This is a pharmacy only review. Every experience here has been horrible. Cannot get a live person on the phone. Have waited at the counter while the tech looked at a photo text on her phone, giggled, and replied to the text. Just went in to pick up 2 prescriptions that we were notified were ready an hour earlier & they couldn't find one of them. Plenty of techs/pharmacists behind the counter (I counted 7) and there were only 2 of us waiting for prescriptions. We're done here. read more

Worst place to get a prescription & they do not answer the phone. Waited from 9:40am when prescription was sent to them....the most important antibiotic is NOT YET FILLED at 5:35pm!! WTF?!? Never ever again!! read more

This store is chronically understaffed. They usually have one tech serving customers and the line is usually 6-8 people. They do not answer the phone at all. It leaves you. On hold and cuts off after 15 minutes. It has taken a week to NOT get my prescription with no explanation, even after I get a text telling me it's ready. read more

This is the worst experience I ever had with a pharmacy. The pharmacy called me about my prescription and when I called them back, I waited 45 minutes on the phone for the pharmacist and they never picked up and never called me back. I asked for the store manager. He never picked up and never called my number back. I will never ever do business with Walgreens again read more

Wonderful pharmacy! All of them are friendly, efficient on the ball and very welcoming, especially a young girl called Jesse and the taller man who works there too. (I will find out his name and add it here when I next go in). Jesse was very kind and went over and above her call of duty to help me with a huge discount on my eyelash prescription. She didn't have to do that, and she saved me a lot of money. I thought that was so kind of her and this was all done on the phone. This is a great pharmacy, great energy, lovely people and I look forward to going back there (even though I don't take medications) I will make a point to say hello to the pharmacy department. Not the most welcoming or friendly This location has always stunk It is hard to pull into, you have to go around other parking lots, there is no direct route to the store You would think they want the business and would work harder to be nice There seemed plenty of staff around but you have to hunt them down to get help Vaccinations are free and walk in now I would expect pharmacy to be nicer but they weren't Even check out was met with ppl who should find another job. I've been a long time customer of Walgreens, and have always had excellent, friendly service, whether at my home store in Arizona, or in situations while traveling. This was a glaring exception. When you are waiting in your car for an emergency prescription to be filled, you are in some kind of stressful situation and the last thing you need is a RUDE pharmacist (guy with gray hair in a ponytail). He was more than happy to bark at me that it would take an hour to fill the prescription (I get it, I don't go to the top of the list just because--but no need to be awful about it!), and when I returned after the time he'd snapped at me, he and his minion again were rude, condescending, and made me feel worse than I already did (having to go to Urgent Care while on a work trip was not on my bingo card). What a complete jerk this guy was, and Walgreens should be embarrassed to have him interacting with customers. read more

Physician was calling script in for eyedrops and while Physicians was pulling up NPI number the pharmacist was talking with someone saying he was hanging up that this was a clown show. Pharmacy works very hard to solve state to state or transfer issues. You have to be patient also. Lots f times regulations between states take a day or so to work out. I go to drive in in person if difficult issue. Easier for communication for everyone. Naples as one way street signs on entire corner. Just go to entrance to shopping by city and then very easy. All CVS and Walgreens have same issue due to City routing of traffic during season. read more

I called this Walgreens while on vacation to help me fill a prescription for my daughter and the service was excellent and AMAZING!! The pharmacy was able to fill my order within 30 minutes, I can't thank them enough for pretty much saving my vacation and making my daughters happy camper read more

I have never seen a Watlgreen's Rx dept. that is always super busy. But they try very hard to provide good customer service. They got me out of a jam when I forgot my meds back home and they went the extra mile to replace them. So for that they earned the 4 stars. Really believe me they are always super busy!! read more

Gonna put this one right in the middle. Reliable and convenient. You walk in, you're greeted, grab what you need. Typical Walgreens experience. As should be expected. My main grievance is that there's a gun range right next door and this particular location does not offer a liquor store. Bit of a let down as I wanted to be three sheets to the wind before trying out some handguns. Prices on Busch Lt were very cheap but I had to go across the street to Publix after my 4-pack of pounders didn't give me the proper buzz to hold my gun straight. Nevermind I'd already wasted several minutes because the cashier couldn't find the cigars I was looking for. I did learn that Ben Affleck checked into rehab while waiting. I hope all works out well with him. I can't imagine the stress of being Batman. Must be tough. Finally got my whiskey, thankfully, but after four pints and I don't know how many shots of Fireball, The Alamo wouldn't let me do target practice. Legal reasons, they said. Haven't used the pharmacy. Perhaps next time I need to practice my aim some downers would be better. read more

It's difficult to pick a star rating for this comment. We pulled in early Sunday monring with the idea of buying a few bathroom items like shampoo and makeup, but were surprised to see the graffiti next to the drive-in Rx window: "For all your addiction needs" in block, black letters. The media's full of news about oxycontin and other over-prescribed Rx which continue to be the bane of many lives. But in pristine Naples - where muni zoning doesn't allow funeral homes or cemetaries inside City limits - (whut? Nobody dies in this mecca for old people?) - it looks like someone has had it with the Rx industry and the people feeding it. I'd also bet good money that there's a personal loss somewhere in the back story of this scrawl. I also expect that Walgreen's will paint over this macabre message just as handily as the City of Naples outlawed the death business inside it's sunny Pollyanna limits. read more

This review is of the pharmacy only. It took 2 weeks and 7 phone calls to get a prescription transferred from another pharmacy and filled. And even then they got it wrong. They appear to be woefully understaffed in the pharmacy, but the customers shouldn't have to suffer for it. The other folks in line with me had similar tales of poor service. Walgreens management: fix this problem or you'll be losing pharmacy customers. read more

Most of the staff in the pharmacy is extremely rude. Either they don't think that you can see them rolling their eyes through the glass window, or they just don't care. There's a few girls specifically that enjoy being very condescending. Besides the customer service, if you want a prescription filled, be prepared for delay after delay. Heaven forbid you actually NEED some of your medications. read more
