I called and spoke with someone who told me the order was almost done, "5 more minutes". 40 minutes later, no one came and the order still showed it had not been shopped. I told my husband just to leave. I called and explained the situation in hopes to just cancel the order, but got put on hold for 20 minutes when I finally gave up and hung up! I then received a text around 7:30, 30 minutes past my pick up window, saying the order was now ready. My husband is now driving 20 minutes back to pick up the order. I am not one to normal write a review but this was very poor service and communication, and unfortunately this isn't the first time I have had issues with curbside pick ups.

After complaining, they finally got the store manager, who advised me that their policy is to call a customer if any dashboard lights are present prior to beginning any work. I received no call, which supports my assertion that they damaged my tire sensor when replacing my tire. I tried filing a claim with their 3rd party insurance company, but of course was denied. Avoid getting automotive work done at Walmart as they don't stand behind their work.

They have ALL the basics and then some unique and seasonal finds, which is super fun! I can count on the consistent staples, which I LOVE and also enjoy the few isles that I can browse to see what the fun new items might be. Will KEEP visiting again and again and again.
