No one asked if I needed help finding anything (which I did need help finding what I was looking for, but I thought that I shouldn't bother the 3 girls since they looked SO busy sitting on the floor doing nothing) I think from now on I'll go to a different beauty supply store and skip Sally Beauty Supply.

Although, I wish this place was Black-owned, the employees working here (two amazing Black women) helped me feel comfortable and at ease. The young lady assisting on the sales floor was amazing! I didn't catch her name, but she definitely had the expertise that I needed. I went in for hair fit goddess locs And had no idea where to start. She walked me through everything, made recommendations, and even recommended a few things that I needed and hadn't even thought about. Between her and the girl at the front, I definitely felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend solely because of these two individuals. And Based on how the young lady on the sales floor was speaking, I'm pretty sure she does hair, too, which makes me feel even better about her recommendations.

I went specifically to get OPI nail polish and their selection did not disappoint. I was also pleasantly surprised at the prices as well. I get it, and I'm not looking for the same experience, as at a Sephora, or even an Ulta, but when you see items that you can then find on Gilt Groupe for 1/2 off (like Nest, etc), it just emphasizes how overpriced this shop is. Second, it's beyond annoying and mind-boggling how many employees there are working in this tiny store, and how each one of them only deals with their own section. If you want a certain type of eyeliner (like liquid) , but they don't carry that in "their" line, whelp, they will try to push what they have in their line on you, even if you don't want it. Please don't tell me how to use a brush to apply eye pencil. If I wanted that I would buy it ffs. Third, the snooty attitude is so boring. Employee ladies: please have more chill, and also stop hovering! Gosh it is so unpleasant here. The store is minuscule - keep 10 feet from me so I can browse. Please stop suggesting things to me, so we can just enjoy looking and touching the packaging and if I have a question, will certainly ask. This store reminds me of why I shop online. Awful. Once again, I called ahead of time, and they said my…read moremedication was going to be ready the following day- I changed my entire schedule around, went to pick up my prescription the following day (today), as the internet also said that it was, "in process," meaning they are in the middle of filling said prescription... I arrive at the pharmacy, which is out of my way, on top of having to change my schedule around (because my time isn't as important as everyone else's obviously), & now the pharmacist made sure the staff knew to tell me that I cannot pick it up until tomorrow. Now I'm out of my medication & the pharmacist refuses to call my doctor to verify with him, and my entire schedule and plans are now not going to be fulfilled. This is an ongoing issue. This cvs apparently has had so much turnover and I finally see what (whom) the issue truly is. She just makes her own rules- no one is right but her: not the client, or the internet, or her own staff, or even my doctor!! I'd laugh if it wasn't so frustrating to deal with this every single month, perpetually.
