well as my mom. It was important to get our medication on time and every time we picked it up, they always had it ready. The pharmacist took time to explain each medication and was helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The line was also short so we didn't have to wait too long. I have been here 5 times this week after getting messages saying prescription is ready to find out only 1 of 5 prescriptions for my son who has been extremely sick is ready. No info or solution. Also, allowing a customer with a processing problem should be taken out of the Express Lane when there is a long line (3 or more). This pharmacy deserves a 0. Granted that it is understandable they are short staffed; however, the pharmacist should train their techs how to handle phone calls. For the past 2 days, calling to speak to an employee after 4pm has been impossible. I'll be on hold for 12 minutes, informed via automation that there is 1 caller ahead of me. Then a tech answers with "please hold" and within 1 minute, my call is disconnected. Or my calls are transferred between rings and music. Yesterday I went to the pharmacy and called while i was in line. Their phones were not ringing. It seems they turn off the ringers at some point. They should just add an automation that they are only serving in-store customers at that time and not taking calls! I do not recommend this pharmacy. Unprofessional. read more

This review is for COVID 19 PCR travel test. I liked the fact that they cleaned up everything before they give you the chart and the pen. She even cleaned up the counter. The downfall is the wait time. It is ridiculously long! 1 hour of wait time even with an appointment and it wasn't even a long line on the drive thru. Terrible, terrible wait time! I would suggest for Walgreens to open up both lanes, LEFT lane should only be for COVID 19 testing and the RIGHT one for the Pharmacy. Also, for the specimen label, make sure it is already attached to the container BEFORE you give it to the patient. The COVID container should be labeled with the patient's information BEFORE you give the collection kit to the patient. This way, the patient can check that everything is accurate on their sample. After I submitted my swab, there was no patient Identification on my sample! It was just a blank COVID container given back to the person on the window. I had to confirm where is my identification label? She said she will attach it afterwards. It should be attached to the COVID container so the patient can see that it is his/her name written on the container. This needs to change. Don't give a blank container to the patient please! Make sure there is a patient ID on the COVID container/ collection kit. There was also no explanation on how to access the result. She just said everything is on the paper. Terrible service. Walgreens, please check how the other pharmacy handles their drive thru COVID 19 testing and Pharmacy service. You can learn from them. read more

I have been going here for years .. this is the first time having an issue.. AND I WAS DISCARDED! I had my 4yr olds prescription filled. I get there to pick it up and it's leaking! If it wasn't for the tech that ended up helping me it may not have been fixed. So as we both wait for about 10min. I get a consult and then a new bag of medication. It was supposed to be a pink liquid. Instead they give my 4yr old MISLABELED bottles with EHITE POWDER SUBSTANCE in it! I call the pharmacy at 6:22pm.. on hold till 6:31 and SO CONVENIENTLY disconnected. Call back and yup PHARMACY IS CLOSED. I speak to the store manager and was told call a 24hr Walgreens! I cannot believe that he didn't even offer to walk over to the pharmacy and get the mgr or someone like the whole pharmacy shut down at 630 and no one was there! This used to be my favorite place! But after there total disregard and unwillingness to correct the problem the same night is disgusting of them! read more

