Unfortunately my specialty drug didn't arrive as scheduled before my departure for my sister's funeral. After dealing with the local pharmacy twice, mail order, home delivery, and the specialty pharmacy getting passed from one person to the other and 2 hours in the phone DAVID solved my problem in less than 2 minutes. He literally solved the problem and took the liberty to contact my local pharmacy and asked them to handle things on their end. Again, I can't say thank you enough. I can only wish that the other FIVE Walgreens employees had been so helpful.

When you can actually talk to a human being on the phone, they are usually very unhelpful and often just outright lie to you. There were so many glitches happening during several power outages, thunderstorms, the Memorial Day that Dr offices were closed, etc. The staff exceeded all expectations by being kind, expedient, forward thinker's and above all, they did every thing they followed through at every possible point of delivering Grade A, Top tier customer service! The pharmacist's name is Blessing! She lived up to her name in every possible way! The pharmacy tech was spot on -with my phone call, subsequently, in person, both were professional from beginning to the end! Kudos to hiring these 2! We were told it was on back order and to call every other day , so we did , with no luck . His doctor moved the prescription to another pharmacy , they ordered it and he had it in 3 days . Today I went to pick a prescription up that I was told would be ordered and delivered Wednesday . Then she looked at the receipt and said she couldn't read it, and requested my credit card. Then when she found them on the credit card she took them out of the boxes and studied them. Told me she wouldn't refund them because they looked "used" but I could drive over to the other store and they would refund them. Hello...it's Walmart! Less than $10 in appliance light bulbs. And NOT used. She obviously wasn't interested in helping since the very first thing she said to me was I would have to return them to a Super Walmart. This store looks tired, dingy, and neglected--as if basic maintenance has become optional. The produce often looks like it's just counting down the last 7-10 days before it expires. If freshness is supposed to be a selling point, someone forgot to tell this location. Then there are the shopping carts. They're old, dented, rusty, and apparently double as strength-training equipment because separating them takes more effort than it should. It's amazing that something as basic as a shopping cart can be such a frustrating experience. The only reasons I've kept my membership are the lower prices and the convenience of paying through the Sam's Club app. Other than that, this store has done very little to make me want to stay. Once my membership expires, I'll be happily going back to Costco, where stores actually look clean, the produce is fresh, and the shopping carts don't feel like relics from another decade.
