They made me so comfortable and explained everything that was being done during the procedure. It barely hurt at all... and I had a LOT done (forehead, lips, neck, etc). I'm really happy with the results also! I've had really deep lines on my forehead since I was in my 20's land they have always bothered me. This practically erased them. I didn't even know that they could use it on my neck until the staff recommended it! My neck is kinda stringy and you can see all of my muscles bands from my jaw to my collar bone. My neck is a lot smoother and the bands are less obvious now. My friends say I look 10 years younger. Maybe they're just being nice - I mean, they ARE my friends!! But, seriously I can see a BIG difference. I will definitely be going back in about 6 months.
