The CVS rewards have certainly paid off, and the store seems to have all of the necessary items required without me going down the street to Walgreen's. One star for this so called pharmacy, only because you have to... don't come here, from shorting meds, to stereotyping people who are PRESCRIBED narcotics, and having to wait days for them to fill it.. they are rude as HECK, in person and on the phone... heck Ive even brought them breakfast, thinking that would cheer them up, nope. So I haven't had too many bad experiences with this pharmacy. I had to be on benzos temporarily and had no trouble getting them. I see a lot of people have trouble getting their prescriptions from here. Personally, I've been prescribed pain meds and I've never had any trouble with this pharmacy. I guess I'm just lucky. I did have one tiny problem though. I take continuous estrogen and I can't have any placebos, but a few times they accidentally gave me placebos and short handed me with the active pills. I joined what turned out to be a slow moving line for the pharmacy about 20 minutes before closing time. Wouldn't you know it the pharmacy closed on the dot with the line having barely moved. What is moving is me, to another pharmacy. Whatever the opposite of customer service is called, this was the perfect example of that. read more

I began using this pharmacy solely due to the location. I had thought it was a 24 hr pharmacy (it is NOT). I have problems all the time. Prescriptions on auto refill don't get filled. The text alerts are spotty at best (notifications about refills, reminder items are ready to pick up). If there is any issue, they will not ever call to let you know. Seems to be a lot of turnover though there are a few who have been there awhile. Some are polite and helpful but most are rude. The girl today was the last straw for me. I should have had 2 items to pick up. She said one wasn't ready because the insurance was $200. But no one called to tell me there was any issue. She couldn't even explain the issue, it was obvious she didn't know but was blaming me. Also claimed the other one was never called in. I know for a fact it was called in bc the dr himself had personally seen to it and texted me earlier in the day to say he had done it. There is literally a pharmacy on all 4 corners of this intersection. I will be trying one of them. read more

If I could give a zero I would. My son had surgery and was prescribed a narcotic. Because of his age, they refused to fill it. Now he is in a lot of pain and has to wait for another pharmacy to fill it. CVS needs to go ahead and close all its doors. THEY SUCK read more

Drive through at the pharmacy was an absoulte nightmare. I was advised my prescription would be ready at 5:00 pm arrive at 5:30 & it was still not ready. I was asked to Paul and give them 10 more minutes. By the time I got back to the pharmacy window it was 6:00 pm. The lady then failed to use my insurance information which is already on file and over charged me. When I brought it to her attention she told me to get off and go inside the store to get the refund! ! Needled to say I didn't get my medication and refund until around 6:30PM !! read more

Amazing people! My daughter is sick and I only really had enough money for one of her three medications. I had to prioritize and pick the. Antibiotic as most important and get the rest in the morning when I get paid. About thirty minutes later, the pharmacy calls and wants to take care of the bill for me so she can have all of her medications tonight. So thoughtful and helpful!! I only come here to pick up prescriptions and usually don't have a problem. Unfortunately, there is one older woman with poofy side bangs and long brownish hair who works in the pharmacy. She is consistently rude and clueless about what she is doing. She then tries to make up for her attitude with a fake sweet voice when she knows she has gone too far. I honestly don't know how she is still working there. I have actually left the store to come back when she is not working. Other than that, I haven't had any problems with the service. read more
