Kind of funny thing happened today. I owed $19.95 and I needed to break a hundred dollar bill so I gave the cashier a hundred and he was getting my change, he didn't have any nickels. He was going to break the roll of nickels to give me my 5¢ then changed his mind, put the nickel roll back and gave me 5 pennies. It struck me as funny.

The fact that it was a "personal care" item, just made me upset. So upset, that it went straight into the dumpster. This item, I later found out, was "repackaged" and on "clearance". The original package was opened, torn and discolored, the contents was also discolored. This should have never happened. I did not order a "clearance item", and I should have received exactly what I ordered... a product in good and clean condition. Customer service did nothing to resolve this. Not even a simple apology. Charged full price for a "clearance item" that I did not order, nor would I ever order any personal care item in that condition. I still have target gift cards that I can only use for target purchases, unfortunately, but I'll make sure once the balances are spent, I won't purchasing with Target again.

My very first time walking into this place for a prescription and all it felt like they were doing was finding ways to not serve me. I was given dirty looks, told I need to call before coming in (mind you it's my first time) and I'm being told they have drug shortages and may not be able to see me. My digital insurance card wasn't enough so they sent me to get a physical copy. So, they made me get back in line to talk to them after I had already waited my turn. They refused my discount card to get me a somewhat reasonable rate for my prescription. They said they only take manufacturer cards and said explicitly that it would say "manufacturer card" or "discount card" and then didn't even look at what I had. They just said they wouldn't take it. For the love of God do not support this atrocious pharmacy. You won't catch me anywhere near this location ever again!! UPDATE: review from Facebook in image attached. The purchase was very close to $600 and when I asked if I could return it, I was told that it could be returned, except for the insole shoe pads. That seemed reasonable so I completed my purchase. After nearly 30 days, I did not get anywhere close to the relief I wanted. I went to the store today (6-18-26) and was told they are not refundable and since I didn't buy the top of the line package there was no adjustment. I was told that since it is classified as a medical device no refund is possible. This was never mentioned during the sale process. I can trade it in on the full package as a credit against $1600, but why would anyone do that when you got minimum relief from the beginning. I have found that the Dr. School's insoles work just as well for 1/10th the price of The Good Feet Store. The receipt says that you have 30 days to make the adjustment, but in no way is that a refund. I am out close to $600.00. Just a warning to be 100% sure TGF Store arch supports will work 100% for you! They are not returnable. What a scam!!!!!!
