First I'll just say as soon as you walk in you're greeted with a funky smell, and that continues throughout the store except when you get to the cleaning section (Barely). But the store appears to be outdated (To Me!) The way it's set up, but hey ‍ who knows. The cold (or what appears to be the frozen/cold isles) were VERY limited (minuscule TBE), However, to be fair they could have been preparing to stock, yet again not enough space for a plethora of frozen goods or produce. Went in last night to the electronics area. I needed help getting cell phone supplies for a friend. I've always had good help in this dept., but "Martin" was a true lazy slob! I asked for help specifically, and he said isle 15! Then he went back to playing on his cellphone. He was very engrossed with his phone. When I did question what was in a box, he said if you open it, you must buy it! He refused to open the box, so I didn't know if it came with a cord, and neither did Martin! A total looser! Might be time to loose all the piercings on his face, and be more respectful and helpful !!! read more

I went to walmart yesterday to get some candy. I go there quite a bit with and without my parents. The store is a little bigger than Publix and has a lot more things. I couldnt decide what I wanted to buy because there are a lot of options. I just ended up going with Trolli's. When I was going to pay it sucked because the lines where really big for self checkout and regular. And the worst part is that they have like 15 regestures but there was only 2-3 open. The workers where also kind of slow so it took even longer. And also everyone there had like a full cart of groceries so it took a long time. But over all it was a good experience. read more

DONT USE WALMART ONLINE ORDERING. You are unable to cancel an item even if you submit a cancel request immediately. I ordered a Halloween costume on a Sunday night and realized as soon as I got the order confirmation that i used the wrong address - 2000 miles away. I immediately submitted the cancellation request - on a Sunday night. The order never cancelled and the item was delivered 3 days later 2000 miles away. The rep at the customer service number said I would get a refund but never got it. There is something wrong with Walmart online ordering if you cant cancel an item immediately after it the order is placed. read more

This Walmart allows customers to test products out! It's a great way for customers to know if they are buying a quality product or not. When I visited, I observed a customer in the paper products aisle relieving himself on the floor right in the aisle. The customer then reached up and grabbed a roll of toilet paper and began to wipe. I think they were pleased with the TP as they left it right there next to a few big brown logs so everyone could see how well it worked. It even stayed there over the next few days as I came back to check, I'm sure the store wanted to showcase it as a customer testimonial. read more

Wow, where do I begin? I'm from out of town & simply wanted to know if it had a full grocery store, before I drove over, as all Walmarts are different. The girl who answered the phone did not understand English at all & stated she could not understand me(?). Ok, she doesn't understand English, that's not a problem. What is a problem is that I asked her if she could connect me with someone who could find out. She hung up! I called back & she hung up again! I called back trying every department, no one ever answered the phone. I'm in customer service myself, if I remotely acted in that manner, I would not have a job. Corporate Walmart needs to read all of these 1-star reviews & start cleaning house. This is totally unacceptable behavior. Please don't have employees answer phones if they are unable to communicate properly & with courtesy. My experience happened on Tuesday, Nov 30 between 9pm-10pm. Terrible customer service. I will be sending this to corporate as well. Someone at the home office needs to take care of business. read more

My friend lost her driver license at this Walmart. She went to the lost and found and the lady was dismissive and rude. My friend asked to see a manager and waited for at least 15 minutes and customer service lady never even picked up the phone to request a manager. Later, I called with the intent to give them my cell phone number in case they found my friends driver license, the lady says: "Already told your friend her license is not here" and hang up on my face. I was so polite with her and still was treated like garbage.... Thereafter, I called and asked to speak to a manager, 15 minutes later someone picks up the line and hangs up. I live much closer to the 951 Walmart and forgot what what all the other stores are like. the layout is somewhat familiar just like the other stores. So, I stopped in for a birthday card and a few other things. pretty good selection not too busy for a Friday. I and tried to find a Video projection unit for a power point presentation this was not something they sell. The salesman suggested another store. I'm not sure but I feel out of place here. Looks like I was missing my prerequisite neck tat. It must be the "in thing" to do. I seen 4 of them in the short time I was there. Oh we'll I take my Cajun peanuts and go home. So nice to be back in town. People please stop with the neck tats * already you are half a step from doing the face tat. And it is no longer being an individual, ask Mike Tyson. BTW if you happen to have a neck tattoo I'm sure it is a really nice one. Stop! Last night when my community suddenly lost power, I walked into this Walmart right before closing to try to find a battery powered fan and a flashlight. When I asked a first employee where to find these things she was very helpful and pleasant, leading me directly to them. When I arrived at checkout, Maria couldn't have been more wonderful. She cut open the package of batteries that I needed to power the fan and helped me install them, making sure that it worked. This was right at closing and she must have been tired after a long day. Bravo Walmart for having such wonderful employees working for you! read more

