If I could give it a zero I would. I've been picking up my pet dog's same prescription for a few years now for about $12.00. I went in today to fill the same prescription and got charged $71.00. When I asked why, the pharmacist was so rude and unhelpful and basically said that I have been undercharged and either take it or leave it and dismissed me. I wasn't going to leave it as my dog's health depends on this medication. Horrible experience to say the least. Time to look for another place! read more

PROS - open till 11pm CONS I bought medicine that did not give me any relief. I thought that at least being it was a big corporation they had a decent return policy or exchange. Once something is opened you can't return it. Should have bought the same thing at Wholefoods where store credit can buy you groceries. read more

25 min wait at the pharmacy with no one in front of me. No acknowledgment from anyone when I ask if I'm in the right line for a vaccine they say yes- wait another 15 min then watch someone in the pick up line get taken before me! Honestly the worst pharmacy i've ever dealt with. i understand if you're understaffed but don't take your frustrations out on your customers. was spoken to very rudely by a male pharmacy tech, and watched a pharmacist look over at me waiting at the drive through, and she walked past me twice and did not help me. it just always seems to be an inconvenience to them when you go to pick up medication. this will definitely be the last time i ever go here. read more

Always a problem with these people!! If it isn't one thing it's another!!! They have all my Ins info on file but a so called Mike saId NO! Yet I'm ALWAYS picking up my medicines with the same insurance info. Last time I was picking up a medicine for my nose with a prescription, I asked the lady if it was in the bag along with the other medicine and she said YES! When I got home it was not in the bag! I called to complain and someone else tells me the Ins didn't cover it! Ok fine!...but WHY wasn't I told this when I was picking up the medicine and why did she say it was in my stapled paper bag! Mind you the medicine was less than $4 Didn't even give me the option if I wanted to pay for it myself!? Which that's what I ended up doing... This Walgreens is by far the worse one i experienced. They don't care about there customers. They are very rude. Every single time I call they have me wait for hours on the phone & then will hang up on you. People are going to come to Walgreens regardless, but I sure won't. Pharmacy either is short staffed, or overstaffed with not very competent pharmacists and technicians. Generally met with an apathetic "what do you want me to do about it" attitude. Received the flu shot here a few times but this last time the techs didn't offer anything except cash register service or wait over there type lip service. The one and only pharmacist ordered supplies instead of giving flu shots to customers. Waited 30 minutes for something that could have taken one, and eventually left. Customer service is poor, pharmacist is disorganized, scattered, and terrible at time/customer management. I'd rather pay $60 for a shot for now on than come here. read more

I shop this store often the staff is very helpful I get all my fotos developed here. But I will never use the pharmacy the staff there is terrible the wait time is uncontrollable it is the worst of the worst and no matter who you complain to nothing is ever done to improve it. Been here thirty minutes for a prescription called in at 10:30am. It's 12:50pm... They told me about 10 minutes, 20 minutes ago... The one woman is nibbling on ALL kinds of apple slices and nuts... Easy and fast service. They had all the items I needed which some pharmacies do not, especially sale items

I normally go to this location for items I need to quickly and routinely pick up like Altoids or candy, headphones, first aid items etc. On Friday night I needed to get pictures from my phone printed for the first time and being unaware what to do, I needed assistance. The young guy working that night, Sam, helped. Long story short, he took the time to help set up an account and explained what I needed to do. That night I was able to access what I needed, went to the store the next day and with help from Ollie and manager Matt got the pictures. Now I know what to do and will be back when I need their photo services. read more

This place is horrible, I went to the pharmacy and they are extremely incompetent. I was told by Maria that my insurance didn't cover my prescriptions which is beyond me considering I've used it at other pharmacies. Instead of calling the insurance she asked me to find the number or the other pharmacy and she would call them. Customer service isn't any better at the register it seems everyone's miserable to work at this Walgreens.. It should be torn down and done again considering how unpleasant the experience is every time I come here.... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. 20 minute line EVERY time you pick up. Called in scripts 3 times, sent my husband they told him "1 hour wait" because I "didn't call." Takes days for them to call doctors. No courtesy regarding last refills & unpleasant customer service. Go across the street to shop rite. read more

Ugh I have so had it with this place... I usually only come here to pick up prescriptions or last minute baby items if its late ... well this time they called me about 3 o'clock this afternoon to tell me that my prescriptions are ready.. I just went through the drive thru weird almost 25 minutes only for them to tell me that indeed my prescriptions were not ready... I asked the lady at the window why did I get a phone call saying that they were ready 4 HRS AGO then ?and she's like I don't know ... I swear I only come here because they have a drive thru and its cold out and I have a baby that I don't want to take out all the time if I don't have to .... but I swear it's the worst Walgreens ever!!!! Store isn't clean, wait times in drive through are usually 20-30 minutes, and they won't even acknowledge you until you beep your horn at times. Some of the employees are nice and others are bitter. My biggest issue with them though is that they don't always have the medications in stock and it could take a few days and in one case it was up to a 2 week wait for a very common medicine that needs to be taken daily! I was told to call other Walgreens to see if they have it. Why couldn't they do that for me???? read more

UGH I wish I can give them zero stars. Recently moved from Cedar Grove to Lodi. I had to change to a nearby pharmacy. Went here and let me tell you. Worst pharmacists ever. Most of them have an attitude and rude. Esp that chubby girl that I wish I remember her name. Talk to you and her hands in her waist as if she is doing you a favor by speaking to you. They are so unorganized. Most of the time you have to wait in line for 25 mins even tho they have full staff. You people are rude, entitled, ignorant,and impatient. Its a busy pharmacy. Dont complain about the employees giving you "long wait times" because everyone from you, your mom, dog, and baby got there first and are ahead of you in line and come first in the filling process. When they have to make doctor calls, they are at liberty of the doctor. If they dont answer, if they have to call back, if theyre not in the office, or purely if the DOCTOR isnt doing their job and giving refills or prior auths. Drive thru always gets told 30 minutes to an hour because the people in the store, waiting, watching the employees work take priority. Ordering medicine and how long it takes to arrive is on the shipping company, NOT the pharmacy. And getting angry at the employees because you received an automated phone call that is telling you something is ready but its actually not, is a dick move. Employees dont make AUTOMATED calls.Complain to corporate for that issue. Get over yourselves. Walgreens is a great pharmacy and most people are down right insulting to employees when they dont get their way exactly when and how they want it. read more

I had a situation with prescriptions for my mother, the doctor's office was dragging their feet on the approval then only set some of the approvals over plus Thanksgiving weekend was coming up so the situation was serious. Everyone I spoke to in the pharmacy department was so caring and professional and helpful! I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more
