I'm of the age needing an updated MMR shot as my titer test revealed I was NOT immune to measles. She said it was a "rare" vaccine and there was no measles outbreak in MN. I told her I had Texas family and there was an outbreak there and about my titer test. She said it was out of stock. I took off my mask and said, OK then. This location is so close to my home so we have hung in there for years. MOST of the staff and primarily the pharmacy department is so rude. We decided to change over to Costco so picked up the last prescription this week. I checked out with Tequila and she was so nice and very quick! She was very busy yet friendly to everyone!!!!! I left there on Wednesday prepared to stay with Walgreens. The entire store felt different so maybe something has changed. We spend alot of money at this Walgreens and I was tired of the long wait, harsh attitiude, and lack of personal anything. Ugh. One more chance thanks to Tequila. I will up my rating when they hire more people like her. :) read more

It seems they are short staffed at this location in addition to equipment failures. I used to regularly go to Walgreens for all my prescriptions. But just as others here have stated they never have your prescriptions ready and sometimes I have had to have my doctor call it in 3 times for them to finally say they have received it. More recently I tried to order Christmas cars through their app. I never received a confirmation email or text so I called a couple hours later to see if they received my order. They had, but the manager had cancelled it with a note saying "no staff available". The kind lady on the phone was confused as she works in photo and she said "we could have completed that order, just might not have been as quick." And she suggested I re-submit my order. Which the Walgreens app doesn't let you access previous cancelled orders so I had to start over. Again no confirmation so I call the next morning. Seems I got the manager on the line this time because he told me he cancelled this order also because their machine is broken. Clearly communication amongst their team is also lacking. I will just continue to not use this location. read more

This place is the WORST everyone in the pharmacy should be FIRED. Every month we have an issue with picking up my sons medications. Every month it's the same issues. One person will say they have it another person will say they are working on and then someone else will tell you they are all out. The people here struggle with communication and expect you to spend hours on the phone or in person. Go next doo to Target or anywhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE! read more

Highly recommend you choose a different location for anything you might need. wait for 30 minutes past an appointment time, fill out forms only to wait again for a simple flu shot. Customer service or even an attempt at was not made!! this place is a joke for anything. No one in the pharmacy has a clue how to provide any form of service. horrible. read more

Giving one star because zero is not an option. This place is the absolute worst! Regularly waiting in lines for 40 minutes or more to pick up a prescription. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or something else, but they really need to get something figured out. It would be faster if I drove to the Costco fifteen minutes away for my prescription, which I may start doing. read more

ZERO STARS!!!! Should be closed down! Ungodly wait times. Focus on customers with prescription needs NOT COVID Booster shots. Was able to get one of two prescriptions the other was out of stock. Asked if CVS in Shakopee could fill it as I work in that city. They told me that CVS has to call them to get missing script transferred. So while waiting for the in stock prescription I called CVS and they said no problem and I gave them Walgreens phone #. The phone rang off them hook for the entire time there and no one answered so when they called my name I asked how do I know if CVS called for the request and she looked around and stated "it hasn't been called in yet". I would give them a zero. I am reporting them to their head office They think patients and Doctors are working for them, beneath them. They are the center of the universe. If you need something on time per doctor's recommendation, timing for your child or for yourself. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use this location for any needs especially for urgent needs. Everyone has to work around their schedule and whenever they catch-up on their stuff....they won't let you know, that's right they won't, you will need to go check back on them, keep checking back....Wait times to get simple meds are horrendous. Rude pharmacist, I mean either this guy is constantly overwhelmed and hates himself that he treats his customers like sht or he is a discourteous jerk who shouldn't be a pharmacist, should be stripped out of his license. A disgrace to the profession. I am certain the whole bunch there are rotten as they come. This place is a disgrace to everything, heck CVS looks like saint next to this crappy Walgreens. Do yourself a favor don't take your prescriptions here, DONT use this location you will thank me later. Textbook example of staff who are going through the motions and take no pride in their business. Booked vaccinations a week in advance. Drove in to learn that they didn't have the vaccine yet and I'll need to come back at a later date. When asked if there was appointment availability for future dates, the response was "I'm sure there is." Checking the website from the parking lot, of course there's no future appointments available. I booked at a different location and will gladly never return to this one again. Walgreens, manage your inventory better. Don't book appointments for things you don't have and proactively notify customers if you won't be able to fulfill on your promise rather than have them take time out of their work day to learn the hard way. Maybe, just maybe, help your people learn how to be less transactional and more empathetic. You're not the only pharmacy in town and I'm pretty sure your decline in traffic will help you understand that. read more

If i could give less than 1 star to this Walgreens location I would. This is a review of the "manager named Grace". I was at the front checkout and the cashier coughed. Whatever. Everyone coughs. This lady who said she was the manger and her name was "Grace" verbally attacked him in front of the customer saying to him " I'm not going to tell you again to turn your head when you cough." She went on and on how tired she was of him coughing and he had this cough for awhile and he needed to wear a mask " This was all in front of the customer. " Grace wasn't wearing a visible name tag and she had a sweatshirt over her uniform top( you couldn't even tell she was an employee ) When i told her she was being extremely rude to her coworker and she could have this conversation in private she proceeds to argue with me. I asked for her manager and she said she was the manager. I apologized to the other employee and told him how sorry i was that he had to work with Grace. He works in a hostile work environment and i feel sorry for him. read more

