If you check reviews you'll notice the good one are very aged. Ben P sums it up best. This place is understaffed and under motivated- no one gives damn. Waited in line at pharmacy drive thru only and moved up to the window only to have a closed sign shoved in my face because it was their lunch break. Can't understand the pharmacist but the fact she holds the phone almost a foot away doesn't help. Pathetic but unfortunately it's convenient location. read more

Convenient, for my neighborhood CVS. I've had trouble with the communications on new prescriptions being sent and ready, but the times I've had trouble it wasn't a big deal thankfully. The pharmacist will try to get my prescription taken care of if they can, sometimes it means I just have to come back later. Also this location has lines from time to time, but is often as speedy as they can be. I appreciate the folks working here. read more

I've been getting my prescripts here for 15 years. I can't say it has gone downhill because it's never been uphill! I do not know why I haven't changed it. Laziness I guess. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the grief that comes from these people. Slow, lethargic, and just plain grouchy faces and slow, moving people. The staff here have been incredibly frustrating to deal with for years. There's no one at the registers!!!!! They don't deserve to be paid if they can't do any customer service. I worked in retail for years and I would never ever be away from the register. This location sucks read more

I would recommend having your prescriptions sent anywhere other than this location. The staff in the pharmacy just don't seem to care at all. My wife had surgery done and had her pain medication sent here, the doctor saying it should only take 30min at most. 3 hours of waiting at this CVS they still claimed they never received the prescription from the doctor, and that they were all caught up as well. Literally had to get the doctor on speaker phone with the pharmacist here for them to get their act together and find the prescription, claiming they just got it in, when in reality, the lady who took the call just didn't put it in. 0 stars if I could. Went to this CVS to print a couple pictures out. The printer said it was out of paper, so I went to go find an employee. Walked around the whole store to find one. Just for her to tell me to just continue without paper. Then once my pictures got done printing, I had to checkout at the register instead of the self checkout since the QR code I had to scan. I had to walk to the very back to the store to find Shannon, a manager who didn't seem to care at all that I, a customer had to come find an employee so that I could check out. A quick 10 mintues turned into 30 minutes I was in that store finding an employee. I should've just walked out with my pictures. Shame on your store and employees Shannon! Worst branch with pathetic customer service and insulting pharmacy staff. I faced all this insulting behavior four times. My family and I will never come to this CVS on Rufe Snow North Richland Hills, Even I will not go to any CVS anymore. it's been more than a week since I gave them a prescription, but I did not receive a call from them, last week I visited there twice to ask for my medicine. Would give zero stars if I could. Closing pharmacy manager SONYA decided to close the pharmacy early and that is irresponsible and I went to the pharmacy several times today with long wait times. I came back before closing and they closed the pharmacy and left earlier than 8PM, I've been coming here for years. Post covid they make their own rules. Daughter has medicine she needs immediately and I cannot transfer her prescriptions so we are now going to have to go to the ER unnecessarily because of her. Thanks Sonya. This CVS is horrible. They can't even hang tags so you don't even know what's on sale half the time if you put in an online order nobody knows nothing about it because they turn off their scanner so they don't hear that they have a online order to take care of I don't know who the manager is but They really need to get on their people I mean even the shift managers you would think that being a shift manager, you would know how to do certain things I haven't found one yet that knows how to fix a problem so they have lost my business. Very friendly. Every time I walk in I am greeted. I have no problems asking for help and they help me. They are always well stocked. Good selection of beer and wine. Large greeting card section. Tried to fill a 10(TEN) PILL prescription at 8:48pm at the drive thru. Pharmacy closes at 9pm. The tech couldn't get it done before closing---asked if we could come back in the morning. This was for pain medication for wisdom teeth removal earlier in the day.-Norco. Not happy. 10 pills in 12 minutes? Too much to handle? I should be able to drop off at 8:59 and get it filled before they lock up. No sense in staying open till 9 if you're not going to service the customers until 9. I'll take my business elsewhere, as should everyone else, since y'all exercise/condone/approve false advertising. Shame read more

Called the rufe snow store to get my second shot. Their hotline told me I had to get an appointment that they are not doing walk-ins. After going through All there questions they told me the first appointment was at 4pm (called at 9am). Waited all day went in at 4 ton get shot and was informed they have no shots available. I told them I had an appointment at 4. She said they had walk-ins that took all the shots today and I would have to come back!!!!!!!!! This store always has the worst customer service. Guys I use to be a pharmacist for CVS. Please know CVS is losing their pharmacists because of the incredible amount of work they place on their pharmacy staff. All for stockholders. Please be kind to the pharmacy staff. They are tired and overworked. Kindness and understanding goes a long way. The one star is for the company not the staff. So how to help? I read some comments, and Drs telling a patient, a med can be filled in 30 minutes at CVS...not smart. The Dr doesn't know how many scripts are in the que. CVS pharmacists don't tell you the waiting room for the Dr will be a 5 minute wait. So please, Drs KNOW absolutely nothing about how long it will take. Expecting your medication in 10 minutes? This shows you don't understand the process of the safety checks to get you your controlled substances. IF you can, for routine meds, give them a day or two, because there are many post surgical or post treatment meds. It's about time the public hears how some of the bigger pharmacies are treating their pharmacists. I HAPPILY work for a global pharmaceutical company that treats their pharmacists well. Gentle reminder, please be kind to the pharmacy staff, and voice all complaints to corporate causing this. That is how you will get change. read more

Covid testing in the same drive thru where people pick up their prescriptions? Are you kidding me? That's not safe or clean. I just waited 30 minutes to pick up a prescription because they want to do testing in the same lane. There's a sign they put out that says "prescription service-any lane. Testing-left lane." So after waiting 30 minutes behind people who were getting tested, I try the other lane since there's a sign that says "PRESCRIPTION SERVICES ANY LANE." They tell me I can't pick up in that lane. Maybe you should clarify on your sign and also not offer testing in the same lane people have to pick up their medicines. Not safe, not sanitary, not efficient AT ALL. read more

The employees at this pharmacy are nice enough, but completely DENSE. I tried to pick up a prescription, which they said they hadn't received. I asked if it had been sent to a different pharmacy, but they said no place had my info. Long story short, apparently I had 2 profiles and they couldn't manage to realize that fact, even though it was clear as day on the computer screen. They finally realized that my prescription HAD been sent to a different CVS (one that I had picked up from in the past). This is the 2nd time they have messed up a pick-up. If you like wasting your time, I highly recommend this CVS. read more

This location has inexcusably subpar service. Pharmacy is crazy slow and they always seem confused. No one is ever manning the photo center. I prefer Walgreens but my company switched to Caremark pharmacy insurance so we saved (very little) by switching to cvs. Ready to go back to walgreens. read more

this store is also hot and cold with couponers! the raincheck item limit here is 4! but some of the workers will write you as many rainchecks as you want, SOME. they also have extra policies here. so when you come by just hope youre here on a good day. otherwise, theres like 4 within 5miles from each other. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. Every time they have to order a prescription for me they order the wrong thing and then it takes another two days to get it. When I needed it two days before. I have been others prescriptions and I have waited up to four hours for prescriptions before. I have used them for convenience but not anymore I am fed up with their mistakes. read more
