I had plenty of pennies but nope, they round up no matter what. I don't think that is very fair business. Others I have gone to knock the price down to the lowest non penny denominator. They do have a very nice "fountain" with delicious limeade and some cool items for those who want to shop there. UPDATE!!! Randi from Irwin's actually called me moments after I posted the review. She explained they did in fact round up when they should have rounded down. Therefore I have changed my stars and am very impressed that they called asap and offered to reimburse the change. The old pharmacy was extremely archaic and was not comfortable, it was tough seeing some of our vets and handicapped folks standing for a long time without a chair to sit on. So, I'm super glad there is a drive through and seating inside to avoid such instances going forward. Refills and Prescriptions: Services include processing prescriptions from military providers at Langley, Fort Eustis, and Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. They also process prescriptions from civilian providers and all refills. Drive Thru: Be warned, the drive through is ALWAYS busy, especially between 10-2! Pharmacy hours are 8-6, patients must be checked in 15 minutes prior to closing time.

I also prepaid online. When i called the pharmacy i was immediately met with hostility and disrespect. I'm non confrontational so i just gave her my information to figure this out as best we could. She told me it would be ready later on in the day. The website was still showing it was not ready so my mother called to see if it was glitch or if it was ready. My mother was then met with disrespect. My mother, confused, asked how do you know who im calling about? because she didn't even answer hi how can i help you who are you calling for date of birth none of that. just "im literally putting the sticker on". Anyways, we get there, i'm showing them that i prepaid, they are telling me that it's not how it works and that im wrong and i still need to pay. they are completely closed off to the fact that i did in fact pay online and in today's day and age it is COMPLETELY possible to do. she mocked me, she was disrespectful and then when proven wrong she was nice. but only after.
