I'm drive-Thru, we asked a second time about the 24-hour decision and was told it would automatically be sent to CVS Mychart in 12-hours. OKAY, GREAT!!!! Well, not so much.... When the results weren't in the mychart within 12-hours, they recommended we retest (REALLY!!!!?). I return, same place and now I discuss my dissatisfaction with the level of service provided and they tell me they are contractors, they can't control the service CVS provides, AND I'm directly accused to have done something wrong. SERIOUSLY????! So now, your service levels aren't to MY satisfaction and you blame me???? Fucking unbelievable.... Before leaving, I followed up with the store ma aged, and unfortunately he mentioned this group of "contractors" are draining his CS scores as I'm not the first to complain. It's said that CVS doesn't support their actual employees favoring censoring relationships. Says much to me about where they put their focus - profits over customer service. I phoned very upset and ask to speak to the manager. Her excuse was they weren't covered by my insurance. I said did you think about asking the person I sent in to pick up if they wanted to purchase and that insurance denied coverage? She said no. I said are you the manager, she said yes. I said well, you should act like one. Walgreens should pay for the delivery if those meds to my home for their failure to mention that. She did not agree. So needless to say I had no one to go again to purchase for me. I borrowed some from a neighbor. Terrible customer service from pharmacy manager.

If it is not in stock, they won't bother telling me; they'll just say my description is being worked on. If I call the stores, I get computerized menus, and they disconnect me when I try to dial out to the operator. Not at the Midlothian location, though. These folks are always really helpful, especially now, when the meds I take are harder to get (due to manufacturer shortages). In all seriousness, getting my descriptions filled can be anxiety-provoking, but not at the Midlo location. And look, I hate to add this, but the women working here have an A+ cleavage game. I typically don't notice things like that--I'm a good person, a moral person, and even the youth gang I joined as a kid (we ransacked Kendall County, Illinois--and we got away with our crimes!) was a God-oriented (actually, I should have written "god-oriented," as we worshipped Lil Kaos, the pagan god of mayhem and punching people in the groin) gang. We spread violence and "goodness" (of a form) in equal measure. Anyway, I'm a good person, so I usually don't notice this sort of stuff. Suffice it to say that this is the only Walgreen's where I go inside to pick up my descriptions. And I ain't exactly hard on the eyes, neither, so the workers are getting something out of it, too, but it's still a thrill for me.