Honestly-I do not know why I keep coming here other than it is close to my house. Their systems are always down, the staff is rude, the lines to pick up ready prescriptions are 30-60 min. Not drop off and wait for fill--these are ready to be picked up and you have to stand in line or drive thru forever. And I'm not exaggerating on time. Also every time I come for some reason they haven't run my prescription through insurance so then I have to wait while they redo all that. ‍ Must find new pharmacy!! read more

Rx called in at 11:30 AM, promised at 5 pm; not ready until 8:30 PM. It seems calling In The script isn't enough to get your order processed. In reality, there are 3 steps. 1) Dr submits the script. 2) go to the store to pickup your order. It doesn't matter how long you wait, they won't start working in it until you show up. Your order is THEN placed into a queue. During flu season that likely means another 3-4 hours of waiting. No matter how sick you look or feel. Looking for another pharmacy that isn't under staffed. read more

This location is a nightmare. They never have your prescriptions ready even if they send you a text saying they are ready. They do not listen to their voicemail and will not receive prescription orders from your doctor. They have also claimed not to receive online prescription orders even though their system sent a order received notification to your doctor. Whatever you do, do not use this Walgreens. read more

This is for Walgreens on Wagner way in eden prairie as I couldn't find it on yelp I will add review in Minnetonka ... their pharmacists told us 15 min after over half hour wait I asked where is my kid's antibiotic, so it's just been laying there for 30 min in powder form, some non pharmacists mixed and pharmacists didn't even come by to answer questions I had...next day I called there because there was still big chunk of powder on the bottom of the bottle that wasn't mixed properly ... and I didn't know if I had give it with food or refrigerate it ... the pharmacist said come back I'll give you another bottle and yes you have to refrigerate it ... so my husband goes back and they no clue why he is there it takes another 30 min to figure out what they will do and then this pharmacist says no refrigeration needed. Walgreens pharmacy is the worse I think they hire non qualified ppl will never ever go there again read more

NEVER GOING BACK TO HWY 101 location. They let people in the drive through lane wait in line forever till their prescription is ready. In the meantime, the line is 10 deep. Go in the store and the only clerk dispensing is on the phone forever and not handing out prescriptions. Took 45 minutes to pick up a prescription that was ready 2 days ago. read more

multiple times i've gone to pick up a prescription i was told would be ready by a certain time, and i've had to wait 30 minutes for my prescription to say it was done. so then my prescription wasn't really ready, was it? so why would you tell me it was? last month i pulled into the pharmacy drive through at 6:45, and i didn't leave the pharmacy drive thru until 5 minutes past 7. aka 5 minutes past closing. by the window i sat in my idling car for 10 minutes while waiting for the lady at the window to merely acknowledge me. why wasn't she acknowledging me? because her and the other people working in the pharmacy were sitting around having a conversation. while this all happened a line of cars was forming behind me. do not sent your prescriptions here unless you have cut an hour out of your schedule to drive there, wait for 30-45 minutes, finally get your prescription, and drive home. read more

I was kept waiting for 20 minutes for an OTC nasal spray which was 1/2 of my total prescription. They claimed they did not receive the scrip for the antibiotics but did receive the one for the Afrin? It took another hour & a phone call back to the urgent care center to pick up a scrip for 20 abx tablets. Please note, this review is for the pharmacy ONLY. As a side note, I have visited this pharmacy for the better part of two decades (as have all the members of my family), long since they moved to their new location across the street. My rating of two stars is only because I do not remember the pharmacy service being this horrendous ever before. Recently, every time I have gone there, I have to wait. Even if I phone in the prescription refill DAYS ahead of time using their automated phone system, there has always been something wrong upon my arrival. Once they "forgot" about it, another time they were waiting on a return call from my doctor (keep in mind this is a refill, not a new prescription), yet another time they wanted to talk to me about it (despite asking if my contact information is correct each time I fill a prescription, they never bothered to call), and most recently, they "messed up" the order by confusing it with another. I understand having to verify new prescription information with the prescribing doctor to ensure you are not trying to get bonus drugs, but this has happened without fail the past four times I've been there. Even having to wait 20-30 minutes for a new prescription is no big deal (again, I understand about the safeguards this day in age), but when I have to wait 60+ minutes because of some unknown reason they don't communicate to me? And this is generally in the late morning, when I'm essentially the only person in the store but for the employees. An open line of talk with clear communication would be extremely beneficial. Finally, (and despite ALL the above), my BIGGEST gripe with this Walgreens is its pharmacist. He continually makes judgement calls that are not his to make. My doctors have prescribed drugs for me for a specific purpose, and he ALWAYS tries to override their judgement. His job is to verify my order, fill my prescriptions, and check possible drug interactions, nothing more! My doctor will handle the "why do you need it?", "do you really need it?", "how much should I take?", "how long should I take it?" items. Put quite bluntly, unless they hire a new pharmacist, I will be taking my business to a CVS, Rite Aid, or Target Pharmacies (and persuading my family members and friends to do likewise). read more

After a pediatrician appointment we called this pharmacy to confirm we could pick up prescription for our 15 month old daughter on our way home from the doctors office. Pharmacy tech told us the prescription would be ready in 15 minutes. When we arrived at the drive up window (15 minutes later) we were told the medication was out of stock, even though we were just told they had it in stock. After waiting at the drive up window for five minutes we were told they had made a mistake and the medication was actually in stock and that it would be ready in 15 minutes. This was a prescription cream, so it was prepackaged and did not need to be counted out or prepared in any way, but they still asked that we drive around and let the cars behind us pick up their prescriptions. After waiting in line behind the other cars, we then had to wait for another 10 minutes. After waiting an hour for something we were told would take 15 minutes they apologized for the wait. read more
