Have repeated issues with this location. I'm not sure why they ignore communication and feedback…read more Have spoken to the actual pharmacist several times and he continues to disregard my issues. Repeatedly they do not return calls. There is no way to get in touch with someone directly. They don't call when prescriptions are ready. Voicemails left, they don't listen to important information left (again the pharmacist was receiving the voicemails which he ignored repeatedly personal information left for my prescription and created problems which is concerning since pharmacists need to be accurate). I cannot recommend this location.

I wouldn't come here for a regular grocery trip, but this would be a good place to come to in order to pick up any items you may have forgotten or simply need at the moment. This location also has a photo department. One thing to be aware of is that there seems to be a homeless issue. On this visit there was a man sleeping outside the entrance.

It's not the knowledge that they're lacking but it's the attitude and their communication skills. I once was in line having to witness them talking down at an elderly woman who try to pay using her Walgreens membership. Rather than attempting to help her out, the associate was short and had a demeaning attitude. It's terrible and unnecessary and I would avoid interacting with them at all cost.

I had to stop at this Walgreen's to pick up some strong pain medication that couldn't couldn't be taken until I got home (I was driving.). I called to ask if they could get the RX's ready ASAP. Adam took the call and said they'd get to work on it immediately. By the time I got there, the one-time-use heat pack from the ER that had provided some relief, was already cooling, and my pain was extreme. Adam found a heat pack, microwaved it, and handed it to me, giving me enough blessed relief to be able to continue my drive home. Thank you Adam for being so caring and helpful. You are appreciated more than you know. Additionally, I want to thank the other pharmacy employees who sped up the process.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever been with. I started a new prescription and have only gotten it filled here three times. I have received the worst service from these people. There's always an issue with not being able to find my prescription, or with claiming I don't have insurance (I have presented my card each time). This third attempt with the new year was insurance problems, and I got a girl laughing at the fact that they wouldn't fill my prescription and gave me a wide range of reasons why without trying to figure it out. Obviously it's hard to understand why last month I was able to get a prescription and this month I am denied. I was told I've exceeded my refills, then when I said that couldn't be it, she said I had to mail in my prescription (in the previous years of taking this it's never been the case)...frustrated I finally told her she didn't know, she was just throwing out guesses. She just continued to laugh and smirk. I got a manager who spoke with another pharmacist who called and let me know my insurance had placed a restriction on where to get it filled, all I had to do was switch where I was getting my prescription. I guess my insurance knows how terrible Walgreens is too! read more

I've tried to support this small, local business through these errors but I think anyone could understand that it's often impossible to get a refill before your meds are scheduled to run out this many times in a row, as your doctor will assume negative of you and your intentions. I will not be returning and do not recommend anyone go here.

However, this is the worst H-E-B I have shopped at, and by far, my least favorite location. Maybe it's just the location, and the lack of space, but every time I go to this store, it feels like the day before Thanksgiving. There's hardly ever a time when the parking lot is not jampacked. As far as the store itself, it is just way too small and with narrow aisles, which is generally not the norm at most H-E-B's. Even though this location is the one closest to where I live, I have decided that I will never ever shop at this location again, no matter what. It is just way too compact and way too crowded. Every time I try to push my cart forward, someone crosses in front of me and I have to stop ... and then the person behind me tries to run me over with their cart. I end up having a miserable experience every single time.... ...and don't even get me started on the cashier/checkout situation. If you have more than 10 items, you're forced to go to a checkout lane with a cashier. Very often, there's only one or two cashiers available, which means waiting in line for an extended period of time. Thus, I have decided that I will shop at the locations in Cedar Park or on University Boulevard (RR) from now on. Even though it will be somewhat of an inconvenience to drive to those locations, I know that the superior shopping experience will make it worth it. I really want to give this location just one star, but I can't - I mean, it's still HEB.
