My wife scheduled her bridal trial 10/18/23 Alicia didn't call or show. Her bridal portraits were also scheduled for this day which Alicia was aware of. My wife reached out to Ms. Cates and Alicia told her she thought they had booked on 11/18 and she wouldn't be making it. She also said she had our wedding date down as 11/4. Both of these dates were incorrect. Again, our wedding was 11/11/23. After this incident my wife decided she would go with a different makeup artist. She reached out to Alicia explaining this and asked for a refund. 10/26 Alicia told her she would get a refund in 6 business days but we never received it. We reached out again and were told we would get it within six days. Once again, never received it. When my wife brought her concerns to Alicia about not receiving the refund Alicia sent her an email stating "if she wanted her money back she needs to go file a claim with her credit card". This isn't a small amount of money. When you book with a professional you expect to get what you paid for.