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. This is the Juliet Blvd location (in Naples)..... The customer services employees are VERY RUDE, LOUD, & DISRUPTIVE. I was treated like a piece of trash. I was never greeted or asked to approach the register while all 3 workers stood behind the counter laughing and carrying on in another language (not sure what was so funny). I had to approach the register myself after waiting 5 minutes with no recognition AT ALL. The cashier that checked me out at the end of my shopping trip, was wonderful. (the only positive thing about this trip). I wish I had noticed her name. The employees throughout the isles shouted to each other and were very loud. People are stealing in your electronic department on a regular basis and the employees dont care. I have never been so uncomfortable shopping in a Walmart. I will not be shopping this Walmart a 4th time. I will drive to a further Naples location. read more

I cannot even give a one star today!! I use their online shopping often. I did have a wonderful experience however I have reordered my final items since yesterday with the same information, using the same phone and Walmart's Fraud department keeps stating I have suspicious activity. Two people had Corporate to get me to reorder its now 6pm in the evening and six orders later I have been accused yet again of suspicious activity!! I really haven't shopped at Wal-Mart very much at all. My local home Walmart in California is quite the dump. It has a terrible parking lot, the staff are always unhappy and the customers are pigs. The store always looks like the Christmas Eve battle zone. However, this Wal-Mart is far from that. The parking lot is big and appeared pretty clean. Had no problem finding a space even on a Saturday during the peak season. I didn't have a lot of time so I ended up flagging down two employees. Both had a smile on their face and knew exactly where the items I needed were. My only complaint was checkout. Like most discount stores, it took a long time to get thru the line. However the cashier was very friendly and organized. This trip I we looking for some clothing and shoes because I didn't bring the appropriately clothing for a country club I had to go to. I knew I'd save some money but never realized how much. Walmart may just be the ticket for my future budget clothing. read more

This place is a dump!! One would think being in NAPLES it would be clean, well stocked and an overall pleasent experience to come here! This particular store has bums hanging around on the curb, ornery cashiers and stock clerks that refuse to speak English and the place always smells like day-old Subway. Furthermore, In the food department there are no signs telling you what's down the aisle so you're forced to walk down every aisle to find what you're looking for. Sorry, this is NOT a review of the Wal-Mart store per se. It's a review of the Banrock Station brand of Australian Wine that Wal-Mart sells at its Super Wal-Mart store in South Naples (I think this Super Wal-Mart is on Collier Boulevard, but I'm not absolutely sure). The quality of all the varieties of this wine is absolutely incredible for the price...$3.97 a bottle. YES, less than 4 BUCKS a bottle! Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cab/Merlot blend, and Chardonney (make sure the white chardonney is Very Cold before serving; it's quite dry and a little astringent). If you like delicious young wine and a price that is unbelievable for the quality, run down to Super Wal-Mart and pick up a case for less than 48 dollars. You won't be disappointed. And check out the Banrock Station website at www.banrockstation.com. It's nicely finished.... just like the wine. No way am I connected with Wal-Mart or the winery. I'm just a retired old goat who likes really excellent wine at bargain prices. And this is it! read more

Doesn't even deserve one star. This place sucks, no one speaks English and I waited an hour and a half to get something out of the locked car stereos. Asked every employee to help me everyone said no one has a key. Asked a manager and he spent an hour "looking" for someone with a key. Manager Mike tried to tell me it was not for the State of Florida, even after I showed Governor Scott issuing the publication from my phone. Long but worth the read. Worst walmart I have ever been too. Its dumpy and small and the customer service is a joke. We went to one line and waited several minutes and then the woman said something was wrong with her register and told us to go to another line. Then we got to the other line, and then the gentleman told us to go back to the original line and that the register was fixed. So we went back and then the lady said she was closing to go back again. We then changed lines again! and then she checked out someone who came up after us after she told us to change lines. We waited in that line for about 5 minutes and then the gentleman said .."its midnight now so you have to go to lane 6". I told him it was ridiculous how much they were making us change lanes and he said "I can't do anything I am off at midnight". So then we went to lane 6 and the woman from the original register was logging into that register. Why she had to move makes no sense to me but hey i don't make the rules. She could tell we were frustrated so instead of trying to serve us quickly, she proceeded to open every roll of change for her drawer and make us wait while she organized the money. Then when she finally decided to check us out she started slamming our stuff done. I could not believe the lack of service and how rude every employee we encountered there was.