Bullshit ass pharmacist! Waited over an hour in drive thru and they put a sign up right before I pulled up and says drive thru closed come inside. They didn't have the decency to say anything to me. He and all the employees looked at me in disgust like why am I still there. He sees me taking and he just looks at me like as if nothing happened. So he finally got irritated that I was still there and he picks up the phone and says we're closed come inside. I informed him I was in line for over an hour and my daughter is sick and you want me to come inside? He said we're slammed so you have come inside. The he goes do you have a pick up? He goes to a computer across from the drive thru one and he starts yelling at one of the other employees I'm pretty sure it's about me and he goes and picks up the phone and says what's the name? Loudly and rudely just like the first time he answered the phone. And I get mad because he's giving me attitude and yelling at me and I yell wtf is wrong w you? This is how you treat your customers? Told him f*** you! And left. I am not going to be treated that way. My daughter is sick and coughing and needs her meds but screw that I'm taking my business elsewhere. I've been coming here since 2008, I'm taking myself and my family to somewhere else where they can actually treat you right. People like that shouldn't be working in customer services. 30 MINUTES... I PERSON IN LINE AT PHARMACY .... If I could give less than one star I would. I stood in line at the pharmacy for more than 30 minutes. There was only one person in front of me when I got there. Then when it was my turn the cashier went to help someone in the drive thru that came well after I did. I looked behind me in line and no joke, there was 10 people behind me. 30 minutes later it was my turn and I asked the man working if the over the counter medicine I was buying can be picked up in the drive thru because they were getting help faster than standing in line. The mans smart ass comment back was that they are all helping people. He wasn't even there when I got online. He also said that because I have to sign for the over the counter medicine, that was the reason I can't get it in the drive thru. Duh lots of people have to sign for prescriptions in the drive thru. This is the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever dealt and probably would win gold in the incompetent pharmacy Olympics.... I have a work related injury and a workers compensation claim already approved. I had spine surgery and I unfortunately had the meds sent here. I have now been here 4 times and they still don't have my meds. The first time I called ahead and explained everything because I didn't have the workers comp rx card. I was told not a problem it's in their system so I didn't need it. So I come in and they say they won't fill it because I don't have the very card they literally just told me I didn't have. So I call workers comp and they call Walgreens themselves to confirm everything. Workers comp then calls me back and says everything is good now. So i drive down for the 2nd time and now they tell me they can't fill it because it wasn't approved by workers comp... I say what I literally just spoke to workers comp who called and spoke to you and it was approved. And of course it's now Friday after 5 so I can't get ahold of workers comp until Monday. Monday i call workers comp and againam told all is good and ready to pick up. So I again go to Walgreens and now I'm told they just need to fill them and come back in an hour..... so I come back 2 hours later just to be sure. I'm given 1 of the 4 meds. I ask for the other 3 and I am told they were never approved so they sent them back. At this point I'm pissed.. I call workers comp while here at Walgreens who again confirms they are approved and have been approved for 4 days. So i got the name of the head pharmacist (sarah) and workers comp was going to call her directly to find out why they are having these issues. Hopefully the 5th time will be the charm and I will absolutely never make the mistake of coming to this pharmacy ever again.... Oh and I can see it's not just me, everyone in line Is having the same issues. The guy that was in line infront of me earlier was told to come back in an hour just like I was. He also waited 2 hours like I did and they are telling him to his face that they would never say 1 hour and that they never even started to fill his rx. I actually stood up and told them they told me 1 hour as well and I was inline after that guy. If you value your health then never ever get a rx filled here if it's important. They are absolutely incompetent and will straight lie to you like they lied to old man in front of me. And several people in line are telling them they Walgreens called and said the rx was ready but they are telling them its never been filled. They are a danger to health of the public. read more

The pharmacy staff refuses to pick up the phone when you call. When I call to complain about problems with the pharmacy, the store manager also appears to refuse to pick up the phone as well. I made an appointment online to get some vaccines. Went into the store and back to the pharmacy. At first they lied and said they didn't "do the one" that I had asked for, which is a clear lie. Then when I asked about a second one, the staff realized they couldn't use the same lie and told me "The pharmacist isn't here", which was also a clear lie. He was there, filling prescriptions. Hey Walgreen's, if your staff just lies and won't give vaccinations then please don't offer them as a service. the reviews speak for themselves and I should have listened, NEVER COME HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED HELP! they are severely short staffed all the time (though that make sense since most workers are rude to customers AND each other) The pharmacy is either never open or always closed early with rude staff that don't seem to care about anyone but themselves, and when you try to call they just send you back and forth from the front desk to the pharmacy multiple times until they just hangup on you (has happened to me twice!) Staff at checkout are rude and dismissing, and checkout lines are always 30 minutes or more, especially when they always have problems with their card reader. Overall this place is a huge mess and basically a waste of space in that parking lot. read more

This is a brand new store in Lathrop. My daughter ran out of allergy pills and of course didn't tell me until I was walking out the door to go to work. Kids!! Anyways, I didn't have the heart to make her go without and suffer all day so I told her I would go and get her some more pills before I went to work. Unfortunately, we live in Weston Ranch and there is nothing but Food 4 Less which doesn't sell her allergy pills. So the only other Walgreens or drugstore that I know of is Downtown Stockton. I didn't feel like driving through the hood so I thought I'd try the new Walgreens in Lathrop. I should have checked the store hours instead of just assuming that they were open 24 hours (which they're not!!!). I got there at 7:45am and walked up to the door and saw that they don't open until 8am. UGH!! At that point, I had no other choice but to wait. Okay so 8am rolls around and the doors are still not open. 4 other people are now standing with me waiting for the place to open. An employee comes over to the door and yells that it will be 4 more minutes. WTF?? Hello I'm supposed to be in Lodi at 8am. Obviously I'm going to be late but open the f***ing doors already!! So I yell back that it's past 8. Then other people started getting annoyed. I guess the guy realized he had some pissed off people so he ended up opening the doors...at 8:05!! So honestly I didn't really notice much about the store cuz I was in a big hurry. It's big and clean. That's about all I can tell you. The moral of the story....don't go first thing in the morning if you're in a hurry! I didn't actually get to work until 9am!! read more

They made me wait 3+ hours to try to get my medication and they still have not even given me my medication. I'm in my car in pain as I currently have a bad flu and i've never seen this pharmacy be this slow. Something is wrong with management. They've told me that they might not even have my medication ready today because they will close in an hour... i've BEEN WAITING 3-4 HOURS!!!!!! In the parking lot doing turns in line.
