I decided I wanted to stay with rite aid because they have all my records. So I take my script to the rite aid on Mount Vernon avenue in Marion Ohio and I have to say this is one of the cleanest pharmacies I've ever been to. The pharmacist Richard they have working for them is awesome he is the reason why I won't ever change pharmacies he's very knowledgeable, helpful, caring, seems to be able to remember everybody's name he is just a great asset to that company and I wish more pharmacist were like him. If I ever have a question he actually will stop what he is doing and walk over to me so he can answer it he never makes me feel like I interrupted him. So if you're looking for a new pharmacy and you want an awesome pharmacist I would recommend you go to rite aid on Mount Vernon avenue in Marion Ohio and speak with Richard. He truly is awesome he goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything and he always ask me how I'm doing which I have never been in a pharmacy where the pharmacist has asked me that. Normally I go in the morning because the older staff seem very polite. Today, I think I will go back to the Bellefontaine or Marysville or Dublin locations, why? Well I normally hate shopping in MARION, because some of the people always stink. Today, I went here and I am dressed casual not bed time attire that you normally see at this location however name brand nice clothing. As I checked out on self scan with belt the lady named Margarine or close ( so close that I wear glasses and I could make out her name tag) stood right at the end of where you bag at and stared at me the whole time..... I literally, turned over and hey how ya doing like stopping staring and stop invading my space.... I get it MARION is full of drug abuse but not everyone is going to steal, if you alienate your customers, that's not a good thing. I can see watching from some space and not making it so noticeable like a creepy crawler. I know I won't be back to this one I think I will just go to Kroger's, everyone is nice. I also want to say this was the third issue with this store- one day they had no bread and TP stocked and the one time your proteins as marked down when I went up to the cashier she said it was my error. Well just so happened I went to the Marysville location and it was on sale I bought all 5 remaining protein shakes. That's why I gave three stars.

I do not drive and have to depend on somebody to pick up my groceries. I am a vegetarian so I really rely on good fresh produce. The produce I received yesterday is horrible. All my vegetables are really bad The containers of arugula and spinach are slimy. Cucumbers are mushy. Roma tomatoes are mushy. My zucchini is bad. My tofu is expiring in a couple days. Grapes are smashed and leaking out of the bottom of their bags. I don't know how anybody can get this ready for somebody to eat very poor food quality and to have someone pick your groceries for you to pick nasty slimy stuff should not be working in that area it's disgusting. I went online to return the items and got the first item on the list and the website just signed out. I was not able to add the other items.

We were the last people in line and when we got up to the register, the pharmacy representative told us she was already open two minutes past closing and we would have to come back tomorrow. We had just waited in line for about 15 minutes. All we needed to do was pick up one prescription. It probably would've taken her two or three more minutes to take care of us. Instead, she closed the gates in my wife's face, and we have to come back another day to pick up a prescription. I will be reaching out to corporate and reviewing this terrible experience on every app I have.

I need a sensor to make my whole insulin delivery work. First I seen on backorder and no clue when it is coming in (3rd time they have done this). Then it disappeared. I called the store number to see if it too was ready with other scripts that came in and the lady at a call center said "yes" it will be ready in an hour. When I get there it is not in, not in stock and I wasted gas and a trip to have to return another day. I have 5 days left on my last sensor. It is vital to the insulin pump I also wear. A pretty important thing that I do not go without.

But they also messed up and gave part of prescription wrong. Doctors office called in and could not understand what pharmacist was saying either. Changed pharmacy and hopefully I will have a better experience.
