I know its not prescribed medicine , its supplementary herbal, but she just kept informing a this to be a supplement. Well yeah, IT IS, but i need more INFORMATION than just knowing its not a prescribed !!!?, still did she keep telling me the same story over n over again. So eventually, i walked out of the line, staying uninformed as I were before asking Why would I even being there?, did the work myself rolling over again the drugs ingredients, answerin the questions myself using google stuff, and bought it. I use this store as a drive thru pharmacy. Sometimes is is very busy to wait outside, sometimes it is fast. It was ok today. I was very disappointed once. I was going to the trip and wanted to get prescription ready. Well they did not called me on time. They called me 3 days after I left sate. When I called them back and asked when my prescription was ready, they told me on 14th. Well.. They did not call me on 14th . I was in the area yet and I could pick it up if they 've called me. But their system is slow. It is better call them and make sure prescription is ready, rather then wait or hope they will be on time. read more

9 o'clock at night you do not have many options for 24 pharmacies. My boyfriend and I dropped off my prescription that I just had gotten from an ER doctor and decided to run to get some food down the street while they filled it. When we drove back through it was ready and they were helpful with any questions I had. Hassle free! Also, there always seems to be some sketch people hanging around outside this place. I've been going to this Walgreens for years. The greatest perks for me is that it's close to home, it's convenient, they're open 24/7, and they generally work pretty quickly. Coming here these last couple of months has not been the best experience. One of their drive through lines has been closed for months, and the wait has been nearly unbearable. I've started going inside to pick up my prescription and am often ignored for long periods of time before they will do their one minute transaction with me. In the past, service has been great! I'm not sure if there's been a lot of turnover, but it definitely seems that lately service has gone downhill, and they're severely understaffed. read more

Pharmacy has the rudest manager ever. I went in for my third vaccine And didn't know where to go ask James where I should go and he yells out in the long line. And then he tells everybody in the room that I was trying to cut in front of everybody trying to skip the line. Which was not true I just didn't know where to go when I asked for the manager I was told that it was this gentleman James the one that is so rude I will never step foot in that Walgreens on 196th and Lynnwood again. read more

They got rewards card :) I am a regular at this pharmacy. Usually I can find here pretty much what I need. The other week I was going thru the whole mall, trying to find something for my hair. I just could not find something formal or casual, nothing shiny or girly. And here is please: for a few bucks in solid black color. Nice!!! If there were zero stars, I could do that. This Amanda lady, pharmacy operating manager, certified immunizer (holy molly) at the Lynnwood pharmacy (at 20725 Hwy 99) was horrible. I took my parents for the covid shot. She looked upset from the beginning which I don't know why at all. Never said hello back to me. Her response was dry, short, and rude. My parents were scared and asked me if they could go somewhere else. This lady was holding my mom's medicare card and raised her voice saying " It says his(my father) name and date of birth are not matching" After she realized that she was confused with my parents' names, she said " oh, hold on. huh, ok, I fixed" Their names are not typical English names. Confusion can happen. But she never accepted her mistake. S No apology or explanation followed. I came back home and thought over and over, there was nothing we did wrong with her. We have lived in this area for a long time, this was the first time that we all felt insulted and being attacked by a white woman. If it happened to just me only, I would have not been upset this much. I just cannot sleep thinking about her terrifying attitude to my parents. They speak limited English and are Asians. Would it be the reason? I cannot get this over. I submitted a customer service complaint. Hope they respond to me. I would never treat my customers that way. It was a traumatizing experience. Do Not go to Walgreens in Lynnwood (20725 Hwy 99), or your day will be ruined by Amanda. read more

Pharmacy staff at this extremely busy location are fantastic. Katrina assisted me today on the phone and was on it! I have come here for years and the pharmacy service has been consistent. I'm hopeful staff throughout all departments are recognized accordingly as this is a difficult location in regard to volume and challenging clientele. read more

Don't waste you're time trying to get a prescription filled here. I waited for an hour went to the counter 3 times and finally asked for my prescription back because I had another appointment and had to leave. The woman who gave me my script back even gave me attitude when I asked for it. Very unprofessional. read more

Worst customer service ever! I normally let things go but I think Walgreens management should know they have a bad apple in their store. The Filipino lady manager (Clarissa?) is rude and arrogant. She talks to customers in a condescending way and was unapologetic for something that was clearly a lack of accountability on her part. If you don't want to sell an item, don't put it on your shelves. It is not the customers' responsibility to make sure that what we want to buy has a price tag. That's your job. There is a polite way of explaining things and you should not raise your voice when speaking to your customers. The other sales associates were nice and calm, they would have done a better job being the manager. read more

I'd refilled my prescriptions here for years. They charge $46 per refill of 30days with insurance. I just transferred to Costco they only charge $11.99 for 90 days without insurance. I dont know how much insurance pay them but only with what i pay they already charge 10x more compared to Costco. I'd never go to Walgreen again. read more

This location is an average store, but I find that I stop by because of their geographical convenience, the sale on liters of Evian, and occasional snacks. I find the same employees are there, and I haven't really had a negative experience. read more

Moved to Edmonds......Walgreens in Everett was great. This pharmacy is so confused and I decided to use as it's convenient. They had 2 of my 3 RX ready. They only had 5 of 30 of the 3rd Rx. They told me last week the med would be ready after 2PM on Tues 11/27/12.....I went in today(Wed 11/28/12) and they gave me what I thought was my 30 pills. Got home and there were the 5 pills. I had to go back after I called them about their mistake. They told me my Rx would be ready when I got there....waited another 45 min. There were many people who weren't happy about the service as I waited for my Rx and it was miserable being there. Will definitely change locations now. read more

You can tell that the guy Keith working the pharmacy teller window hates his job. He makes sure we all wait 70 minutes for help!!! I am having severe reaction and need medication NOW. I got new health insurance this year and I called my usual pharmacy (Aurora Costco) to double check if they accept it and to refill a prescription. The gal over the phone refused to help me and suggested I call my insurance and deal with them. Huh. I was not going to call my insurance and spend an hour trying to get hold of a representative. I decided to call this Walgreens and spoke to a gentleman in their pharmacy. I explained my situation to him and he entered my insurance info over the phone into their system and confirmed that they do accept my new insurance plan. How helpful is that?! I called my doctor and had them send my prescription over to Walgreens instead of Costco. I will be now getting my prescriptions filled here at Walgreens. read more

This place IS open 24 hours, which is a plus, but so is Top Foods and it's just right down the street. Top Foods has EVERYTHING, too! I just have to say that this Walgreen's location is the only one I trust with my medication refills. The pharmacy staff is on top of their game and always go above and beyond to help me with any questions I may have. I don't currently have insurance and they offer by far the best prescription discount program. You only pay $20 a year and the savings can be significant. I'm in the medical field and always recommend that our patients go there for all their prescription needs! Well done Walgreen's! read more

I really like the 24 hr pickup, It takes allot of care to keep the prescriptions here, they had to be corrected on faxing the wrong office and the correct information was on the computer 3days, delay. Another time the prescription was the wrong release so I did not even pick it up, the technician had it in the computer that I took it, 2 days later I finally got the correct prescription. Submitted a prescription at the window had them check to make sure they had it, then agreed to wait 40 minutes to save on gas to Walgreens. After an hour wait checked on the prescription change was they didn't have it after they had said yes. Allot of work to keep the prescription here. read more

It's open 24/7 and even on holidays, so that's a huge plus, but they swap out associates like no one's business and they are often morons.
