I always have great service at the Blvd. 26 Walgreens pharmacy. This is a difficult business with new prescriptions coming in by the minute, people waiting for pickup, and often complicated insurance coverage to look up. I know people get frustrated when things don't seem to go smoothly, but these guys clearly work hard to make it all happen as seamlessly as possible. read more

Pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. They fumbled around with my insurance for half an hour. then they shut the window in my face 1 minute before closing. I needed this prescription for a surgery the next day at 8:00am before they opened, so they ruined it. They laughed behind the screen. Then when my wife was upset, they came out and screamed at her. read more

Have never had such awful tacky service from a pharmacy rep. I came here to the review just to see if others experienced what I did. The pharmacy reps are rude, dismissive and aggressive. They act as though they are bothered by every interaction with customers and then complain and joke loudly about customers in ear shot of other customers. They act like they own the shop and we are doing them a favor by being there. The pharmacy rep asked if I needed a consult and when I said yes and could even finish my sentence she loudly yelled "consult" and walked off. Their whole demeanor is disrespectful and put out and let me tell you ladies, all it does is make you look sad, angry and pathetic. And no one wants to be around that. Good luck keeping your jobs with your horrible attitudes. Take a lesson from the lady who runs the front of your store. And shame on you for being in a customer facing role if you don't like customers. Find another job. read more

Wow. Been going to this pharmacy for years and been perfectly happy. No issues. In the last months, they have a new pharmacy, manager I guess she is, and new workers. Incredibly, aggressively rude. Three of them in there laughing and chatting while I sat in the drive-through forever - longer than I've ever been in any drive-through. I ended up just leaving. There was no greeting, no I'll be with you in a moment, nobody working. Drove around and finally went inside and there were no in-person customers, none of them working on orders as you can usually see them doing. Just standing there chatting and laughing it up. I go back a few days later. Get the new manager lady. She told me I did not experience what I said I did. LOL. Okay, lady. I was trying to be very nice to her, but you can tell their disdain for you. I go back a few weeks later to get another prescription. Same thing. Let you just sit there with no acknowledgment, nothing. Finally comes over and she's rude. The manager on the power trip comes over to give me my order. Doesn't say thank you or here you go, nothing. I start to drive away and she yells, THANK YOU. LOL. Like I was supposed to thank her for being so rude. Moved my prescriptions. This place will go down fast. read more

Pharmacy staff is HORRIBLE! They treat their customers horribly. As a new customer had to call three times and seven days to check on my prescription. On one call I was told that they gave it to someone else. How does that even work!?! read more

This Walgreen's is lacking in friendly customer service. I don't recommend this location.

My son had been to the ER Wednesday night and had been given some prescriptions that I took to Walgreens Thursday morning to be filled. I was told when I dropped them off that they would be ready Friday morning. Due to his situation, we ended up in his PCP's office first thing Friday morning and were given more prescriptions. I took them to Walgreens and they lady said I could pick all of the prescriptions up in 20 minutes. I went home for an hour before going back through the drive through at Walgreens. Once arriving, I was told that none of the prescriptions I had dropped off from either day had been processed and it would be Monday before I could pick them up. I explained that we could not wait until Monday. The pharmacists then came to the window & said that I had not dropped off any prescriptions from the hospital the day before and when I argued about it, he went to look for it. Upon finding it then he tells me they will be ready in about 20 minutes. I explained that I had already waited long enough and that I was very unhappy for being told to wait again because they hadn't been processed like they told me they would be the first time. I was then told to go to the end of the line and by the time I got up to the window they would be ready, but that I would have to sign for them to be released. I drove around and got behind 4 cars and waited. Once I got to the window, the lady put the prescriptions in the box and just stood there. I asked if that was everything I had requested be filled, because obviously there was a communication problem. She said 'yea'. I asked if I had to sign for them or if she was going even verify my address for information for pickup and she didn't answer me. I noticed that one prescription had not been filled and so I told her I wanted the prescription back and I was going to take it elsewhere to be filled and she argued with me about that, saying she couldn't give it back. I demanded she give it back since it had not been filled. A few minutes later, she brought me the unfilled prescription and I left. On that last visit I sat at Walgreens for over 45 minutes waiting on prescriptions that I was told would be ready long before I came back up there. I am extremely unhappy with the incompetence and poor customer service at this location & will be taking my business elsewhere. When a medicine is prescribed from a hospital, it's usually pretty important to get it filled quickly instead of putting it aside & making the patient wait. read more
