We are common shoppers at the Walmart in morris only to be met with attitude today about a coupon not being allowed bc it simply "won't scan" It's not my fault that your machine doesn't work? It's your typical Walgreens it's clean the people help you sometimes they're understaffed as usual it's hit or miss in the pharmacy whether you wait long or not it would be nice if they would make a 24 hour pharmacy instead of going all the way to Plainfield for one but all in all it's all good read more

So many times you will go to check on a prescription, they will tell you to come back in a couple of hours. You go back in a couple of hours and it's still not complete. Never mind that you receive a text BEFORE starting your journey stating that things are finished. If you ever want your meds, don't use this pharmacy. read more

The ER doc sent in a script at 2pm, the app said it'll be ready by 3 pm. I waited until 4, the app still said 3pm so I attempted to call, waited my turn 3 times and got hung up on every time. So, I drove over and waited in the drive thru, still no script, I asked the lady for some lidocaine patches I was prescribed but insurance wouldn't cover, I just wanted an over the counter box of patches, even after I told her I can't come in the store due to having Covid, she refused to get me the patches. She told me I had to come in the store to get them, Walgreens cares less about their employees than their customers!! I still can't keep anything down and my fractured rib is unbearable, so I had to make a second trip to the ER to get meds!!! I've never experienced a pharmacist that makes you wait overnight for anti nausea meds prescribed by the ER!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Macy clean atmosphere just as most Walgreens overpriced and mostly any and everything.

I like this Walgreens as it is your typical store with wide aisles and helpful staff. Sometimes they are short-staffed and you have to a bit longer at check out. I have used the pharmacy here without an issue. Staff is helpful and friendly. read more

What's not to like? Great sales items, nice staff, clean and neat since they re- modeled (started to look like a junky dollar store). Great addition to Morris and its NOT Wal-Mart. read more

I have used the Morris Walgreens since it opened. Only because it is convenient. Pharmacy tries to substitute generic for a named drug everytime we refill my wife's prescription. She has to have the more expensive one, we tell them everytime, but they continue to do it. They don't want to stock the better drug, so then we always have to wait another day. Their website said they were open to 7 on New Years eve, but they closed at 5. I checked before I told the doctor for my 6 year old grandaughters ear ache. I could have gone to CVS, they were open, but our insurance is at Walgreens so I sent the presciption there. My grandaughter had to suffer longer because they can't even post their hours correctly. They don't have enough staff, and usually have a 15 to 25 minute wait in the drive thru just to pick up a med, if you go in the afternoon. We also use a coupon from the manufacturer to make our meds cheaper . They normally don't apply it, and try to charge us more every month. Then when we mention it, they say, oh yes, I see it now. The wrong hours was the last straw. We will change all our prescriptions to another store and not have the frustration of dealing with the incompetence. read more
