Today I added an insurance due to personal reasons that are not the pharmacy's business and the woman who took the info acted weird about it and almost refused to add for me. Then I go to sit and wait on a script and I can very easily overhear her talking to a male that I assume is a pharmacist saying "I don't think we should add that" and she's very clearly referring to me. Incredibly rude and judgmental. Just because you see me standing in a uniform that is very recognizable and I'm adding a gov insurance doesn't give you the right to judge the situation. You don't know what's going on and tbh it's absolutely Zero of your personal business. I don't need to break down what's going on with my work and situation to you guys. Instead she sat at her table and chose to speak loudly. There was a line of people behind. She's unprofessional and has no problem violating my husbands privacy by choosing to be loud from her space. We left without the item he needed. This is a medication he is not supposed to miss. We will no longer use CVS and have talked with our family members who are changing pharmacies now also. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I work in healthcare and this women does not belong there.
