Pharmacy is unreasonably SLOW, inaccurate in stated wait time and lacked urgency. The drive through was also closed.

I just had a terrible experience with the Walgreens on the corner of Immokalee and Collier Avenue. First, I was on hold with them for 47 minutes. Then, since they never answered the phone, I drove over and stood in line for another 16 minutes. Finally, when I got to the window, the technician told me that my prescription was waiting for me at the Deerfield Illinois location. I called it in twice last week for the Walgreens location in Naples. Upon calling the Deerfield location, they told me the prescription was filled in Naples Florida. The bottom line is the Walgreens in Naples Florida is understaffed, doesn't answer the phone, and is very difficult to do business with. This is a shame because the one in Deerfield Illinois is very responsive and never a problem to deal with. Walgreens must figure this out if they're going to stay in business and be successful in Florida. I've been a Walgreens customer for the past 34 years. I'm not sure how much longer I'll hang on. read more

Dear Walgreens, I'm not sure who the "magazine lady" who "doesn't work there" but is behind the photo counter is, but she was very rude. There on Monday August 30th around 1:00pm. I was there to simply drop off a fedex package which is normally done in the back of the store, and was rudely shood away by someone who supposedly didn't work there. This is a pretty standard store and we are glad they decided to develope stores in the estates. It is fairly close and is a great lifesaver in a pinch for last minute ice, milk, beer, eggs, propane, gift cards. Food and such. The staff are usually very quick and friendly. The pharmacy staff needs to be replaced. They are chronically understaffed and what staff they do have are not very well trained. Today I signed up online for a 3:00pm flu shot. I was there at 2:55. There were three other people waiting as long as 45 minutes. The counter women would only shrug when I asked how far behind they were. Don't bother trying to call them. If they do answer after 20 minutes or so, they'll pass you around until you get hung up on. This place is a disaster. I can't imagine how they keep their license. read more

Hooboy. Everything is grossly overpriced, unless you have their rewards card. At the register they hit you up to donate extra to a charity - so their business can get a write off. The cashier had her name badge obscured so it couldn't be read but it looked like Brenda or Breanna? She was way "over it". I asked how her day was going. She grumbled fine and didn't return the greeting. My total came to $9.62. I pulled out a ten and said I have two pennies. Her reply was "too late I already put it in." DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY. Pharmacy is so incompetent. Pharmacist could not find my prescription on record and I had to physically come in and show them on the Walgreens app that my prescription was in the system since they couldn't find it themselves. At pick up, it took them 15 minutes per person at the drive-through to deliver medicines. I waited over a half hour with only two people in front of me. read more

These five stars are for an employee DANIELLE, who was extremely helpful to me and others my whole time there at the computer to access and order Christmas cards with my photo on the iPhone. She practically did the whole thing to get me started. But she did it all while also helping two others at the time. When there was a pause on the computer, she turned to help others in need. While doing this, she also answered calls to the store. Once again, very professional, personable, helpful, hard working and just plain nice!!Thank you sooo much Danielle. This is my neighborhood Walgreens and WOW where do I even begin. First I have noticed a huge overturn in staff as if this management team is not able to keep employees. By the time I get familiar with someone they are gone. Number 2 the pharmacy is overworked and understaffed. Number 3 the most MISERABLE woman named I believe Christie works here and is always so cold with ZERO customer service skills. I'm really not sure why she works in a place that clearly will entail good customer service. I ran into her in an aisle and had a question and she made it very clear with the distain look on her face that I was a bother to her. She needs to be behind a desk hiding, not in customer service. I am here regularly and she seems like she always has her period by the resting bitch face she always has on. I have also caught her speaking to the staff in a very cold and demeaning way. Christie exudes MISERY EVERY time I run into her. This place needs new management because there has been water leaking from the roof for a while and they have it being caught in aisles throughout the store instead of fixing it. This is NAPLES, and how embarrassing this store is for being in such a nice area. Corporate needs to assess the management team and they need a secret shopper so they can see how MISERABLE some of the staff is. If I owned this location I would be making changes immediately. They have a few nice gentlemen who work here named Yaher and Neiyamia and a wonderful lady named Claudia who is always so pleasant and thank God for them because CVS across the street is getting most of my business ever since my run in with the wretched low-spirited and joyless Christie. Circus Show. Lady at the 'minute clinic' playing on her phone when I'm asking question. Went for a rapid Covid test by the drive thru, they told me to park up front; parked10 minute later no one came. I went back in the store, the heavy lady with the pointy nose shouted 'OMG he's back'. Told her no came outside for the rapid test, Well go to the minute clinic and do it there. Full circle to my first sentence. Nothing but a ghetto circus show in that pharmacy. She was such a sweetie, and right ahead there was a very difficult customer in front of us giving this girl grief, but she handled it so smoothly and was so sweet to us. Workers have always been great to me here, but if you ever go through the drive thru pharmacy be prepared to spend 30 min or more waiting. It's really not a convenience and apparently they know this as they've told me "it's always busy" when I've gone in, yet do they have someone working just the window, nope, so one or two people are going between walk in and drive thru. Had the displeasure of going to Walgreens this morning. One very nice young man trying to do all the work of three people. He had a line of people getting passport pictures taken. This store is conveniently located by the intersection between Immokalee Rd. and Collier Blvd. It is also right by a McDonald's. This convenience store has all of the things you would expect from one. The employees are friendly and the store is very clean. We have been with your pharmacy for years, we are so degusted with the way the pharmacy dept is handling this desaster. My husband is on a Kidney transplant list an dialysis and the Waldreens by our home pharmacy is closed for over a week, they told us we could be taken care of at another location, they keep hanging up on us. This is the worst location and staff. My pediatrician and specialist warned me that they were not good but I had to fill a new RX. Each person I spoke too, said something different and had no clue what was going on. They sent the wrong form several times. I had my doctor call after they said they never received anything yet it showed confirmed, and then was told it was ready-only to find out that they still needed a prior authorization.
